I was very disappointed in not only the produce that was mailed but also the customer service response. Never an apology for sending a product that is simply not acceptable...
Original e-mail to My mother and I received our order of personalized tea bags and were very disappointed in the layout. The ribbons-bows completely cover the names of the bride and groom. Can these be redone-reformatted? It really doesn't look like the website picture promised.

Thank you for contacting us. In order for us to better serve you, can you confirm if the "ribbons-bow" are laid out differently than what is shown in the picture ( ). Are the ribbons completely covering the names or are they affixed directly above the names? As you can see in the image, the space is very limited between where the ribbons get affixed and where the names are printed.

I see that there is limited space from the picture on the website, but the printing is such that the names are completely covered. The bow is affixed above the names, but the ribbons cover the names completely, because the names are set too high on the tea bag.

We've discussed the matter with our warehouse and they are telling us that is how the printing will look each time for this product.
