Paid top dollar for Express International Postage item didn't ship for three days. That was over 3 weeks ago and goods still haven't arrived. When I contacted support was told in a six word response "we only ship goods UPS internationally". Hey heads up guys you could have put that at checkout time! Instead you charge me for freight and don't deliver on it, no refund has been offered on my freight and still don't know if my goods will turn up. Don't recommend their customer service, it is crap and their shipping it is well below average!
