WebWatcher electronic monitoring

Signed up for a free trial where I was to have limited data shown to me and then I could decide to 'upgrade' to paid subscription. The upgrade happened automatically at the same time the free trial started. Saw the charge on my credit card and contacted them saying I hadn't upgraded and they could check my account where it is still showing FREE TRIAL with limited information and their statement in writing where you have to upgrade to paid subscription to get the additional data (even sent pictures)... Asked for a refund and was denied -- they keep saying I upgraded and authorized payment... this is a SCAM! it clearly shows I still can only see limited data, but yet they have taken my money and refuse to refund... just received another email where they have stated that my comments have been noted, the decision is final and no further consideration will be given.

WebWatcher refund

When I first signed up with webwatcher, they advertised no jailbreak, iPhone iCloud data retrieval and now because they have in issue with Apple security they don't offer what they advertised. I have paid full amount on 3 different devices and only got part of service I don't have a laptop and that's all they offer for data retrieval now. I have submitted a ticket for a partial refund and talked with a supervisor and they still won't give a partial refund. Nothing in their refund policy on non refundable applies to me and I think they should have to pay from the time the iCloud data request stopped working to my expiration date which they've changed on my app, but I have screen shots. They aren't helpful and rip you off!

WebWatcher webwatcher parental monitoring program

We tried to sign up for the Webwatcher service to provide a service to monitor our childrens online activities. We contacted them via customer service and asked if the service would support a kindle. The agent confirmed that it did and we could buy the android service to support that device. We agreed to proceed forward and then found out that the service would NOT support Kindle at all. We then were told we could request a refund and would be given our money back. We requested this and then got a response back asking for more information. At this point we have gone back and forth with them 3 times and the last response was that they can't refund our money because we have installed the service on a viable device... :? How could we install it on a device they do not support?

Furthermore, they have charged us for 2 licenses, which we did not need in the first place, and will not refund either of them.

We told them we would be happy if they could convert one of the licenses to a Iphone and then we would remain a client with them...but they will not agree to refund one of the licenses. We have reported them as a scam and are asking our bank to get our cc purchases back.

WebWatcher web watcher parental monitoring

My psycho ex installed your software on my phone. This was done without my knowledge and definitely without my permission! He has many different email accounts but I believe the account he is tracking my phone from is "[protected]@gmail.com" & my phone number (the number being monitored...)is [protected]. If you are still providing this service to him, I ask that you please discontinue your services to him, as his request was NOT legitimate & he is not a parent monitoring his child... he is a psychotic, lying, cyber-stalking, sociopath that is making my life a living hell.
Any help from your comany would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

WebWatcher iphone/icloud

A year ago, I purchased Webwatcher Iphone and Icloud monitoring for 39.95 a month.in the last year I have never received any data that Webwatcher promised would occur if I follow the procedure. Only for 1 week did it perfom and everytime I type in the password, webwatcher would indicate that It wsa not the correct password and I had to change it every time! this was annoying and I have had multiple Chats with agents whom indicated that Apple has up'd their security and that Webwatcher is working on it. They refuse to give me a refund so I filed a complaint with my Credit Card company whom is investigating it currently.

WebWatcher charged after cancelled over a year

Used webwatcher for years. Real basic service nothing special. My child entered the military two years ago so I cancelled my service. They charged me and I followed the rules and I was refunded. Another year goes by and I see my bank statement and im charged again! This time no refund. They claim they sent a notice that I was being charged. No notification received. So less than a month went by when I tried to get my money back and they said I had 3 days to respond.

A) you will never talk to a real person. It's always by email when it comes to money... Lesson learned... Never do business where you cant speak to a person.

B) cancel you card after you leave this company. They will keep charging you and charging you and they they threaten by saying they will make a collection action against you and ruin your credit.

C) there are many other reputable companies out there that will do a better job

D) why are there no google reviews about this company? Dirty dirty dirty and the government should do something about this company. Take your business someplace else!

I have had the same experience. They charged me even after I had cancelled my recurring subscription.

PLEASE ANYONE READING THIS DO NOT TRUST WEBWATCHER. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CARD DETAILS, THEY WILL TAKE THE MONEY WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORISATION.

difficult to unsubscribe unable to contact a real person. Do not want the service. probably a scam.
cancel service. should not have to sign in to unsubscribe. difficult to figure out and was stressed at the time and has not provided the service with which I would expect to receive with any type of payment. not everyone is web site smart and this service was not up front.

WebWatcher webwatcher installed on my android

I work for a man and I sometimes live with him and he has done this before he has secretly installed a webwatcher program on my cell phone he thinks I don't know I am attaching a copy of the order receipt I am not okay with this this is against my will I am 36 years old he is 86 we are not married I am not okay with this is there anything I can do because you wouldn't want this done to you he thinks because I stay in his house that he owns me and controls me and invades my privacy this is not okay. I am not allowed to talk to males because I am such a [censor] his words not mine so now my cell phone isn't even mine I'm going to confront him with this receipt but I am waiting on your response first.

He is a realtor who works for Brevard County Realty I am working under the table as his assistant.

WebWatcher license for android

I NEVER activated it, $100 was taken out of my account! I followed all directions for cancelling account; ubmitted several refund requests & was straight stonewalled or fed bs. I am prepared to take this to social media w/my full admitting to having the intent of spying on ex boyfriend as that will show the vulnerable state of mind I was in & humanize the situation! I have since realized the psycho of my ways & am doing my best to become independent once again!
$100 is nothing to a corporation, but to me it is a month of insurance for the car I just worked hard to get, it is my money & I will get it back!

WebWatcher does not work on iphones

After paying over $120 for monitoring services for our son's iphone, we found out it doesn't work. Webwatcher requires using icloud linked to Apple ID/password. But Apple security is being triggered by webwatcher and is locking us out of our Apple account and forcing us to change our password every time. We're having to access our son's iphone to change the password for the icloud account, telling it to back up on his phone, then updating the password change on webwatcher. But every time we request data on webwatcher, it then triggers the Apple security and we get locked out and forced to change password again. Then no data is being collected on the target phone until we are able to physically access it and update the password again. It is a vicious cycle. Basically we are getting no information off the phone and we paid to get. Webwatcher refuses to give us a refund, siting their agreement that after 3 days, no refund will be iissued. They say they are fully aware of the problem and are working around the clock to fix it, but they've been saying that for a few months and it is still not working.
On a side note, we also paid close to $140 for our son's Samsung android to be monitored which was working great for about 3 months. All of a sudden we are getting no information and webwatcher tells us it is because he installed a security software on his phone that blocks webwatcher and there is nothing we can do about it. So that 's a lot of money down the drain. Webwatcher is not able to deliver what they promise on their website and refuse to refund customers if their product is not working.,

I've experienced the same with webwarcher monitoring my daughter's iphone. constantly trivvering a new password change every time it monitors. Webwatcher has been worthless and a complete waste of money.

WebWatcher webwatcher - does not record the right data, is overpriced and does not offer refunds

I have enclosed photos about this ridiculous product:

I purchased every one of the add-ons plus its white glove, backup and e-notify storage add-ons. I spent a lot of money on a product that didn't work. I could easily see on my phone bill the list of texts and calls my son was making but the product didn't record most of it and in some cases it recorded the wrong numbers. It's facebook and other website/social media/ emails that were promised to be recorded, never were. (You have to pay extra for that as well, and I did).
when I asked for a refund, I was not given one with the reasoning being that I had "used" the product.

I wrote and chatted with the "tech" people from the websites "live chat" button who were of no help.
I was constantly being sent e-notify emails saying nothing had been recorded but then sent other emails that had recorded information in them.

In January i received an email that my subscription would be expiring march 2017. but when I inquired about my account in November 2016 they told me they had no record of me having an account with them.

I have emails stating that on several occasions my sons phone wasn't even being recorded, that it went "offline" and was last in Monrovia, Reykjavik, when we live in southern California . The strangest part about that is that it was still somehow recording information but at the same time telling me it wasn't.

I will be filing a class action lawsuit. This product is ridiculous the amount it charges for bad information and I have found I am not the only person who has been ripped off by this company.

WebWatcher misleading and not a reputable company

Read the reviews - this company is not professional. They discreetly hide the details of their web monitoring service leading the purchaser to believe they are getting the full scope of features. When it's discovered that their software, and the way its described on their website is inadequate, you will not receive a refund, regardless of jumping through all the hoops they have outlined in their refund policy. Be ready to get extremely frustrated and lose $100! Never in all my online purchase history have I encountered such a serious joke of a company. Worst customer service - unethical - misleading - money thieves!

WebWatcher iphone monitoring software

I purchased a license for the iphone monitoring software a few weeks ago and I can't possibly be more disappointed. Warning - don't buy this software! It doesn't work properly and the company refuses to issue me a refund despite my continued attempts to contact them. The customer service reps are rude and unwilling to help. I will never do business with this company again, but am unfortunately stuck in a non-refundable 12-month subscription. They claim the software doesn't work due to an issue with apple. Three times now I have used the chat customer service feature and the rep informed me something they did on their end fixed the problem, but all that happens is that overnight they attempt to access my phone to monitor, it doesn't work, and I am forced to reset my apple icloud password. This is the most frustrating experience I have had with a company in years, and I would never recommend then under any circumstances. They misled me into buying the product without informing me the ios version wasn't working, now have me stuck in a 12 month subscription because I didn't become aware of the issue until after the 3 day window I had to request a refund. All I want is a refund of my $130 fee, but they are unwilling to work with me. So, I am stuck with a product that doesn't work, basically money flushed down the toilet.

WebWatcher stopped working. screenshots, keystrokes won't load

I have been using webwatcher for about 18 months. 2 months ago I paid almost $200 for renewal access to my screenshots, keystrokes etc. 0n sunday, 25 march, the site stopped working. I still have about 132, 000 screen shots left. I can load the page but nothing appears. I am so furious. I have sent several emails to support, which have all been ignored as well as submitting at least 12 tickets requesting assistance. I want a refund or my page restored. I only use this on my home computer. Their phone number has also disappeared off the home page. Is their a more reliable monitoring/ keystroke program on the market?

WebWatcher - webwatcher refund

I did the 7 day free trial, I cancelled after 1 day. Noticed my credit card had been charged 99.95, I did not agree to this. Company says they will not refund, because I did a manual upgrade!!! I did not know I did this and believe their site tricks you into this. After looking back, I received no alert or email saying I would be charged $99.95 if I clicked this certain item on the website, this is trickery at its best!!!

It kept getting removed when my sons computer was upgraded by his school, and reinstall would fail and I needed a support person to re install, they did this twice then no one would call me back and I was refused a refund, I believe I have been ripped off totally, I have nothing to show for my $99 investment, I deserve a refund

WebWatcher webwatcher work erratically

Bought this product and within 2 weeks, the software failed to work properly (the data just wouldn't load from iCloud to their system) and I've had to contact their support 3 times. Even their support couldn't offer an explanation to the problems. The first time, I waited days but still the problem persisted. On the 2nd call, I've had to reset the software license and re-applied to get it to work. Third time it didn't work for days, and I essentially gave up.

If you think that you're gonna get a refund from them, think again. And don't even get me started with the hidden costs they didn't tell you about.

Absolutely a very poor product.

WebWatcher complaint on webwatcher cancelled my license but refused to make a refund

WebWatcher do not conduct honorable business in USA. It cannot be used for Parent Control by Screenshot. The product function is not as advertised. Even their technical employee agreed that WebWatcher cannot be used for Parent Control by Screenshot, cancelled by license and inform their accounting to make a refund. Their accounting refused to make a refund.

I have made the purchase online on 9/3/2016. During installation, I find out the product is not as advertised; it cannot be used for parent control by shreenshot, which is the primary purpose for purchasing this software. So I canceled my licence within 24 hours. I have chated with their technical representative on 9/19/2016; this technical representative agreed on the limited function on Parent Control by Shreenshot, canceled my License and informed their accounting to make a refund. But their accounting refused to make a refund. This is not accepted business conduct!

WebWatcher fraudulent return policy / product doesn't work / deceptive marketing

Tried to install on Android but product absolutely would not install. Called their support, and after numerous attempts, installations & re-installations, rebooting more times than I can count, and a few *hours* of work, even the Tech Support person gave up. I asked if I could just return it since it didn't work; she said "yes" and even gave me the online form to fill out. After submitting the form for a return, the billing department (Natalie Baker) refused to refund the purchase, stating that their development department "claims" it should work. It didn't work, and they still refuse to refund my money. Additionally, their support staff says they cannot help, that you must contact the Accounting Department, BUT the Accounting Department HAS NO PHONE NUMBER. They WILL NOT let you talk to a human being about the purchase *after* you have purchased the product!

DO NOT BUY--If it doesn't work, they WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. I am reporting this purchase and this company as fraudulent everywhere I can.

WebWatcher won't cancel service

Tried to download WebWatcher software on my daughters Samsung phone with no success. I called their support and they could not fix it so I asked for a refund. They assured me I would get a refund, guess what? They lied, I called my credit card company and put a stop payment on the charge which is called awareness technologies on the bill. Heres the real kicker a year later they charged my card with auto renewal fee of $99.95 so I disputed this charge again. If you cancel this service make sure your credit card company blocks this company from future charges!
