There is no e-mail address to customer service thus on their webpage they asking contact them by mail or phone. For overseas customers like me very difficult to phone them due to restricted working hours.

Another complain for their forwarder. I got tracking number that gives no results. Forwarder USPS only has possibility to complain if have address in US, so another dead end

Hi, I have originally bought a product and now have been charged again on my credit card and received the same product. I did not sign up for a subscription for this product. Websupportcenter does not have an email address in which to contact and I live in Australia so it is extremely difficult to contact even if their phone lines do work! I would like a reimbursement of my money as I did not sign up for this. Can anyone help me with this?

I ordered a tube about 4 months ago and never authorized a recurrent order. Since I do not live at the address anymore and have moved to another country, I have not been receiving the items. I am being charged 2 times a month for items I never received. I emailed to stop shipment but I am still being charged on my card. I hope this will be taken care of.

I have made one order on your website and you continue to charge me every month since. Even though I have never authorized another charge. Please cancel all charges as soon as possible and delete my credit card details from your data base. I made an order no back in April, til today I have not received anything. It has been more than two months, I contacted fedex and they don't recognize you and the code you sent me. Emails and contact number doesn't work!

I, Tanya hanna, paid for trial for the products but says I have 16 day to cancel future charges but they already charged me $88.97 ON 11/24/17 & $89.97 ON 11/23/17. I had contacted via phone call at [protected]-[protected]). Customer service said not their policy and hung up on me.

The shipment date was 11/9/17 and order date was 11/08/17 but I did not receive it till after 11/19/17 and did not even get to try the trial period until after 11/20/17.

They are continuing to send me their product; I have refused the product twice and returned the unopened package. 04/01/2017 order date I never ordered these pills and I keep getting them. I want a full refund and I want them to stop sentting them. Cancel this now. I have ended up with 5 bottles of pills and I dont want anymore I am fed up with this stop them now my bank is looking into it I told my bank do not pay them its being taken out with out my say so.

I have received three handbags over the last couple of months via Amazon UK which I have not ordered. They are not on my Amazon order list and I have not been charged by Amazon. On the 29th of Sept, 2016 I received a order confirmation from www.websupportcenter.com who works for a company called www.healthbuy.com .They had sent me a product.Revitol Anti Aging Cream.I did not order this product.I was also informed that I would be billed on my credit card and that ICSTODAYSTOREONL.will be the company charging me.When that product arrived in my Mail Box, I immediately got a RMA number and posted it back.This money was taken out of my banking account without my permission.I have no product and is out over a hundred dollars.The order number on this product is #[protected].I paid almost $17.00 to have that shipped back to where it came from.On that same day the 29th of Sept, 2016 I received a RMA notification .the instructions said return product to Attn:RMA1801779416224408210.Rapid Fufillment Center 12924 Pierce St.Pacoima, CA 91331 USA.That was where it was going to I guess.I also received by e-mail a cancellation notification on the 29th of Sept, 2016.I don't know what is going on but, I can't reach anyone to get this fixed.I notified my Bank and my first step was to notify you.If I don't have my money back in my account by this Monday Oct 31st I will have to notify my Bank again to take action on my behalf.I would like to have this settled by then.I await response.Thank you.Mrs.Muriel Janes-Pretty.

WebSupportCenter.com Raspberry ketones order number 8211945

I sign up for a one of half price trail of Raspberry Ketones pills.

As advertised on Face Book.

I received my trail pack and I have know been charge £84.90 on my credit card ! I originally paid £7 99 for the trail.

I have emailed the organisation saying I wish to cancel this order and seek a refund .
I was mislead by the advertisement which offered a 1/2 price trail.
I cannot reach the company on their UK phone number as it is out of order !
I had no response to my email
What the next course of action you advise?

i order 1 lot of virility ex pills i am now being charged again for another lot of which i did not order i have tried to cancel on their website www.websupportcenter.com the phone number is a premium number and their is no email link either to contact them on it is blatant theft from my credit card, i have not had any emails from the company and did not order this current parcel i shall be reporting this company to the police and relevant authorities as it is outright fraud

I ordered one Forskolin Fuel for $46.90
I was charged that on my Visa
Then I was charged $89.85 for two more orders that I did not order.
My Visa was charged $89.85 and the order not ordered came in the mail.
I never opened the package but refused it and sent it back.
The company never credited my account for the refused delivery. I want that credit now.

Actually I was framed by the same way.
A couple of months ago had bought only the trial product with no intention to purchase any more. Yet I received them, with the money taken monthly from my account. Despite the fact that I cancelled my order(s) immediately, they keep me posted with new notifications. Every effort to terminate my membership has boiled down to no avail so far.
It's going without saying how very disappointed I am for not being able to handle the deal. I wonder who might be of any assistance to those caught up by this fraud.

I received the above product today. ( February 18) I did not order this, and do not want it! I don't know where to mail it back, or what company to notify. I am disabled and it is difficult for me to go to town (15 miles) and mail it back. This is one clever little scam you have going on! I don't even know how much this item costs! I ask for only the trial jar and no more. I have had two charges to my bank of $39.00 for two other jars but was sent 1. I was not informed of any more jars would be sent. I am very unhappy with this product as it does not do what it was claim to do.

I cancelled my order immediately after realizing I did not want these pills. I do have confirmation of this by email and yet I received them anyway. I want to return them so send me my RMA number to do that. I will have to talk with my charge card to see what they can do if I do not receive any information about this.

I cancelled my order over the phone immediately after I saw that I had ordered the Green Coffee Bean and now I have received an order of one bottle Forskolin and 2 bottle of Green Coffee Bean. I wish to return these bottles and am having a hard time to get an RMA number to return these. What a mess trying to find this information and very disappointed in this company for not being able to take information and seeing that it was properly done. I am wondering what kind of fraud or set up this is and why I have gotten the e-mails cancelling my order and yet receiving these bottles. I will be contacting my chase card to get this taken off my credit card and if I don't receive the information from you to send these bottles back, I must call the Better Business Bureau or find someone who can get this taken care of.

This company cheats innocent customer in this way.
The first DISCOUNT REWARDS charge nothing (so most people can ignore this sort of charge description)
The second month order automatically start charge as a membership fee EVERY MONTH.
I think most people think membership fee pays annually not monthly, but this company charge keep on every month as below.
UNLESS YOU ASK TO STOP, THEY WOULD CONTINUE CHARGE WITH INCREMENT WITHOUT NOTIFYING IT.

I only wanted to try this once as the BOWTROL PROBIOTICS were promoting the tablets but the tablets are still coming and now I noticed that they are taking money out of my bank account without even asking if i want this to happen ...I want to cancel the order but you have to be a lawyer to try and track them down to close the account

I found this link to send them an email. I just emailed them to stop auto shipment, so we'll see if they respond and follow through. Good Luck and lesson learned for me!

Ordered Venapro, order no.[protected] ( for $ 44.94)and free trial of Bowtrol probiotic, order no. [protected](for $9.95) on 16/01/2015.
The orders have not yet been shipped to me.
Shockingly saw another billing for Bowtrol probiotic for $ 19.95 on 01/02/2015 on my credit card. I never asked for a refill or anything.
Websupportcenter has no email id, only phones that keep ringing. And it is very difficult for me to track them all the way from India,
I have no option but to cancel/block my credit card to stop future billings.

I want to cancel my order of probiotics but that [protected] number rings out. I DONT WANT IT AND ITIS COSTING ABOUT $20 A MONTH.

Was offered free trial of bowtrol with another purchase. Then, without authorisation, they have billed me every month since. There is NO email listed on their website, only a phone number that is manned at ridiculous hours of the night. I waited up and called the number 2 nights in a row. No answer.
I then tried calling the USA number and was on hold for 20 minutes before the cal was dumped.
Tomorrow I will call my credit card provider and dispute the charges. This company is blatantly ripping people off and making it impossible to cancel further charges. Shameful

I am still getting monthly deliveries and the money is taken out of my account without any authorization. I have called their number and they have said they will cancel my future orders but not refund previous ones. They said I could only have a $12 refund and it will cost me $6 to send back. Why are they still on facebook advertising constantly? I also had a massive reaction to the tablets which took days to settle down. How can we bring attention to this company to prevent other people losing their money

discovered this is either the owner or administrator email address domainadmincontact@gmail.com ... all his domain names is registered under that email address (Checked on whois.com)... this is a report further: /link removed/

They are deducting from me as well, and I don't know how to stop them... Worst part... they never supplied me with anything yet...

I too want to stop these deliveries, however, the web site is confusing and impossible to use. I want these deliveries to stop immediately.

rible time trying to find out where and how to stop them.. Don't recommend anyone try these as stopping them is an issue.. Can anyone help?
