Webskincarenow.comunauthorised credit card charges

I am requesting a refund of US$99 (NZ$143.11) plus US$3.95 (NZ$5.38) which was taken out of my account by the above mentioned company. I did not authorise either of those transactions & have not received any products. The amounts left my account on the 10th of January 2018.
I originally paid the shipping amount of US$3.95 for a "free sample" on 20/1/2018 which I was fine with & did actualyl receive, but I certainly didnt sign up for any more products or charges.

    The product by the way, was Abella Mayfair skin care.
