for prooved fraud. Before those ones he/they used
http://turbopaypalltd.com, blocked September 2017 for the same reasons. Hundreds of web users payed to these crooks and they rapidly delete complaint comments on youtube. F R A U D = Stay away from this guys.

Run away from these crooks.
