This company took $34.95 out of my account after I signed up for a one month "free trial" period of Ireel on Dec 22, 2009. I cancelled after 3 days because I was afraid I would forget to cancel later. On January 29, 2010, they charged my account with a partial phone number.
After calling them and asking who they were, I explained the situation and they refused to refund the money although they were aware that they never sent emails stating I had neither joined nor cancelled.
After speaking to a customer service rep for 45 minutes, I decided to complain to the Better Business Bureau, which I have already done.
