I am caught in the tramp, but soon I discover it, you promise not charging for download of fictitious book that never downloaded due to many tricks but investigating in the web I read many similar complaints and unauthorized charges . Because of this, I want to cancel my incipient subscription and order my bank to not will accept any charge from you I want to correct my misbehavior with respect to your fraudulent conduct as soon as possible

Ok providing my complaint what actually happens? am i repaid my money? what is this webgamegame piece of a ### site that took almost 80 ###ing euros from account three ###ing times!. I do not even know about the site i only shop online and recharge my phone. Im a damn student and this charges are much i tried to send them a mail but no response honestly this is supper annoying! how is the site still a thing if people are complaining about it.

I had Just deposited $50.00 on my credit/debit card, and this COMPANY WEBGAMEGAME.COM took it upon their selves to retrieve $35.99 OUT of credit/debit account, & NOW, I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW !, within 2 DAYS, or I Go To the NY State Police, with THIS !.

When paying my bill on-line today there was a charge from this company for $39.95...I went to the website to check it out, just to see if I had mistakenly clicked on an option...no way. I have never been to this website before. The weird thing is, it was applied to my CC the same day as I made a charge for a show in Las Vegas! I have disputed the charge with my CC company.

On November 2, 2011, I noticed a charge on my credit card bill from webgamegame.com for $39.95, which I assumed was for a game my 14 year old purchased on-line. When questioned he denied making the purchase and I failed to follow up on the transaction due to business restraints. I received my credit card statement today I discovered a second charge for $39.95, again unapproved by myself, spouse or children. I would appreciate any contact information you may have on webgamegame.com and suggestions on possible legal/civil recourse available.

I noticed a charge on my creditcard in september 2011 for £25. from webgamegame.com.I was puzzled as i have not downloaded any games, however as i had tried a couple of free trials of games i decided to just put this down to experience and not try anymore free games. I was therefore very surprised to find on my october creditcard statement another charge from webgamegame, com this time for £26-33p. I am now getting in touch with my creditcard company and putting a stop to anymore payments... I WOULD STRONGLY URGE ANYONE THINKING OF TRYING SO CALLED FREE TRIALS FROM THIS COMPANY TO THINK AGAIN. YOU TOO COULD END UP PAYING FOR SOMETHING YOU PLAY ONCE AND NEVER PLAY AGAIN!

I do not recall visiting this site at all but do recall visiting a site that offered a "1 one month free trial" after less than a week charges appeared on my card for $39.95 to webgamegame. I called them and was given the run around them telling me that they did not have any site that offered a 1 month free trial. I told them that I would have never joined anything without a month free trial and to cancel my membership. The woman on the phone was very hateful and hung up on me. I called back to ask for a supervisor and was told I could not speak with one and that my account was closed. This place is a joke STAY AWAY FROM IT. They are difficult to deal with and do not honor what they state on their stites.

I am not positive I visited this site or not since I have been looking for online games. However, I never knowingly clicked on any site to puchase any program or game. The first action was a $1 charge that occurred on September 12, 2011. Then on September 15, 2011 a charge appeared on my credit card for $39.95. To top it off then there were foreign transaction fees. I have purchsed online games before but all of them were through Big Fish or Spin Top. I did not request this charge and do not even know for what goods/services it supports. Cynthia McClure
