WebEyeCare contacts

On 1/29/2019, I thought webeyecare was Great, until my prescription changed and they refused to /let me return my contacts.

I made the mistake of ordering a years worth of contacts. And did not know that you must return any contacts within a year of the invoice or you are just stuck with contacts that no one will use.

The contacts that I have in possession expire in 2022. Needless to say I have reached to them by phone and email to exchange these contacts for contacts that are my recent prescription. And webeyecare said "to bad we have a policy and will not make exceptions."

I am very dissatisfied and will not be buying contacts from them unless this changes. Buyer Be Ware! My invoice was 993727. For a resolution, I would like to exchange the contacts for other contacts that go with my new prescription.

WebEyeCare Terrible site to deal with!

I made an order and purchased monthly contact lenses from www.webeyecare.com. When I made my order I also attached my prescription. When my order finally arrived I was surprised to see they sent me incorrect lenses! I contacted Webeyecare the next day and spoke with one of their reps who was very rude and said it was my fault! Lady on the phone said they'll contact me back later and that was actually the last what I heard from them. I waited patiently and received nothing yet. Terrible site to deal with!

WebEyeCare The seller doesn't change wrong orders

My doctor prescribed me lenses and I bought them from www.webeyecare.com. The delivery was very slow and when I finally received it, I was upset, because the lenses were wrong. They didn’t fit me. I asked the seller to change them, but the man was so rude to me and refused to change or even take the lenses back. It was so unpleasant and inappropriate. I don’t advise to buy from this website.

WebEyeCare They falsify their pricing

They falsify their pricing. They give you a lower "published" rate, then when you get to the very end of the billing process, after spending 30 minutes going through the ordering process, they surprise you with (1) a bogus processing fee; and (2) excessive shipping and handling rates. Their call center denies that their published rates are fraudulent, of course, but there's no doubt they falsely advertise the price of their contacts to get you to the site, then pull a bait-and-switch. Patented fraud. Buyer beware.

WebEyeCare Stay away from this website

I went to order my contacts and was surprised by how cheap my Air Optix for Astigmatism were. So I started to place my order and noticed the $10 processing fee (I rounded up) AND then the shipping fee. What was going to be an $80 purchase turned into over $100. It wasn't worth it to me, especially with some of the negative reviews about shipping issues. I went back to my old place. Contactlensking.com. They have free shipping (although its snail mail, but I got my contacts within a week). Their other shipping fees aren't too bad. $6.95 for priority and a little higher for 2 day and overnight. their overnight shipping was only $3 more than what regular shipping was for these guys.

WebEyeCare Webeyecare.com charges a processing fee that is not disclosed until after you have paid

Buyer Beware! webeyecare.com charges a processing fee that is not disclosed until after you have paid! The fee is so high it makes their contacts more expensive than other sites. They do this in order to fool Google Shopping into rating them the lowest priced contacts when in fact once you factor in the the hidden fee their contacts are more expensive.

WebEyeCare I will never do business with them again and suggest that you avoid them

While they didn't overcharge me for my purchase, they did pretty much everything else poorly. It took forever for me to receive my contacts, communication with them was extremely difficult and they made false promises regarding shipment and returning my calls.

I will never do business with them again and suggest that you avoid them. Trust me, a few dollars saved is definitely not worth the hassles and headaches.

I placed on order on 08/24 and paid for it. I never received the order. I have called, emailed, and tried to live chat and no one answers. Disputing with my credit card company now.
