I ordered a child's toilet training product from the website http:--webehave.com. 1 day after I ordered it, I learned that my daughter already had the same product for me. This had NOT BEEN SHIPPED but it had been paid for.

I requested a cancellation and refund PRIOR TO SHIPPING. I was directed to their website RETURNS policy. Again, I HAD NOT YET RECEIVED this product and did not need to return it. I simply wanted to cancel the order before they shipped.

The owner, Judi Cohen, was abrasive, and very rude. She sent me a curt email informing me that I had been turned over to the FBI and about 6 other Federal agencies for attempting to get a refund!!!. This dumbfounded me!

The product was shipped to my residence and the post office left me a notice on January 29 that I had a package waiting at the post office. I received an email from Judi Cohen stating that I had lied about my shipping address and my name. I wondered how on earth she was able to process my credit card for said charges. I considered this an attack on my integrity. She telephoned me to ask why I had not picked up the package (delivered less than 24 hours earlier). I told her I had since picked it up. I asked why it mattered whether I had picked it up or not. Even if the package had been returned to the factory, she would have still had my payment and essentially she could have sold it to someone else.

This website has terrible policies and I strongly recommend everyone stays away from doing business with them.
