After calling technical support 7 times no one is still able to solve a very simple problem. Technical support has no idea of web hosting technology what so ever. Been put on hold 30 min average each time. Word of advice if you are looking to run a web based business, you should stay away from Bell Sympatico, associated with Internet Domain Names for Business (no one will answer your calls or emails) and stay away from their hosting package called WebCenter.ca. This problem has been on going for 14 days, a simple mis-configuration of PHP Config file, no one over there will be able to provide an answer for you.

the company that is being referred to above, is Webcentre.ca and yes, I agree with the complaint, as I am presently experiencing he same problem with them. I am pay over $50 mo and no one has been able to buy from my site due to a technical problem that they are 'working on!'... I am very frustrated and am looking to go elsewhere...pat from Ontario Canada.
