Many months ago, I was using We Clean America. Since the service I received was getting worse and worse, and, to top it all, the last crew broke something (a toilet brush (!)), I called We Clean America, and spoke to someone called Manni (Manny?). He told me that he did not want to lose me as a customer, and as a gesture, he offered to charge me half price on my next service, and the crew would be personally handpicked by him. I acknowledged the gesture of good will, and accepted. I did not even want to bother with the breakage.
Little did I know: the crew I got was exactly the last one I had, the one I told Manny I did not want anymore, and my credit card was charged exactly the same rate. I called Manny a first time, and he correctedthe credit card charge. Next statement, there was still no credit. I called again, was told the same thing, nothing changed. I called again, and Manny said he was going to send me a check with the difference. The check never came. I called again, and this time, he was going to talk to his boss, since he apparently had no authority to issue a credit. That was over three weeks ago; of course, there was no check, or no credit.
I called again this morning, reminding him of all the promises; he said again, that he was going to talk to his boss; when I expressed still politely my reservation at that statement, he started shouting at me, and hung up on me. I called him back, just to let him know that I was polite with him, and I expected the same from him. I could not even tell him this, he would not listen, he kept interrupting me and shouting at me even louder; then, he hung up again.
So, not only did I get bad service, breakage, a false promise to start with, and lies month after month, but verbal abuse as well!
