WDC1600AAJB Cavair Blue — Irresponsive to even after generating RMA Online
My name is Rahul and recently 4 months back my wd 160 gb hdd got replaced and got returned to me thru courier. The Hdd being new got crashed in 2 months time. When I again generated a RMA online and wote a mail to them for a schedule courier pickup they still haven't responded yet by calling back to reconfirm. The tollfree numbers provided them by are either busy or not responsive. Even the no.[protected] is also same and when you call you will get to hear, "Our engineers will call you shortly", this goes on continuously till you disconnected the phone/line with irritation. I am not satisfied with the wdc's service since its the most irritating.
