This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

This ugly company has taken $14.95/month out of my account for almost 2 years. I feel silly having just noticed these unauthorized withdrawals. The "customer service" employees who answer the phone [protected]) are useless. They cannot provide information or documentation as to how they originated these charges.

Beware!

I work at the bank and was lucky enough to catch this error right away! Just go straight to your bank cancel your card that it was ordered from and if you used your routing number and account number over the computer then you need to close your account and open a new one. If you just put a stop payment there is nothing saying they won't try it again next month.
Good luck to all!

For those who think that people are stupid for not paying attention or catching the mistake sooner, all I can say is I truely hope that you are next and they get you for all you have! So then maybe you will see how horrible these people and companies are that steal hard working peoples money. Show some compassion or you are no better than those stealing these peoples money!

do you read the terms and conditions? and the $40 in gas yes its quarterly you get it its just over the course of a year. there are processes for all things. they can cancel and issue refunds just be polite and ask for it. as far as $1, 000 of dollars pay more attention to your statements geez they teach that in economics class. get a grip.

stupid me. i have been charge from valul-plus 26.00 to30.00 every month on my debit card for may 2years now. I was to wrap up in other things to really do anything about it. I am trully a stupid man, I have been scammed out of thousands of dollars, magazines, adult websites, and host of other adult and non adult scams. BE WARE AND BE AWARE. I am just a man working to make all scammers rich. I realize that the money that I have allowed myself to give away, I could have had my teeth fixed, a car that I desperately need, clothes, and somes money in the bank.. BEWARE>>>

I am very disappointed with this offer. I actually had to call because I didn’t get anything in the mail. I was told it was sent but they would send me another packet. I finally receive it, I go online to claim my gas voucher. Instead of finding the web site I find a lot of comments online on how people felt scammed, never got what they were promised. I immediately call and cancelled my trial, way before my deadline. Apparently other consumers cancelled their trials and still got charged $19.95. Some consumers didn’t even realize till some time later and were charged for months. I canceled immediately to avoid this happening to me. Now I have to worry about whether or not I’ll get charged despite the fact that I did what I was supposed to do.
I tried the www.valueplusonline.com on my browser and finally got to the site. I went to the site, registered, logged in and still was unable to figure out the gas voucher thing. I finally find how to get the voucher, apparently I registered for nothing, When I look at the voucher it is only for $10.00 and I need a member number in order to get my rebate. I DON’T HAVE A MEMBER NUMBER! I DON’T WANT A MEMBER NUMBER! I was told that I would receive a $40.00 gas voucher just for the trial period. I was not told that I COULD receive UP TO $40.00 as a MEMBER! This is false advertising and the reason why people HATE telemarketers.

I have had money deducted from my checking account by Savingsmart.com. At first it was an insignificant amount ($1.00) and I didn't pay attention to it (my mistake). Now at the first of each month (last 3 months) there is a $29.95 charge taken from my checking account. A few days later, there is a $1.00 charge taken. I was notified by my bank that my account was overdrawn and Savingsmart is the reason why. I am going to try to recoup my losses.

Value Plus is stealing my money also. They need to be shut down by the Federal Trade Commissioner and my money needs to be refunded. They also use the name Value Benefits Plus. WARNING do NOT take SURVEYS of any kind they say they need the information about credit card or bank card to just verify or allow you a trial period and then they start stealing. WARNING DO-NOT do FREE trials of any kind they are all lies. LISTED BELOW ARE A FEW.

SimplyYou.com
Savingsmart.com
Netflix.com
Shoppingessentialsplus.com
Privacymatters123.com
Valuemax123.com
Eventbrite.com
Greatfun.com
Completehome.com
iFriends.net
AtHomeRewards.com

ALL these sites were tried by me and all of them will take money from you if you take a trial membership. Even though I have canceled memberships before the supposed FREE trial period was up; I am still getting no refunds of my money.

Been charged 14.95 on my credit card. Canceled my account. In process of getting my money back with the authority of my bank.

Will never, but never use my credit card again. I hope you people you'll get your money back. Also people in a Community should get together and track down the people who do this.

Difficult to track; they have even false addresses. Po Boxes to play with, and more; its a shame. They target the people who forget or overlook checked sections online. Need to UNcheck all one does not want. Someone made a comment on that too. Good luck to you all.

I received a letter in the the mail congratulating me for joining valueplusonline.com. I went to the website to contact valueplus.com to contact them to cancel the terms. The "Subscriber Number" that is on the letter is considered INVALID by valueplus.com . Clicking the ' contact us ' icon goes no where on the valueplus.com web page. Now by using Google I see that I've been targeted for a scam that no seems to have an answer for.

Hahaha you say miserable thieves. Your the ignorant ones that didn't even notice it until years later. You all are also very ignorant in the fact that you should pay attention when you order something (boxes checked online, saying yes verbal agreement for telephone order). Always point the finger for your mistake. I just laugh hahahaha.

I was being charge twice in Feb. under two different company name. But they are both under the same telephone number [protected]). One is called WC BUYER PLUS, another one is called WC VALUE PLUS. They both charged me for $16.95 so it's a total $33.9 a month. I've never heard of the company nor purchase anything from it. What can I do to stop this scam? Could any of the government division can help me and the other people that's being scam by this company.
