Wbshop.com / Cannot return defective items

I have ordered from WB Shop before without any problem. But once I had a problem, they refused to resolve it. I ordered a product, and it was defective. When I called to complain, I was told that I had the item for the more than 30 days, so I would need to email their customer service department. I accepted that as it had been 31 days. I emailed them at least five times, and I *never* received a response. Twice, my email was returned to me with a "timed out" message from my ISP. I would be amazed if anyone ever read any of the email I sent. My sense that WBshop.com asks disgruntled customers to email them at the address as a way of getting rid of them.
