I live in Bradenton Florida and commute to Sarasota for work. I often stop at the local Wawa's to get coffee. Yesterday 12/22/18 I bought a 16oz. coffee and about 15 minutes when I arrived at work the cup split at the seam and spilled hot coffee all over my uniform and made a huge mess. I was very upset that these cups were so poorly made, luckily I didn't get scolded. I would at least like a free coffee after this incident but I will bring my own coffee cup this time.

the reason im writing this email cause the last couple days i been getting coffee for me and co workers
and with in 10mins coffee is all over the place !
the reason is the red 16oz coffee are splitting at the seam and leaking hot sticky coffe all over the place.
im super upset cause i have huge mess to clean and no coffe left.

My son bought a Turkey Wrap Sandwich at the WaWa Convenient Store in Marshal Creek, Pa today with Romaine Lettuce in it ! Romaine Lettuce is on the recall list for e coli bacteria that is sickening people and even reported deaths. Please be alert to these issues and abide by the warnings on the news.
If my son becomes ill, we will report the source.

I ordered a Turkey club sandwich on toasted rye bread, with lil mayo let, tom.I stopped at the wawa a on Chester pike in prospect park pa.It was early morning approx 620am.I stop at this wawa every morning for coffee and lunch for later in the day. When I went to eat my sandwich it looked like the clerk had just picked it up off the floor and wrapped it up.The bread was not toasted no mayo and no let or tom.I had to throw the sandwich away.Obviously the clerk was in a hurry and really didn't care what he gave me .The cashier was not very well trained.When he rang up my order he mistakenly gave me the wrong brand of cigarettes.I corrected him and asked for my brand which was cheaper when I explained that to him He told me he was not worried about that.Wawa may have a couple employees that may need more training.

The brand new Reeceville Road wawa in Coatesville, PA was a welcome site, however it is never stocked. So many times we've gone in and the shelves are empty, no breakfast sandwiches out at any time. The manager is rude to his employees and they never have enough employees working. Only one register open on most days. We go to wawa further away now.

I was asked to supply photo identification when using my visa card. I was using the chip on my card instead of swiping. My card is signed on the back of card. The amount of the charge was forty six dollars and sixty two cents.I told the cashier who was nasty and rude that I did not need to produce identification. She would not allow me to purchase my items without photo identification. I should not be required to show my personal information to an employee. My photo is also on my Visa Credit Card. The employee states that there policy. The store at 3228 Bristol Road, Bensalem, PA 19020 needs to stop this violation of Visa's policy.

conduct of a general manager
the conduct of one of your employees at the naples fl location seems to me unacceptable one night coming out of your location i encounter a disturbing seen of one of the general managers by the name of carla last name i believe prieto or priesto having intercourse with what seem another employee from the same location in the side parking lot of the location and besides a very rude attitude from her also
My General Manager was horrible always bullied me and said she cared but turned on me. She only focused on certain people and and never gave me a chance. She was mean too would tell me I would never make it somewhere else but somehow she is still there.
bathroom complaint
I'm not sure if it's case with all locations, but the fact that it's true for even one is unacceptable. There was no changing table in the Wawa we visited recently. As there was no family bathroom either, I was forced to change my baby on the bathroom floor. I was appalled that that was the only way I I into old change her at your store. This was in the female restroom. As biased as it is, I understand not having one in the men's restroom, but not female. We purposely choose Wawa when we stop, but I won't be doing that again if there's nowhere to change my baby's diaper.

I went into to the Wawa on York Road in Hatboro, PA on Thursday 11/15/18 (about 4.30pm) to use the restroom and purchase a coffee, I asked the lady behind the deli counter if I could use their restroom and she said the manager has the key and I would have to ask her, I went to the manager and asked her and she rudely said that the restrooms were not for customers I had being driving for six hour, I was exhausted and I did not need somebody to be rude to me. I simple stopped at the Wawa for a coffee and to use the restroom instead I got attitude and I left with no coffee.

I am a frequent customer at Wawa and I am constantly getting harassed and disrespected because when I order a breakfast croissant I politely order it without egg since I have an egg allergy. They always give me attitude and make my sandwich wrong all the time. I go there every weekend and it's always the same situation. I get nothing but attitude and sometimes they ignore me when I am standing in front of them explaing yet again that I did not order egg on my sandwich. There is no reason why ordering a sandwich should cause such stress.

My husband and I went to WaWa on my hour lunch break, I ordered 2 sandwiches and a large soup. I went and paid for it, that took me 5 minutes. I went back to deli and waited, waited, and I waited. Meanwhile there were at least 4 girls behind the counter, being loud, talking about personal things. So I waited some more, then a friend walked by and they all got excited to see her the conversation got even louder. There were also other people waiting. When the girl finally gave me my order she made a remark everyone heard, she said" here's your order mam, now you don't have to wait any longer". I worked at WaWa in Galloway and Absecon N.J. for 9 years and I loved it. We were taught respect to customers, they were so loud and with the music blasting, it's just terrible. I know I won"t be going there again, and I certainly will tell my co-worker.

I ordered a honey roasted turkey and provolone cheese hoagie with spinach, mayo and salt and pepper with the classic roll toasted on November second 2018 at about a little after 10pm on my way to work and when I opened my food to eat it the bread was so hard that it had crumbled inside the paper and it was way too hard to eat I had to throw it away

I ordered a tuna (bread toasted) hoagie with lettuce, onions, hot peppers and pickles with pepper and oregano.
All went to make cup of coffee I had ordered so I wasn't able to watch the person make my hoagie.
Once I returned to my office, opened the hoagie and all that is in the toasted roll is tuna, lettuce and onions.
I am very dissappointed because it's not like the instructions aren't on the darn print out the put on the hoagie. I don't think it was a super hard sandwich to make. I would rather the person take the time to make it right than to rush and now I'm mad that I paid for something and I didn't get what I ordered.

The Pumpkin Donuts go with the Pumpkin Spice Coffee, this year the pumpkin donuts were not as big and did not have the same flavor as previous years, and you now stopped offering the Pumpkin donuts. (probably due to the change and slow sales)
Please review the recipe from previous years to recreate the same great Pumpkin Donut, It has always been my favorite and now not available during Pumpkin season!

I purchased a carton of cigarettes from a local Wawa in the Philadelphia area. Cigarettes are $10.90 per pack hair some stores are more. I always put my cigarettes in the freezer when I buy cartons packs whatever that keeps them very very fresh. I had a few packs left from a prior carton that I brought. To open these cigarettes and to find out my first pack was stale I said okay that's fine. I go to open a second pack I gave my brother a pack and he said they were staleso I was like damn is the whole carton. So tonight be able to find the receipt and now three packs are now missing out of the carton I had to settle for buying a pack of cigarettes for $10.90 because I didn't want to smoke the stale cigarettes. I'm not sure of how you guys do reimbursement but I would like to be reimbursed at $10.90 per pack that's a lot of money for me. Looking forward to hearing from you guys soon I don't know maybe a coupons a full reimbursement a swag bag something not sure I would greatly appreciate it. Quality of coffee has gone way down, I have been buying wawa coffee for over 17 years, my entire family and friends agree so I know it’s not just me, damned shame, wawa is following suit with dunking donuts which had great coffee up until about 4 years ago which I stopped buying from them, now me along with a lot of people have stopped purchasing wawa coffee

Around 1220am on October 28th my boyfriend went to the wawa located at 10 Davisville Rd, Warminster, Pa to get us some food. I am a vegetarian and asked for a Cheese Quesadilla, my order ticket clearly states CHEESE! I took a bite and immediately knew something wasn't right. I opened up the quesadilla and to my absolutely horror and disgust I saw CHICKEN! I have been a commited and dedicated vegetarian for 4 years, and i feel as though wawa has completely violated me and my beliefs and destroyed what i have worked so hard to achieve, all because your employees didn't care enough to read the order screen properly. That one bite made me physically ill, I began vomiting immediately and this morning i woke up with a migraine and still nauseous. This is unacceptable and I expect some action to be taken against that location and it's deli employees that were working last night. This CANNOT happen! I ordered a plain bagel with mixed berry cream cheese at the wawa in Glassboro NJ. Usually ordering this my bagel is always covered in cream cheese, not this time. Not even half the bagel was covered. My receipt even states i did not pick light cream cheese. I'm highly disappointed in this. If i knew how skimpy the employee who made my bagel with the cream cheese was going to be i would have picked extra cream cheese.

I've completed the customer survey but did not receive any information with regard to the free hot beverage offer. I was supposed to receive a free hot beverage after the survey was completed but hadn't received anything. Is it possible to get that added to my WaWa app or is there another way. The hoagie making at the Longwood Wawa has gone from okay to bad. The amount of turkey on one sandwich and the lack of tuna on the other hoagie we bought was really cheap. I have noticed this over the last few months that the quality of hoagie making at this location has deteriorated. For a company that promotes its hoagie fest, etc. this makes me sad. My dad was a truck driver for Wawa for 30 years so I was always proud of the Wawa brand. I do not want your reputation to be tarnished so please rethink your cost cutting measures!

I was at the super Wawa in Downingtown Pennsylvania, a few days ago, after an awful day I have a very sick family member in the hospital, I ordered three Huggies to go home with, and said very nicely to the gentleman, that they had to be made perfect because the two times before one of them was very wrong
