Wawa sandwich

I got a meatball sandwich on a 6 inch roll with extra provalone cheese. It came with barley and cheese and 2 meatballs. There's more bread then anything. Hardly any sauce either. This isn't my first time being disappointed with service at this specific wawa. I ordered chicken salad on 6 inch roll. I got a tiny little scoop of chicken salad in the middle of the roll. Didn't come close to filling up the roll. I am a big fan of wawa, but this wawa continues to disappoint with the making of their sandwiches.

Wawa bad management

I know this manager that works for the Wawa in wild wood nj the one over the bridge. This manager let's his employees come in high and work in the deli, I am concerned that this female employee is going to end up hurting herself. I don't think it's right that her manager knows she's on something and continues to let her work. This manager usually works from 4:00 pm til 12:00 am. I hope you take this matter seriously. That to me is a bad manager and should be investigated or fired for having knowledge of this situation and letting them work in that condition

Wawa inventory manager

I was in Wawa earlier I heard your inventory manager Nick making sexual remarks about some of your female associates. I don't believe that is the kind of thing a manager should be talking about on the sales floor. It made me feel really uncomfortable. What if a kid overheard that manager talking like that I'm sure the parents wouldn't be too happy about it. I hope this will be dealt with so I don't have to complain again. I take sexual harassment very seriously and I hope you do also.

Wawa hoagie

10/2/17
I will never buy a Wawa hoagie again. Today I received the worst hoagie I have ever tasted. I asked for light mayo and got a ton of it, I also also for light oil and vinegar and the oil and vinegar was on the bread which cause it to be soggy right when I got it. Oil and vinegar is supposed to be placed on top on the meat not under it causing the bread to be grossly soggy. I am furious.

Wawa not being able to pay $190.00 in lottery winnings

I stopped in to cash in a couple scratch off winners today at the WaWa at 3260 New Rodgers Rd, Levittown, PA 19056. The total was 190.00, I was told that they didn’t have any money to pay me for the winning tickets, the lady working there rudely told me I could hang around in till they got some money. This is totally unacceptable for a large company that does a large amount of lottery sales. I will no longer buy any lottery tickets with them.

Wawa food

On 9/25/17, I heard an associate at the Wawa store in Vincenttown, cursing. This has happened on many occasions before and I've chosen to ignore it. However, when my children were forced to listen to her disgusting profanity, I knew that I had had enough. It's the woman who is in charge and shows up around six P.M. I would like something to be done.

Wawa cashier

The cashier did not acknowledge me when I checked out. She was speaking with a coworker and using profanity. She didn't acknowledge me through the transaction and waved me off after my payment was submitted. She was more interested in her conversation then assisting customers.

I'm a regular customer to wawa. I probably come weekly if not twice a week. I've never had service of this fashio.

Wawa cold brew

I ordered a 24oz cold brew this morning, like I do almost every week day. But this morning I received it only filled up half way. I did say leave room for milk but that usually means a little sliver. Then once I took a sip it tasted like straight syrup and was very grainy. I was in a hurry so I was not able to wait for a new one. I am very disappointed as I paid close to three dollars for something I can’t drink.

Wawa free drink satisfaction survey coupon/ wawa employee

My boyfriend and I fill out your satisfaction surveys almost daily and get a free cup of coffee every morning we stopped at Wawa. Today when we went to stop at the Wawa on Naamans Road and Ridge Road in Wilmington Delaware we had a valid coupon for a free soft drink or hot beverage after filling out your servey earlier that morning and after we made our coffees and approached the register to be rung up, the elderly lady said that the coupons were no longer able to be used since the company policy changed today stating the coupon sent yo our emails were no longer redeemable. Coming from a job myself where customer service is of the utmost importance I understand your company's policy change but there were no signs to notify customers of such change and when we filled the surveys out coupons were still sent to her email with expiration date still being valid as of today. Neither my boyfriend or I had brought cash with us since we have never had a problem utilizing the coupons as part of our morning routine and explain that to the cashier. This is the most diss satisfying experience I've ever had not only at Wawa but any commercial vendor I have ever been to and this is what the response was from the Wawa staff on duty. First, when the coupon was not taking off the price the woman looked at it and said, "It's for soft drinks only, " in which my boyfriend and I reviewed the coupon details even though we had the knowledge of what it was supposed to be discounting since we utilize them daily and replied politely by pointing out the words for any self serve soft drink or any hot beverage, and then explained to the cashier we didn't have cash, just our phones, since that's the only thing we typically needed when we were only getting coffee. Then came the problem; the other cashier - a larger African American with the most horrendous attitude - interrupted saying, "Well even if you have a survey coupon, we're not taking them anymore [mind you it was an overnight 'policy' change but your company was still sending out coupons and not advising customers of such difference] and if you don't have payment for it, you can just leave the coffee is there and we can throw it out". I was absolutely flabbergasted. My boyfriend and I both work full-time and come to Wawa seven days a week to fill up on gas, to purchase our cigarettes, to grab coffee and other household items daily from your store and was in great support of endorsing your business, until my experience today. Truly good customer service would be letting us know that the deal is no longer valid and though the coupon was sent to us and it still had a good expiration date we could give you the coffees today but after today we can no longer honor that deal. If the coffee's were being thrown in the garbage anyway, what did Wawa have to gain from alienating two great returning customers? My boyfriend was Furious and I was just really upset and pissed about how the situation was handled. The worst part about it wasn't even the fact that we weren't able to obtain the product we originally went to Wawa for, especially at the discounted price we were expecting, but that the cashier was so outlandishly rude and unprofessional that I can testify I will never go back to that Wawa again, possibly never returning at ANY Wawa chain at all if I can help it. It looks like the Shell gas station being built down the street on Naamans Road will be taking on our business for our morning coffees amongst other daily purchases because I refuse to be treated so horribly by a company I return to on a daily basis.

Wawa hot dog.

I went in to purchase a hot dog and the bun was hard as a brick. It is almost 5 pm it is the middle of the day there is no reason the food is bad not to mention this isn't the first time i came to this wawa and the food was over done and the store was a mess along with the service. I love wawa it is ver convenient and there is plenty locations but there is always an issue and not with this location. I'm just now speaking on it. Thank you much. A concerned customer.

Wawa customer service, or lack thereof!!

I visited your palmyra, nj store #460 at approximately 11pm tonight. While there, I was completely disrespected by a young woman employed by your company. I mean, I have never been so disrespected in my life, for doing nothing at all but attempting to help your employee.
When I entered the store, I was looking for the 2-liter sodas. I could not find them, so I asked a fellow customer and she said they are one aisle over. That was when I realized that the reason I couldn't find the soda was because there was a delivery of products for your store shelves, waiting to be inventoried, stacked three shelves high directly in front of every item on that side of the aisle. At first, I was going to move some of the boxes/storage containers myself, but I figured it would be better to ask first. So, I saw a young, short woman come from behind the deli counter and I said: "excuse me. I need a couple of 2-liters and it seems they are behind all of the boxes/containers stacked in that aisle". Your employee replied: "what do you need"? I told her I needed two of the mountain dew 2-liters, which were on the second shelf from the floor. I then showed her where I meant, and she started to move some of the boxes. When she did, a box of ramen style soups started to fall off the opposite side from where she was standing, so I grabbed it and placed it on top of another box so it did not fall. Then, your employee says, in a very smart, disrespectful tone, "sir, please do not touch anything:. I replied:"you do not have to worry, I am not the type to sue a company for injury that would basically be my fault". Your employee looked at me like I had just asked her for change on a street corner... She was very disrespectful! Then, she attempted to move one of the storage containers stacked there, and it was pretty obvious she was having some trouble with it. I immediately asked here if she was okay with moving it, and went to help her. But, again, your ignorant employee gave me the"death stare"and repeated:"sir, please do not touch anything", only this time her tone was much higher. I said okay, and went to grab two 2-liters from the shelf while she was holding the container. When I did, there was still a box in the way, so I went to move it slightly so I did not knock it over and damage it and, once again, your employee gave me the same line. But, the third time she said it, it was as if she wanted me out of the store, yelling it as if I had done something wrong. Finally, after taking your employee's [censor], I could not take it anymore. I bluntly asked her:"why are you being so nasty to me"? She replied with the same line, but with an even worse attitude..."sir, I did not want you touching anything". I replied:"yeah, I figured that out, but I was only attempting to help you... You don't have to be an 'effin [censor] about it"!
Then, your employee gave me another death stare, followed by the obvious smirk and said:"have a nice night, sir"!
Who the hell does she think she is to speak to me like that? She doesn't know me at all. I believed she needs to know that treating a customer like that is not acceptable. I own and operate a small it business and I come into contact with some real ignorant people sometimes. But, they are still my customers, and they are always right, whether I like it or not. I would never talk to one of my customers with the same disrespectful attitude that your customer gave me, for doing nothing but trying to help.

Wawa shorti blt. very unsatisfied

I stop at the WAWA Mays landing on rt 40 almost every day to work. Recently, on more than one occasion I have been very unhappy with my order. Today, the worst. I ordered a BLT shorti with American cheese. I asked for extra mayo and CHIPOTLE sause. My bread was dry. There was no cheese that I asked for and there was barely any lettuce. I'm a Wawa lover and have been for many years because I'm almost always more than satisfied. Lately I have not been. It's almost as though they are cutting corners or not reading the order thoroughly. Not happy after today's visit. Driest most unenjoyable sandwich I have received from Wawa.

Wawa soft pretzels

I just purchased the worst soft pretzel from the Boot Rd. Downingtown store. It was the seeded single one. The worst part is that the exp date is 9/23/17! That's tomorrow. Who knows what it would like then! It was dry, tasteless and just plain awful. I am a mobile customer. I will continue to buy from Wawa, but I am very disappointed.Thank you. Please address this issue.

Wawa messed up order

Hello, I wanted to report that I am very unhappy with a hoagie bowl purchased on 09/21/2017 @ your Sand Lake Rd. location in Orlando, FL. I ordered a ham hoagie bowl with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, cucumbers, sweet peppers, provolone cheese. The salad had the tag on it of what I ordered but when I opened the salad, it was not what I ordered at all! I was supposed to have ham but was given roasted chicken! Cucumbers, pickles, & onions werep missing from my salad & it was very sloppy. I also ordered a large Dulce De Leche Late, made with almond milk, extra flavor, & whipped cream. The extra flavor that I paid extra for was missing also. I feel that if the food workers paid attention to what they were doing, instead of laughing & socializing, they may have been able to get my order right. So disappointed that my appetite was spoiled & paid so much for my order!

Wawa wawa - burnt mill rd voorhees, nj

DO NOT GO HERE. This store has the rudest staff. They all seem miserable, the store is always a mess, and they never have their bakery, coffee, fruit area stocked. The manager is rude and mean. There are wawa' where the staff are friendly, they say hi, and are helpful... don't expect that here. Most small wawa' shave been closed, this should be next on the list!

Wawa service

Since this place is been open it gets worse by the day on how slow they actually respond to customer service between coffee being out food not be being prepared in time it's really in the bar Smith I go to Wawa's all over the state and never experienced problems at the Lawrenceville location and the new location in Ewing Avenue i've had to walk out when I get in the products I've ordered due to how long they were taking

Wawa rude customer service

I've been going to the Wawa located at 970 Baltimore Pike, Glen Mills PA 19342 for the past couple of days now because it is the most convenient one that is close to my job. Every time I go to check out I notice I have to ask for a bag to put my purchases in which I think is insanely unprofessional and rude due to the fact my items should be bagged by the cashier automatically after being rung up. Also, I was short changed a couple of dollars one time after receiving my receipt and change after purchasing a couple of items.

Wawa employee "disrespect"

Today I went in to WAWA and when I was about to check out a young lady named [protected] (teenager possibility) had an attitude when scanning my items and continued saying some inappropriate names about a previous customer before me in my option that is unprofessional. And the moment I got to her "station" she was on her phone and I'm not sure if that allowed but I just wanted to point that out but what really made me upset was when she was going to give me my change which I needed 3 dollars back she only gave me 1 dollar it's was only 2 dollars so I let her keep the change in my opinion she need to be talked to or something i know if this was my business I wouldn't want someone to have a messed up attitude to customers or not knowing how to count. So WAWA if you see this could you please talk to this young lady or resolve the issue for future customers. Please and Thank you

Wawa deli service

I rarely get hoagies anymore because of the way they are made.. but today I decided I'll give it another shot. I don't know if the person making it is just mad or there's just a very cheap protocol for making them.. if I wanted a crappy one with nothing on it I'd go to subway where it's cheaper. I order cheese and turkey and got one piece of cheese on the whole thing but 10 pieces of turkey... I asked for mustard and mayo and got no mayo and barley detectable mustard.. I asked for tomatoes and got one.. it just seems like I paid money for half a sandwich that pretty much just consisted of bread.. and I feel like this happens everytime I don't understand.

Wawa customer service

Had a young lady named Georgia help me tonight and received horrible customer service and showed no proffesiomalism. She would say things like "think about me when you go home" and "you guys have three sandwiches" and complaining about it. She was being very loud and playing around with her coworker the entire time. Also throwing food around when making the sandwiches no delicacy what so ever. Train your employees better please. We should be able to feel comfortable not discomfort.
