Wawa being profiled

I work over night & for the pass 2 weeks I'm have been being profiled as some one who comes in to steal by y'all hired security. I thought it was a joke because when I first noticed it the security personal was right behind me or looking over my shoulder. Then tonight I noticed a picture was taking of me without my knowledge, then I paid for my coffee then left, I usually talk with one of yall employees Because I come there all the time. Here's the thing that bothers me a lot if one of your associates say "go a head this coffe on me" I think security has a problem because I guess they make him buy his coffee but me on the other hand I buy more then just coffee. Furthermore I think the security hired at store #98 is & has over step his position I pay for whatever I get & I feel there's no need for a security guard to interfere with what an associate has offered me because I believe that's how you keep a regular customer coming back. Long store short he's profiling, overly watching, stalking, & most running customer away for yall establishment. After this is read I will be no long a customer to Wawa.

Wawa cold brew coffee

It was a week ago when I ordered coffee and a mac and cheese at a New Jersey Wawa. I wanted to try Wawa's cold brew coffee as I never had it before. I asked for a little room in the cold brew, but there wasn't much room at all. I paid for both my items and took them out to the car with me. When I had my first sip of the cold brew coffee I sipped something that wasn't a liquid. I had to do a double take. I sipped again. It was the coffee grounds. I held the coffee up to the light and saw there was about a half inch thick of coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. Needless to say, I paid for coffee grounds. On my hour commute, I didn't get to enjoy the coffee and had to make another stop, inconveniencing me.

Seems like there are not enough employees to work the store.
The Soda fountain has the same napkins and soda for the last three days.
Can't park and walk in without being asked for money from beggars. Can't stop in at night and park if I am alone because I don't feel safe.

Wawa mac and cheese and service

My husband went to the Claymont Delaware store, yesterday on 5/22/18 and ordered a large mac and cheese. When he was in the car he opened the Mac and cheese and found that the container was not filled up. He went back to the deli counter and showed the associate the half empty container. She replied that the policy is to fill it to the red line and then she turned around and would not discuss any further. We are extremely disappointed in the customer service and the disrespect that was shown in this encounter by wawa staff. Wawa food service workers/hoagie

Hi, let me start by saying that Wawa is my favorite place to stop when I'm on the road. My go to hoagie is a custom chicken strip Classic on wheat with jalapenos, onions and American cheese. On May 20th of this year my wife and I stopped to grab hoagies to have for supper when we got home. There were three workers making food and they were having a conversation among themselves not really paying attention to what they were doing. They called out our number and I could tell it wasn't our order, we ordered two hoagies and there was a panini box and a roast beef hoagie neither of which we ordered. When I told the worker it wasn't my order she looked at my receipt and said "Oh your right". When we got home I opened my hoagie and it had lettuce and tomato on it which I didn't order and no jalapenos or onions.
The Wawa location we stopped at was at routes 9400 & 115 in Blakeslee, Pa. I do understand that mistakes happen but the slip attached to the hoagie had the instructions of the order with jalapenos and onions so I can only assume the worker was more interested in their conversation and not the service to the paying customer. With that said I still intend to keep stopping for my Classic custom chicken. Thank you for your time concerning this matter.

Wawa a employee named grace

I approached her and asked her for help because there was no cups and lids left. She was very ignorant and ignored my request at first. She then laughed after I asked her again and got very cocky and said that they don't have any. Then she said "im sorry just kidding I really don't care deal with it" I am very offended and a person as rude as her should not be employed at wawa.

Wawa service and product

I was just in this wawa
They had no hot water for tea
The sandwiches for breakfast they had 2
It is just about 6 am prime time
I ordered a breakfast burrito and when I went to pick it up they had no napkins
I asked for one I was told to go over there at the coffee to get one the dispensers empty
Totally unexceptionable for a newly renovated store

Wawa wawa customer service

I'm writing in reference to an incident at Store 867 in Claymont, Delaware which took place yesterday. I ordered a custom milkshake and upon waiting a lengthy time I started to walk through the store-which was weird as there were only 4 customers in the store and around 4 workers. While looking at items I overheard a group of 3 customers and one of them stated to his friend, "Oh, I don't know if that's yours." This was in reference to the milkshake his friend had. I then returned back to the counter to stand and wait for my order. I witnessed the group of people return the milkshake to an employee who then came over to me. I asked the employee where the milkshake had been since I had been at the counter waiting, I also wanted to give the employee a chance to realize that obviously I knew that she had given me the returned milkshake. The employee did not confess to what had occurred and just said, "Oh, it was on the other side." I did not want to make a scene or confront the employee further so I accepted the milkshake and had to dispose of. I am not an overly picky person but considering what the item was and that there was no lid, I did not feel safe or comfortable with consuming the product. This was very disappointing to me and honestly a little embarrassing as I have been a loyal customer of Wawa for more years than I can think of.

Wawa employees being unprofessional

I arrived at the wawa on 273 in newark delaware at 3:50 a.M.. I ordered my food first before paying and pumping gas.. After I was done I returned in the store to see if my sandwich was completed.. What I found and I was the only customer in the store..2 employees standing around the food counter not prepping my food plus a woman with a dirty binder next to all open food.. After waiting for 12 minutes and my sandwich wasn't done a couple of white kids came in 10 minutes after me and chad started making their orders before mine... Chad finally completed my sandwich by throwing it up on the counter with a open box... This is the second time that i've had to encounter a unprofessional staff with this location... I'm a customer of this wawa since it opened and I refuse to be treated in this manner... Just in general the staff that prepare the food is very nasty.

Wawa deli counter

My trashcan loved this sandwich. Not even close to what I ordered, only 5 or 6 customers waiting at the Deli counter at the time so this was NOT an issue with being busy. Just too much socializing going on behind the counter and not much paying attention.

Last time there was the same story, ordered soup and got Mac and Cheese.

Will have to start opening up the one item I order at a time to see if it is actually what I ordered or not.

Wawa ranch macaroni and cheese

I order mac and cheese as a side dish fairly often, a few times a month and always loved it. When they offered flavored mac and cheese I was looking forward to a change but what a mistake.
I tried the ranch mac and cheese and it turns out that the way it is made is to scoop out regular plain mac and cheese into the container and then squirt a big gob of the ranch dressing out of the bottle they use for sandwiches into the same container.
First of all that's some [censored], its not like the flavor is baked in and second of all I do not know if the ranch dressing was bad or went bad in the heat of the mac and cheese but it made the whole container taste sour. I wound up throwing it out.

Wawa made to order hoagie

My hoagie was missing multiple items that I paid extra for, including pepperoni and guacamole. This was very disappointing to me as I am a frequent wawa customer. This occurred at the Wawa in quakertown pa on John fries highway. I would like to be compensated for this mistake. Employees should pay extra attention to include ingredients that cost additional money.

Wawa manager

I have tried to let this go but I can't it happen about 3 weeks ago and I'm so humiliated I haven't gone to wawa since I went every day for a coffee and a pack of Paul mall red 100s I use my own cup for the coffee I go get my cigs and go make my coffee and leave like any other day I go in and do this I pay I got make my coffee and I leave when I'm to my cat bucking my seatbelt the manager and a worker Mary I think older woman the manager is late 20s early 30s blond tell me I have to get out of my car or there calling the police mind you they say it so loud everybody hears it I was so humiliated I have never been so mad in my life now I know for a fact your are not supposed to confront theifs and your not supposed to go outside without a vest which they did both! I am so disgusted with how I was treated I can't seem to let it go at first I didn't want to get anyone in trouble but I cannot let this go for this woman to do this to me in the wawa parking lot with pepto thinking I stole a coffee I am not okay with it and she needs to be dealt with

Hi, I work for Wawa, and I hope I can ease your mind a little. The manager or any worker should never ever leave the store without a vest on. They should also never ever confront a customer after they are in their car. Since you paid for your coffee, you should not have to worry about anything. That was entirely the managers fault, and they should have communicated with the associate who rang you up before confronting you at your car. I really hope this helps. Have a great day! :)

Wawa behavior

We went to the Wawa located at 701 N Main St, Lanoka Harbor, NJ 08734. While we were about to purchase a gallon of milk an associate refused to ring us up because my significant other was wearing a ripped shirt and she said it showed nipple(it didn't or i wouldn't have let him go in). I am highly disgusted the way that this employee treated us. As some one who goes to this Wawa frequently I have seen people where worst attire. The fact that she refused to ring us up and told us that he was not allowed in the store wearing that next time.

Wawa employees

5/8/2018. I was in the Wawa on Wilson Road (#811?), during the crazy lunch rush.. And the older african american lady said something very rude to another employee. She said and I quote "I wish you would just shut up, seriously." The other employee simply asked allowed if anyone had made a certain food I take it based off what i partially heard, I didn't get to see either name tags but the african american lady was speaking to the younger white lady. Myself and others around me did not seem to like the way she spoke to the young girl. That is very rude and unprofessional. That is not right to say to someone what's so ever.

Wawa custom salads / power washing

5/7/18 Wawa on Delsea Drive in Vineland at 1:30 pm
order# 813
2 custom salads that nothing was right but lettuce and chicken.
If we are taking the time to order custom salad and wait (this is a very busy wawa) then order shouldn't be wrong. we eat there 3-4 time a week for lunch.
1 salad was missing croutons & cucumbers, 2nd salad was supposed to be dry and had dressing from 1st salad and had tomatoes added.

2nd complaint is why would someone be powerwashing entrance and closing one whole side and doors during lunch? then have worker spraying so people get dirty water misted at them bc there is no parking so you have to walk in line of fire. very poor decision by management

Wawa management

This store is one of my favorite stores. Have been going ever since it opened right by my house. I go back every day because the people that work there are amazing and I know a couple outside of Wawa. The manager Lori however, is terrible! She has told numerous employee's not to talk with us. Which as far as I know, their job's include having good customer service being face to face with people but I could be wrong. Aside from that, she is extremely rude to the employees even with customer's standing in line. She has an attitude and is terrible with customer service. Angel, the old manager, use to stop and chat with us every time we were in. Now, it's like the customer doesn't matter. I constantly filled out survey's to help the store win their trophy, because of the amazing people working there. Now I refuse to support it because of the manager. The only reason I keep coming back is because the other employees.

Wawa unethical behaviour

I was at the Wawa in Gloucester City, NJ purchasing coffee. I had an emergency that most people may have here in the summertime. I felt a tick crawling up my leg and wanted to remove it immediately. I asked the clerk kindly if I could use the bathroom to remove it and he blatantly refused and directed me to Royal Farms instead. Now I have always been a very loyal customer to Wawa, now i will be loyal to boycotting it. Maybe Royal Farms will be more sensitive to their customers needs. Thank You Wawa employee for recommending your competitor who actually cares about their customers.

Wawa employee

I went to Wawa today at 1230 . And I purchased a pack of cigs. And the lady who was taking my order was very ignorent . I'm guessing she don't like her job very much I had my I'd for her too see it and scan it . Witch she never did . She did not even look at it . Ok the second part I told her the cigs I wanted she grabbed them and threw them on the counter . Real hard and ignorent way she had a attuide she wasn't even smile then when I was waiting for my change . After. I got it . This is what she said in a very mean and nasty attuide . " Have a great day " that was it . But the way she said it was very mean . Like she didn't even wanna be there or take me as a customer never again will I go to her line her name is pearl . Wawa customer service/kiosk

Hello I visited the Wawa this mornin May 3rd at 7:30, location 2936 Brunswick Pike Lawrence Township, NJ I ordered an Sausage Biscuit and Gravy Breakfast Bowl paid and waited the usual to only wait 10 mins for them to tell me it wasn't available. Understandable my complaint/ concern is if it's unavailable you guys would remove it from the menu to avoid the hassle of paying and waiting for something that's not available. Once I was told that I didn't get a sorry or anything from lady in food area just a very disappointed morning with Wawa
