Wawa price of product

This morning i went into the wawa at virginia beach blvd and first colonial rd. I purschased a bag of snyder hot wings flavored pretzels. The price was advertised as $1.35 when i went to the register to pay they rung up $1.99. When i inquired about the price i was told that's what they are ringing up as. When i told them it was $1.35 and went back to make sure the. Price was $1.35 like i told them. I was told that the price was for the 3.5 oz bag which snyder changed to a 5 ounce bag. I just wanted the difference of the 1.99 i paid for. I ntold the clerk that i have been paying the 1.35 for them with the new size all the time. If there was a price change i feel that it should have been corrected before the product was out. The attitude of the manager was unprofessional . This incident occurred today march 7, 2018 at approximately 11:00 am

Wawa bagel melt

This morning 2/23/18 I was at the Wawa on Salem Church Rd in Delaware and I asked for a ham and cheese bagel melt made to order. Went to the lady who was doing the sizzlie's and she told me to go to the deli and ask them to make it. I did and I got my sandwich and left the store. Upon arriving at work and unwrapping my sandwich it was soggy and stuck to the wrapper. I ended up not being able to eat the sandwich and throwing it away. This is the third sandwich that I have ordered from there that has been this way.

Wawa customer service

After driving over 12 hours from Hopewell Va. and being 5 mins from home I decided to stop and get some bread to make a sandwich and 2 margaritas. The cashier was not at the counter but there was a bortle of wine. When he came to the counter a customer came with him and I guess the wine was hers she said excuse and ask for cigarettes. The cashier then cash her out. Now that he is cashing me out he then ask me for Id and I honestly left in the car and am in so much pain to go for the ID and comeback I couldnt and you holding up the line. This cashier never once ask the customer before me for ID. I feel if u ask one you need to ask all. Dont pick and choose. Hmm

Wawa being treated like crap while working there

I emailed corporate and will call but I quit because I was treated unfairly and made fun of . I wasn't part of the "in crowd " at work, and a couple employees made fun of my face ( scars, etc ) and some other things . An employee wrote about me on Facebook, publicly. When I saw that ( and I have a screen shot .) I felt upset, and humiliated . I wanted to cry . I felt the entire time I was there I wasn't welcomed by many people

Wawa extremely rude driver

Good Afternoon,

My name is Molly Bucher. I am the General Manager for Wawa, Inc. at 1710 W Brandon Blvd. Brandon, FL 33510. We have multiple drivers that drop off packages to us. Usually the same couple of guys. This one driver in particular has been very rude to several of my managers and I experienced it first hand today.

I happened to be in the store on my day off so I was not in uniform. I saw the driver handing a package to an associate to sign for. I yelled over that I had a package for him to take. When I brought it out he told me that we need to call in all packages. This is not our process. He is also the only driver who gives us any problems about it. I told him that I did not want to hear his speil. He than threw the package down on the counter, this is on camera. I asked him his name. He told me that I need to call packages in and he left the store.

I walked out to get his truck number where he than yelled at me from his truck, "REMEMBER YOU WERE RUDE TOO!".

I took down his truck number, 168514, and told him to have a nice day.

He would not give me his name so the only information I have is that he delivered at the above address today, Friday 02/16/2018 at about 12:45pm.
And his truck number.

If you need a description of the truck I can give that as well. ;)

Wawa customer service

I am here in Richmond, VA on laburnum and creighton road. I am lodging a complaint about the service I just received. It's about 3 in the morning and this little girl is obviously upset that I wanted to get gas and she had to stop stocking her items. Never greeted me with a hello, how are you, [censor] you... nothing. Didn't read me my total (I also picked up a few things) and was just ride all together. I wish I could have gotten this little girl's name. So upset that I have to stop going to this wawa and it's so close to my house.

Wawa an employee's appearance

Good morning I'm sending this to complain about an employees appearance. I've been a customer of wawa for many years. I never have seen such a bad display of an employee namely a shift manager. This had happened in your Hillsborough NJ. Store. This managers name is Kristen. Being I shop at this location 3 times or more a day I felt compelled to send this to you. Someone should buy her pants or a belt or even suspenders. It's not so much customer service. How would you feel about seeing someone's butt hanging out, several times when you came in to buy food or other items

Wawa deli area

I go to order my meal it's about 9pm. It seems to be only one employee working that area and she starts to moan and grown when I place my order. As I check out I back over and wait and as more costumers come over to order her facial expressions are outraged/pissed off lookig. All together that would have had to been one of the most dissatisfying meals I've ever gotten from my local Wawa. I also am a very regular custermer as I go there everyday for my break at work. This would be the (Chichester ave store)

Wawa coffee creamer stations

As a proud customer of wawa I must say the one thing that I love from you guys is your coffee. I stop by a wawa when I want a medium cup of coffee, snack and definitely gas. The other thing that isn't so great and I think you guys should honor what im about to state, because of sanitary health conditions the coffee stations needs to be better distributed. Now what I mean by this... Well coffee creamers, I feel that you guys need to install a system where customers doesn't have access to unscrewing that caps with so many air borne diseases on the rise I think its best to install pumps so the lids can stay closed and this makes for a safer, healthier and better way to serve your creamers.in addition, the lids to the coffee cup needs to be served differently as well. When i'm there in your store, making a cup of coffee I see eveyone touching the lids that people have to put their lips on... Please install a lid dispenser.. Its very unsanitary. Everyone doesn't wash their hands... Just a couple concerns and ideas I thought i'd give wawa to make things a little more healthier.

Wawa Disgusting and unsanitary conditions!

These are the conditions of this Wawa over a 2 month long period...
I've fell ill three times from consuming the coffee served here...
Whoever is overseeing this location must live in conditions such as these...

Wawa chicken strips

I stopped at the WAWA #245 on Boot Road in Downingtown an ordered a 5 ct chicken strip at $4.89 and when I got to work I realized there was only four Pieces in the bowl. Did they eat one before I got there or drop one on the floor or maybe they can't count.. how hard is it to get a simple food order correct?
Does anyone train the employees or just put them behind the counter and say good luck?

Wawa wawa iced coffee

Why in the hell did the wawa (on eastbay road in Seminole florida) stop stocking their iced coffee? It's the only wawa in the state of Florida that does not have the wawa iced coffee and unfortunately this is the wawa that is closer to my house so now I have to drive 20 minutes to the next wawa. I am very upset. No I will not try the drink station BS coffee they keep trying to push on me. It's not even close. I will quit drinking coffee before I switch. Please bring it back! Please!

Wawa The wawa oatmeal cookies

Why, wawa quit making oatmeal cookies?
I will never know! Bring them back please!
Every wawa I visited near atlantic city no longer make them! Boooooo! Take one of the chocolate ones away not oatmeal cookies!
I go to wawa every day! I asked the wawa associates about the oatmeal cookies, they say contact corporate! Really for oatmeal cookies 🙄! Please bring the oatmeal cookies back!

Wawa they have a limited menu for breakfast.

I pull off the interstate every morning and stop at the WaWa in Plant City Florida. They have signs up everywhere showing the breakfast burrito. But they only offer it once a week with eggs, the rest of the time they use the egg white or regular omelette's in it which I do not care for.
I usually arrive at 5:30 am and the place has a good crowd that comes in.
it would be nice to go in and enjoy what you like.
If you are going to be a meal supplier don't advertise what you are not serving.

Wawa mac and cheese

I purchased the buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese and there was a long hair in it. I have attached a picture which shows the hair pulled out of the macaroni and cheese. I love Wawa and hate to complain but I could not continue to eat my meal once the hair was found. It was obviously not mine because it was not the same color or texture as my hair.

Wawa consistent poor service

For the past 8 years I have been stopping at the Wawa at 1510 Easton Rd Horsham Pa (across 611 from the old Willow Grove Airbase) on my way into work. I'm usually there at about 5am. Up until a few months ago the friendly staff was a great way to be able to grab a cup of coffee and start my day, however recently a new night shift "team leader" named Anelia was hired and the atmosphere in the store is now terrible. 2 weeks ago I grabbed a doughnut from the doughnut case and this Anelia person hollered, "Great, now I have to re set the doughnut box because somebody took one". Really rude. A few days later while I was in the store this same Anelia person was holding a loud conversation from the cash register to another employee behind the sandwich counter telling him how he could illegally bypass his home water meter (like she did at her house) and save on his water bill. I have also observed her having several hostile and inappropriate conversations with her fellow Wawa co workers. I work in HR and some of this stuff was definitely "Hostile Work Environment" material. Anyway, the kicker was this morning when Anelia was working the cash register and was over the top rude with myself and the person she checked out just after me. Both of us said "good morning" and were not even acknowledged. She just held out her hand for our money and then slapped the bill change down on the counter and turned away.
I'm not looking for white glove service, I mean its just Wawa, but I refuse to be treated like a piece of s*it. Wawa needs to deal with this angry and rude employee.

Wawa security guard

During my visit to Wawa the bathroom was supposedly closed. When I asked where the bathroom was the security guard told me "it is closed for you buddy." I preceded to say "okay" and then asked why the bathroom is closed. He then told me, "do I have to explain it again? it is closed for you man." I then watched a woman and girl walk out of the bathroom. I asked the security one final time why the bathroom was closed and he then told me we could go outside and discuss it. I thought that it was a very unjust treatment of a customer and proceeded to tell the manager about the matter. The staff at Wawa was extremely helpful and kind, except the security guard. I have no quarrel with the food either, it was just the security guard who made my experience less favorable. The date of the incident was 1/6/17 at approximately 7:45 pm. '

Wawa food service

I entered Wawa store # 198 on 1/3/18 and placed an order for lunch. After placing my order I noticed a young lady working in back of the food counter constantly coughing but she kept coughing into the air, she never attempted to cover her mouth. The young lady in question was not actually preparing the food but she would package the food after the order was completed all the while coughing and not covering her mouth. This is not the first time I have come to this Wawa and have had a similar experiences.

Wawa employees using profanity

I stopped in the WaWa located at 6800 Rising Sun Ave; Phila., Pa. 19111 (Store #8066) around 530am on 12/31/2017 after dropping my father off at dialysis and was alarmed at the disrepecttful attitudes of two young employees at the sandwich section. I was at the kiosk trying to determine what I wanted to order and the two employees were using profane language. At first I ignored them hoping they would stop once they noticed an older customer was in their presence but they still continued. I said to the female employee "can you watch your language young lady?" She glared at me then continued having a conversation with her male co-worker. After about 5 minutes at the kiosk, my ticket printed and I was about to pay at the register but held off only to hear the female employee say to her male co-worker "how she gonna tell me to watch my language, she aint my mother". I told her that it is unprofessional to be using that language in front of customers and I told the both of them to cancel my order. I asked an employee who was stocking the shelves to get the manager. As the manager was coming from out the back the young female employee intercepts the manager and tells him this "she just mad cause we were cursing." The manager apologized to me, told me it was inappropriate and returned to the back of the store. The two young male and female employees clearly have an issue with respect. I know I am not their parent but I am someone's parent. When I asked if she could watch her language that was a simple "motherly correctioning" on my part because I know children make mistakes.
I wouldn't have canceled my order or wrote this complaint if she heeded my advice about the profane language. However when she decided to make the comment about me not being her mother and telling the manager I'm mad because they were cursing, I was annoyed. These two young people didn't have any profressionalism and clearly didn't understand what they did wrong. I have children around their age and understand young people do and say things without thinking but if a customer takes the time to correct you, then heed the advice. Don't make matters worse by being belligerent. I hope their atttitudes get adjusted.

Wawa customer service

Your new store located on the corner of Center Florida PKWY and John Young PKWY. My job is approximately 7-10 min away. when i arrived at this location on December 27, 2017 at 3:30pm on my 30 min lunch break. I order my food on the machine and the ticket printed out my order# 755 at 3:33pm. The ladies preparing the food NEVER greeted the customers. And they HELD A PRIVATE CONVERSATION OVER MY FOOD which took them 16 mins to prepare a Italian Hoagie. I was late from my break and got in trouble by my supervisor. Which makes me to NEVER want to eat or ORDER my food from you guys again. I wasted my $9.00 and my 30 min lunch on WAWA. I am going to write a review on yelp regarding this.
