Wawa manager issue

Went in and orfered sub and there was no way to order cream smootie. Manager Joseph said he had to unlock the screen. Waited 3 minutes for the screen to come up. Still nothing. After waiting 5 minutes I was able to order. So after the clerk made the drink, I asked if I could have the rest and she politely said I'm sorry I can't give it to you. So I asked the Manager if I could have the little bit that was left over since I had to wait and he said no that they sample the rest out and I then watched her pour it down the drain. I WAS a regular customer up to now spending about 80 to a 100 bucks a week ... not anymore. We exchanged a few words and he kept telling me good bye. I ended cussing him out with vulgarness and left

Store # 0115

I visit this WaWa at 6400 Bustle ton Avenue in Philadelphia Pa, 19149. This complaint is regarding my visit March 6, 2024, when I ordered a Honey Turkey and Jack Peper Cheese Hoagie with Tomatoes, Onions, Lettuce, Pepper and Mayo. The young lady gave me Honey Turkey and Jack Pepper Cheese Hoagie with only Pepper, Pepper Jack Cheese and Spinach. I did not ask for Spinach. The Turkey taste old and it was stuck together. Very disappointed. I would have returned it for refund, but it was raining too much to go back outside. I will only play my numbers at this location.

Wawa did not get to use full gift card

I am a loyal customer, love Wawa, and go there frequently. Today, 7/24/18, I went to Wawa to get gas with a $25 gift card I had. I gave the cashier the gift card, and she told me that she put $25 on my pump. I had also confirmed that the card contained the full $25 prior to the purchase. When I went to pump my gas, it shut off after $9.22. I went back to explain that it didn't use the full $25 and she said her receipt said it charged $15.78. I now have two receipts showing on my account: one for the $9.22 of gas and another for $15.78 that is unaccountable. So essentially I was charged for $25 but only received $9.22 worth of gas (just over a quarter of a tank). I am disappointed that they were not able to resolve my issue in the store. Is there any way I can receive some compensation for my trouble, frustration and loss of money?

Wawa customer service

I went into the local wawa store to buy ice and cigarettes, the clerk told me she would not sell them to me. She was very rude in her tone and body language, I asked why, she said another person had tried to buy the same brand but had no id, I had no idea what that has to do with me but I have never had a problem like this until I walked into this store. I argued with her for a moment and then I turned and walked away, behind me I heard her say, "take that [censored] out of here cracka! " very unprofessional, rude and frankly demeaning. As long as that woman works for your store I will never shop there.

Wawa staff

I was in the Greenbrier Chesapeake wawa on July 21, 2018. I witnessed a male employee talking inappropriately to the staff in the food area. The staff appeared upset at the way he was talking to them and by what he was saying to them. It was not pleasant to see someone treat people he works within the manner he did. I hope this is changed. If this is the way fellow employees are treated I will no longer shop at any wawa. Discouraged past customer.

Wawa croissants

I am writing once again to complain about your croissants that are being brought in pre-cooked and dark. We have to ask the person taking the order if they are dark. If they came in that way we do not order them.. This has been happening for a few months. It seems that there have been several complaints about this and it still is not corrected. I have complained about wawa in regards to your cream filled crumb muffins and also the oatmeal raisin /white chocolate cookies that you no longer carry. Why do you stop items that sell? Now you are having foods pre-cooked that are too well done and when toasted they get burnt. What happened to your policy of pleasing your customers? When you have complaints shouldn't you fix them. Not a happy/satisfied customers!

Wawa turkey pinwheel wrap

I grabbed a turkey pinwheel wrap like i have many times before on my way to work today, expecting the honey mustard dressing. However for some reason today it has mayonnaise on it instead. Even tho the packaging still says honey mustard dressing. I cannot eat mayonnaise so I pretty much lost my lunch and my money. Disappointed and also worried for customers with food allergies as this is false packaging/advertisement

Wawa wawa: ongoing service at same location - morehall rd, malvern pa /atwater

Our family is a huge fan of Wawa and we were so ever grateful to have one at the entrance of our development/Atwater/Malvern, which we hoped was convenient and a time saver. We have been loyal to Wawa for years. We were sadly disappointment beyond after having nearly every visit to the Wawa at Morehall Rd, Malvern /Atwater location to be a huge disappointment.

1. The Customer service/lack of staff doing key rush hours times/ 3 people on board in the height of rush hour is unacceptable. Service delays of 25/30 min on nearly every visit/for simple items like one latte is unacceptable.
2. Visits during non-peak were quite similar at 20 min to make a latte when there was only one other customer in the store/Unacceptable.
3. Spilling customer latte and then proceeding to clean up for another 20 minutes without back up/unacceptable.
4. Receiving sandwich orders with missing meat/items/unacceptable.

Hoping to reach out to a management person at this store and understand why service is so different than most other Wawas. There must be a reason and a way to correct. Thank you.

Wawa terrible customer service

I went in to get hoagies as well as
Lottery tickets, I only wanted 10 dollars of tickets and put a $20 in thinking I would get my change! THETE IS NO SIGN ANYWHERE STATING YOU CANNOT GET CHANGE BACK! I needed that change to buy the hoagies bc I had no more
Money on me.. an employees then tells me there is no way for me to get my money back. I had to argue tooth and nail just to get him to give me my money back. So I wait in line to pay for my two hoagies and the guy at the register had both tickets and only ran up one( they do not mark the tickets so I no way of k owing he didn't ring it up! So I wait in line for my hoagies and the girl behind the counter tells me one is not paid for( so I have to go back get in line then when I get to the counter I
Do not have enough cash to pay for the hoagie I ordered so he tells me there is nothing I can do. Soo again I go back to the hoagie screen to get a smaller cheaper hoagie in witch I had enough money for, once I go to pay the lady told m I must wait again in line! Finally the manager named warren come over for the third time again being very rude to me and I explain I work for customer service and this is not how you treat your customer, this is when he finally offered me the hoagie for free, now why couldn't he just give me the one I ordered in the first place free instead of making
Me go through All the hassel!? I think you really need to train your employees to treat the customers respectfully and not with rude arrogancey. I do feel I deserve at the least an apology and some sort of reimbursement. I am also going to social media. I have never in my

Things with customer, the customers do come first and I do get that not all the time you are able to hand out freebies bc that's just a loss from the business, but if things within the company improve there may be less issues like this. Thank you, Jessica Hayes

Wawa order screens

First of all I love Wawa and I love that they always are adding new and delicious foods. However, there aren't many healthy options at all when ordering. For example, if I wanted a Turkey bowl with no carb sides, I couldnt order that on screen. Id have to special order it which takes more time for me and for the employee making my order. If I order a turkey or a chicken bowl, I am then asked what I want with it and I'm given options of rice, mashed potatoes, beans, bread, stuffing or Mac n cheese and I cannot advance to the next screen unless I choose one. What if I only want chicken or turkey with lettuce tomato onion pepper pickles? I can't even get to that screen unless I choose a carb filled side first. I suggest adding a feature to ordering that let's you bypass what you don't want. Also, maybe add some veggies to your menu. Broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus. Thanks for reading and I hope to see some changes soon!

Wawa aggravation getting gasoline for my car

This morning at 8:15 I arrived at store # 05198 in Wimauma, Florida. Using my Wawa Credit card I attempted to enter the proper information onto the screen. Lifting the pump and setting the gas I wanted, the best I can describe is the screen froze and I could not pump gas. Thinking I did something wrong, I tried again and froze again. Use the call button and was told I needed to come because I was using a Wawa Credit Card. This in itself sounded strange? The clerk Sonia put $45 on my credit card so I could fill up. Went back to the pump and lifted the hose and the sale came up cancelled. This all happening with frustration and sweating in the Florida heat. Press the call button again and they sent someone out. They proceeded try what I had already done twice, again screen froze. Here is the real kick in the pants. The attendant who came out and spoke on her wireless mic and asked someone inside, if pump 14 had problems yesterday and the response was affirmative. The attendant who was with me said into her mic, we better shut this down so it can be checked. Now why was this pump already closed if it had a problem.
We moved to a different pump and finally after 22 minutes I was finally on my way to work. I know this folks do not make a lot of money but the world of incompetence is running rampant in the US.

Wawa customer service

I was in your Lakeland FL store #5106 and your employee sold me beer with my i.d of course but then when I went back in my buddy had reminded me to grab my cigarettes simple enough as it is he could have gave me my cigarettes and that would have been the end of it but instead the guy tried to be funny saying I don't care who you send in the stores I'm not going to sell it to you so I told him to call the cops and still refused so now I'm complaining on part of your customer service because I've been to almost every one of your Wawa's from Maine all the way down to Miami FL. I've never ever had a problem with any of your other stores I don't know if your guy at this particular store was racists or what but he didn't even I'd half the customers after me and yet wouldn't give me my cigarettes. I could have been another statistic and spazzed the hell out and your company would be out of one more store and one more minority in jail for your stores customer services I've been doing the best I can in life to change actions chosen by me but if things don't change and places don't start to actually show the customers always right as should be in any customer services business then things will start changing around the whole world simple enough cause and effect the cause of your stores terrible service and the effect of the people and what they want as a person who works hard and you's give nothing in return to your customers but headaches and trouble half the time I go In Your stores I'm on break and need to be in and out. For your stores to harass me about a [censored]ing I.d when I look dam there 50 years old.

Wawa cashier

Roxanne the cashier at 2 n Whitehorse pike Stratford Nj last night was extremely rude to not just me but many other customers. She was saying everyone wanting cigarettes you better have your damn id's on you or get out of line and go get it cuz you all ain't getting none without it.
I don't cares how old you are. None of you gonna get under my nerves tonight.
This person should be fired and corporate should demand manager's reinstruct employees on proper treatment of customers.
Royal farms is less than 1 mile away this is the second time I've been treated this way. I went to royal farms the last time and had seen many other previous wawa customers in royal farms and asked them why they said wawa is horrible anymore lacking coffee being hot or full many times.
Food orders are not prepared properly the store is out of bread many times bathrooms dirty, yard cleaners hanging out with friends rather than disposing of trash they dump behind curb.

I buy on average 200.00 + in gas per week from this store and spend on average of 60.00 inside the store. Not to mention my employees patronizing the store daily.
Through my stopping at this location with employees and my purchases we spend around 400.00-450.00 per week with wawa if this can't be resolved and corporate contact me by phone and email i will have no problem spending my money with royal farms from now on.

Wawa items priced 2 at special price but charged full price when I bought one item

6 packs Deer Park water, 2 packs for $4.00
I bought 1 six pack, expecting to be charged $2.00. This is the customary practice in grocery stores. Items are sold at exactly 1/2 or 1/3 of the price when you purchase one of the number advertised items at a special price.
I was charged $2.69 for one six pack. And so I learned WAWA charges full price when you buy one, not two.
Quite a penalty price, I think.

Wawa slipped on a wet floor no wet sign present

On July 2nd at 2:34am in the morning I visited the Wawa on 1814 Salem Rd, Burlington, NJ 08016 to use the bathroom and to possibly get a snack or two. As I walked to the bathroom I slipped and fell on my knee due to the floor being wet. I recorded these instances on my social media which I'll include below. When I slipped I yelled to the cashier "there's no wet floor sign?" And he looked at me and did nothing. After I got up and limped to the bathroom I recorded my story on my social media. It was after I came out of the bathroom that the cashier then put up a wet floor sign and asked if I was okay. He then said that "the wet floor sign was on the other side but why wasn't it where it was wet in the first place ? Now I'm suffering from a swollen knee due to this incident.

Wawa soda machine

On three seperate occasions I visited The Wawa location at Bustleton and Levick Street. Philadelphia PA 19149. Only to be disappointed because the ice machine was turned off. This happened on June 29th, June 30th, and July 1st. These were very hot days. To be correct we were experiencing A HEAT WAVE. On June 30th a bag of ice was set on the side of the machine for anyone to put there hand in and grab their own ice. I once worked for Wawa therefor I know that the machine was turned off.

I asked one of the employees behind the coffee counter if she could put some ice in a cup for me from behimd the counter so that i can get soda from the machine. She suggested that I get ice from out of the bag. I then left the store without buying anything.

Not only am I a paying customer who's in this location daily, but I am also a store manager that knows customer service is top priority.

Wawa hoagie sandwich

Today I went to wawa with my wife to get lunch on 801 cottman ave phila pa. I order Italian hoagie and a flat bread with a soup for my wife. On my way to work I open my sandwich and notice it was a cheese sandwich with sweet peppers, if I remember Italian hoagie is suppose to have meat. I go wawa everyday and I'm very disappointed I had to throw away my sandwich...I was to far to go back and complain.. I had to work my whole shift without eating ...

Wawa getting charged multiple times with 1 transaction

My the cashier said my card was declining and the machine said jt declined multiple times so I finally paid in cash. I check my bank account hours later and my account was charged 2 times. I also paid in cash. i'm very upset that wawa charged me a total of 3 times when I should have only been charged one. This makes me extreay disappointed because I have never had any issues with wawa but I will not be returning to get charged multiple times for one transaction. Very frustrating.

Wawa free rewards on reward card

I frequently purchase breakfast from this location. I use my rewards card often because I do go for breakfast often. I expect to be able to take full advantage of my rewards. I was charged additional charges for just cheese of a breakfast burrito that I had a free reward for. After scanning it I was charged the cashier was insisted it cost because of the added ingredients. There is nothing that says there is a charge for additional ingredients of free rewards.

Wawa rude customer service at 19th & market

Hello,
I was a customer at your location on 19th and Market, store #8093. I ordered a latte with almond milk, expresso and extra flavor. When I tasted the drink it did not taste like extra flavor was added. Anytime I order this drink the extra sweetness can be tasted. I kindly walked back and told the young lady Tahira that made the drink my concern. She immediately was rude by rolling her head and eyes plus her voice was extremely upsetting. Quote her " you ordered expresso and flavoring (head roll, eyes rolling and tone raised)". Me, yes. Her: What flavor, rudely? She could clearly see I ordered white chocolate because she looked at the screen. I asked for the manager and the young lady she was loudly talking to while making food shouted no manager is here, then another said he is just leaving out. Chad walked over, listened and apologized. Then proceeded to make me another drink. He showed professionalism. Tahira obviously needs a customer service class. Ive seen her act rude to others before. She has a miserable attitude. Let's not mention discussing personal stuff loudly while working. I hope WaWa does something about this matter. Thank you, kindly.

Wawa bathrooms

I would like it if you could please include baby changing stations in all new Wawa locations and add them to existing locations throughout US. Modern Moms and Dads love stopping at your store but if they have a newborn they are far less likely to stop there versus another store that accommodates the diaper changing. Please consider for you future customers as well. Thank you in Advance!
