Wawa conditions at broad and walnut location

Please please do something about this location!
It was so nice when first opened. Now it is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! It is FILTHY inside. People are complaining of roaches in food prep area. The coffee station is so gross I refuse to buy coffee there and set it down on that counter. It needs a very detailed cleaning. Where is the District or Regional mangers of this location and HOW can they not see how gross and filthy this location has become?
It is an unsafe location when the police force presence or the security are not on site. I encountered two individuals today alone that were quite obviously not in the right mental state of mind or health and this has been a frequent occurrence. Now that the flower planters are in place there is no homeless loitering because they have moved inside!
Please CLEAN IT and PLEASE have security personnel on site or the Phila police before something escalates in there to the point of bodily harm.

Wawa mac n' cheese

I ordered a medium. There's the amount of a small in here. If I wanted a small, I would've ordered one. Thanks for ripping me off. Working the night shift you do get hungry, and yes I do control my portions. But I know that "medium" is a small in the disguise of a medium cup. This happened on 10-31-17 at approx. 22:25 hrs. I usually do get this specific order and I know what a "medium" is.

Wawa wawa roasted vegetable shortie

When I ordered the sandwich I customized it. Asking for the bread to be toasted, a few extra condiments and horseradish sauce instead of mayo. When I got the sandwich back to my office there were no vegetables on it, just the extras- pickles, spinach and Parm cheese, and enough horseradish sauce for 5 sandwiches. It was like a sauce sandwich. The bread was not toasted either. I really liked that you expanded the menu, but if the staff can't make them correctly, what's the point?

Wawa hoagies

This is not the first time I've experienced this issue. For both wawa on 15th and gordon and wawa on lehigh street both of Allentown PA, has messed up my sandwiches and it seems to be everytime i ask for a bbq chicken hoagie and they dont put bbq i pick a buffalo chicken hoagie with the jalapeno peppers and they forget the buffalo sauce and the jalapenos every hoagie has been just chicken cheese salt and pepper. I am very unhappy with their performance. I cant even enjoy lunch or dinner because they keep messing up my orders.

Wawa timing and quality of my food.. wawa off trexlertown exit

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant from the actual people because it was not in the food warmer. I ordered my warm cookie, for a drink, waited in line and payed. I came back and my cookie was there very fast. So the man said that my bagel would be out in the warmer in just a minute. I waited about 5 minutes and the girl came out but my food wasn't there. I waited another 5 minutes and then he asked me if I wanted cheese. 5 minutes after I get my food and it is burnt

Wawa dogs being allowed in store

3rd time seeing dogs in the manahawkin store on route 72 this is not safe when there is food being prepared these were not service dogs, something needs to be done about it i will never buy from this place again unless i want fleas or hair and anything else animals carry i spoke to an employee reguarding my concern was told wawa isnt allowed to say anything to customers that bring animals in.what about people with alergies ?

Wawa customer service

I made an ATM withdrawal and received a torn $20 bill. I reported and showed the money to both the store manager & cashier. Not only did they look at me like I was an [censor], neither offered a resolution and refused to allow me to pay for my purchase with it. The cashier claimed she couldn't have bills larger than a ten in her drawer and the manager told me to call PNC Bank bit didn't attempt to help me find a number. I frequent that location but did not make a purchase today and highly doubt I will go there anymore because of today's experience.

Wawa cigarettes

So I go and buy 2 packs of Virginia slim cigarettes today. I pay for it with my debit card and when I look up the guy had given me the wrong cigarettes. They didn't have any more of my brand of cigarettes. The guy asked me to come back in an hour or two because the truck will be coming in to bring in their shipment. I agree went home did not open either pack of cigarettes. Went back several hours later. And was told that the shipment guy had been in an accident and is now in the hospital and they still don't have my brand of cigarettes. I travel to another Wawa who did not have my brand of Virginia slim Menthol Gold cigarettes. I went to another Wawa and they told me that they cannot exchange the two unopened untampered packs of cigarettes because there was a code and it was from a different store and they will get in trouble and fined for exchanging the cigarettes. I have been buying cigarettes from Wawa for more than 20 years now and I think this type of treatment and customer service is ridiculous. Signed a very upset customer.

Wawa my order

Tonight I went into the Dean Rd and Curry Ford Rd location for the hoagie combo. For some reason when I was going through the customizers for the hoagie it would not let me move next to the sides. Other customers were having the same problem. Instead of leaving, I decided to just order a whole sandwich and add a side to it. It was of course more expensive but I figured it's more food so I'll deal. Then I get home and realize they only made me a half sandwich. So basically I came here for a cheap combo for around $6 and instead I was made to get more food and pay more, and only received half of the sandwich and a side for $9, and had to wait for 15 minutes. I was told the reason they weren't able to offer the combo was because they were out of small containers for the sides with the combo, so it wasn't able to be ordered. But that doesn't explain why I was given half a sandwich.

Wawa registers

Today I paid 8.41 for my sub and coffee which they charged me full price for despite coffee being a $1 any size but nevermind that. I was told after swiping my card twice that their systems were down failing on both registers. Only to check my bank statement to see I was charged for both. This is the wawa on broad and walnut street. I expect my money back because this is not the first time this has happened. I called the store and they put me on hold for several minutes eventually telling me there is nothing they could do and I would have to spend even more time on the phone with corporate. I am a regular customer at wawa and they should expect to lose my business if my money isn't returned.

Wawa turkey bowls

I guess customers feed back really does not matter. My husband and I really enjoy this time of the year to get turkey bowls from WaWa but we are done this is like the third complaint. If you are going to serve then have all the ingredients No mashed potatoes again we had to go to 3 different stores. All we want is to go to a store and be able to get what we want.

Wawa breakfast sandwich

I ordered a breakfast sandwich via the self order kiosk. Ham omelet sandwich details were wheat bread, ham on bread, egg white omelet. Instead I received white bread and no ham. Only egg and cheese. Cooks seemed To be sidetracked by conversation. Not the quality of service I am use to for WaWa. I would have complained at the time but reluctantly didn’t check the sandwich the was wrapped and taped until I got to work. Not looking for anything in return, I would want to know if it were my store that is all. Thank you.

Went into wawa no Red Bull’s stocked only sugar free ask said when we restock would not even look in back very rude personnel looked through glass window saw cases stacked in back asked another employee and answer was I am going on break do you interview face to face or just hire this is basically what happened now I am adding to make min so complaint is viewed

Wawa sandwiches & decaf coffee

Every morning I go to Wawa store located on Curry Ford road & Dean road, at the same time every morning. An employee name Gabriela was always extra friendly. One morning I said hi as usual and there was a male non employee right by her that gave me a nasty look. Ever since it has been really weird when Gabriela is working. Yesterday morning I had a question. If they had scrambled eggs? Because you could not order it. It was 7 am. Gabriela with an attitude told me she had to do something to the system so they can start selling it and to give her 5 min. Gabriela just stood there having a conversation with a coworker for a while. I tried to ask if it was going to take longer and Gabriela just walked away. Even her coworker told her that clearly I had a question. When I got home the egg seemed different, really sticky and gooey, like if it was tampered with. Today same person was there. Gabriela and same attitude, the egg in the sandwich seemed tampered with. If I get sick I will sue. My order# today was 39 and yesterday's was #763. I have been coming to this store every day since it opened. My whole family go there and is 7 if us. Me and my family will not be going back until this person is gone it changes their attitude.

Wawa my service was horrible and avoidably slow this morning.

I go to the Wawa located at 460 S. 69th Street almost every morning for coffee, and sometimes food. Parking is always horrible (the parking lot is small) and the store is always crowded. I recognize that those things are unavoidable. Today, however, was horrible. I went into the store about 6:45am to buy coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. I made my coffee, and paid for my food. I went to the counter to see if my number had been called yet because it took me several minutes just to navigate the crowd, stand in line and pay for my food. The woman preparing the food (Steph) told me that she had not called my number yet. Meanwhile, another employee, Ashley, was cleaning the walls and equipment. The station where the hot foods are kept was pulled out from the wall and Ashley was cleaning the walls. Steph has to move slowly, carefully, and deliberately around her to make people's food. The crowd of people grew and I heard Steph ask Ashley for help, to which Ashley replied, "No, I have to clean this." I waited for a bagel with cream cheese for 10 minutes! Fortunately, I wasn't running late for work, so this terrible and slow service didn't have a really bad impact on may day, but it was still unacceptable. The store was so crowded and while Steph is only one person, she should have had help, or MINIMALLY, her work station should not have been obstructed by another employee choosing the most inopportune time (morning rush) to clean the equipment. This is why I can't go to Wawa every day. On days like today, when I have extra time, I can. If I'm running late and don't have 10-15 minutes to spare, I have to choose the Dunkin Donuts drive-thru. I don't like their coffee as much, but their service is quick and their employees are competent. I don't know if you need this information, but the Trx# on my receipt is 4803801. The receipt says that this is Wawa #11.

Wawa premade breakfast sandwich

I go to Wawa just about every morning before work and they never have sandwiches without cheese. I'm can't eat cheese and neither can my family and it would be nice to have no cheese options because if I go to the counter to ask them to make it they always are out of croissants.

It would be nice if there was that option so that I won't have to scrape the cheese off of the sandwiches.

Wawa wawa roasted chicken hoagie

I went to wawa, ordered my fave roasted chicken hoagie like i always do, and after driving 30 mins to my boyfriends to eat, the chicken on the hoagie was rubbery and hard and i was not even able to bite into it that it was that bad. I am extremely disappointed and was not driving 30 mins back to the wawa to show them and get a new hoagie and waste my time.

Wawa deli sandwich - unsanitary

oct 11, 2017 I ran to my local wawa to grab a sandwich for dinner at 9:00pm and upon entering wawa I noticed trash all over the walkway but paid it no mind, walked in, walked over to deli ordering stations to place my order which I got a swiss, bacon panini. Placed my order grabbed a drink and paid for my items and walked back over to deli to retrieve my sandwich. At which time I stood there for over 10 min before anyone decided to take initiative to proceed to make my sandwich. The 3 girls working behind deli were more concerned with the manager who was to be coming in at 10pm and the tasks they did not complete while on shift. One female seemed irritated that tasks were not complete and began tossing empty bread baskets around behind deli then walked away. One of the girls finally realized I was standing there waiting and began to make my sandwich with absolutely no urgency what so ever while the other girl started taking what seemed to be food temps. At which time she placed her clipboard on top of the bread baskets that were tossed on the floor while she took what appeared to be temps from one of the food bins, she then picked up the clipboard she placed on the bread trays that were sitting on the floor placed the clipboard on top of the food bins and wrote something down, then turned around and asked the other girl working deli "do you need help making the sandwich" the employee making the sandwich stated "no". The girl went back to taking temps at which point she put the pen she was using in her mouth, took another temp grabbed the pen that was in her mouth wrote down on the clipboard then stuck pen behind her ear tucked in her hat. By this point several other people had come into wawa and placed orders so there were several people waiting at this time. The girl who was taking food temps turned around and noticed more people standing, waiting for their orders. She then looked at screen to see what orders were placed at which time she turned backed around to food bins grabbed bacon with the hand she was using to write with, put pen in and out of her mouth with several times, was handling a clipboard that was in contact with trays that were touching the floor and took the bacon and threw it on the deli table. Which the bacon then sat there to be put on my sandwich after the other girl finished making other orders that were placed after mine all while my panini was left in the toaster with alarm buzzing for several minutes. Once my sandwich was finally addressed, the bacon the other girl (taking food temps) grabbed without changing her gloves and had touched things in contact with the floor and her mouth/hair. I've never been in the food service industry service but know that is completely unacceptable as far a food prep and service should go not to mention completely unsanitary. I was in disbelief when my sandwich was placed on the counter and my order number called out. I couldn't even begin to think wawa employees would serve food in that manor or even think that was acceptable, let alone sanitary. Due to what I watched and what I was served I looked at the name tags of the three employees who were behind deli. I will not place names on this form but wawa should re-evaluate their employment within the company because all 3 obviously were not doing their jobs upon their conversation they were having while I stood there patiently waiting for my food that I couldn't even eat once it was finally served due to sanitary reasons. I was a daily customer to local wawa's in the chester county area some times Id even stop several times a day but after watching how my food was prepared and complete lack of sanitary conditions I will no longer support or give any wawa my business from this point forward not even for gas and im tempted to call the food and health department on this particular wawa location.

Wawa sandwich

I got a meatball sandwich on a 6 inch roll with extra provalone cheese. It came with barley and cheese and 2 meatballs. There's more bread then anything. Hardly any sauce either. This isn't my first time being disappointed with service at this specific wawa. I ordered chicken salad on 6 inch roll. I got a tiny little scoop of chicken salad in the middle of the roll. Didn't come close to filling up the roll. I am a big fan of wawa, but this wawa continues to disappoint with the making of their sandwiches.

Wawa bad management

I know this manager that works for the Wawa in wild wood nj the one over the bridge. This manager let's his employees come in high and work in the deli, I am concerned that this female employee is going to end up hurting herself. I don't think it's right that her manager knows she's on something and continues to let her work. This manager usually works from 4:00 pm til 12:00 am. I hope you take this matter seriously. That to me is a bad manager and should be investigated or fired for having knowledge of this situation and letting them work in that condition
