I have a leak and have called Wave Tech numerous times and left messages for a service call. To this date, no one has returned my call...

Wave Tech Pools never returned my phone calls about complaints when they were building the pool. Now it seems the lining of the pool is tearing and I can't get a hold of anyone to honor the warranty. I have also tried to contact Nations pool Supply who apparently provided the materials (owned by Wave Tech pools) and they have not returned my phone calls. I am needing the lining of my pool to be replaced. Does anyone out there have any suggestions or advice for me? hilook03@yahoo.com

The Wave Tech Company in Round Rock is out of business. He purchased one liner and now need a second one. I contacted the Fox Pool Company to locate a local distributer in Austin, TX. I am currently waiting on a bid to replace the liner and installation.

We've been having problems with our WaveTech Pool since about 6 months after we bought it. The rubber seal started to pull away from the wall about that time and we called the local rep who sold us the pool. He told us he would make sure someone would come out. Nobody did.

Within the next 6 months we called the Austin number several times, each time they told us they would send someone out. Nobody ever showed up.

We called several times last year and they said the problem wasn't there's it was ours as it was the way we were distributing chemicals in the pool. When we complained about this and once again asked for someone to come out, they blew us off again.

From the first we've had one problem after another. We finally got the loan company involved and they called WaveTech direct and said we shouldn't have any more problems. Not so.

We contacted them again recently (about two weeks ago). At first they said they could show no records of ever having sold us a pool. Then, a few days later when my husband persisted, they found the information and offered to help if we "would we please take pictures of the pool and email them to the company."

We did this and were smart enough to put a tracker on the email. They deleted it without every reading it. I sent back a scathing email and gave them 48 hours to get in touch with us. They emailed me back within 24 hours and said they didn't recall deleting anything and would I please send the pictures again. I did this, and this afternoon, their 48 hours are up and we have heard nothing back. Again.

The rubber seal is off the pool in three places, the liner is completely away from the pool in two places. We can't fill the pool up enough to keep the motor running because if we do it gets behind the liner and water gets underneath and causes even more problems.

I've searched the web and noticed lots of people are having problems with WaveTech. I would like to start a Class Action Suite against them and see if there's anything at all we can do to get some sort of financial settlement from them.

My kids can't swim in the pool because it posses to many hazards so what good is the pool to me? And, to top it off, I'm still paying on the loan, something that really tears me.

Please feel free to contact me on any issues concerning this and if you get any resolution, I'd like to know how you did that as well.
