Good day sir/madam

I was admitted at waterfall Hospital on the 06/12/2018 and requested Dr Thubisi as my Specialist Dr to treat me and the Hospital assigned Dr Moiloa as the Dr on call/duty to me. I respected the Hospital policies and procedures by accepting the rules. The day Dr Moiloa visited the wards she was shouting at the nurses in the wards in-front of the patient and the Nurse I can recall is Sister Mandisa (empangeni ward). She was even shouting the porter in-front of me.(patient)
I was pregnant that time and had internal bleeding pains that prevented me from working since she was insisting that I walk to her wards for scans as she was running late to some places. The porter was taking long to fetch me to her wards and on her arrival she shouted her in-front of me.During my scans in her wards she mentioned breaking news that I lost the baby (saying *baby never formed that is why there is even bad smell from me*)I was so dissapointed in her language irrespective of my sad condition. The matter was reported to sister Mandisa who escalate the matter to Albert and Faith who are dealing with Netcare waterfall issues and they managed the situation by conviencing me not to cancel the Dr for theatre proceeding and processes went on as suggested. She came to theatre and did not great me and I was put to sleep and process proceeded. I was discharged on the 07/12/2018 and later on the week of the 11/12/2018 my medical report (ESL) forms were emailed to faith at hospital for completion by Dr Moiloa who was in charge during my admission and she claimed to be on leave that week of the 11/12/2018 that's why she cant complete or sign the forms and my further enquiries regarding her presence has been by other hospital staff and that proves the powers she exercise over me as patients since I reported her conduct. My employer insisted on her report as specialist and Hospital protected and promoted her conduct by not providing me with her email adress for further medical report, instead they issued me with form to sign for hospital medical report and still the employer is insisting on report from her and till today I am failing to get hold of her even after escalations via email to hospital Manager Abrahams, even visited patricia and khomotso at reception who also gave me empty promise in escalations. The Hospital is protecting the Drs conduct by sacrificing the patient rights.
I am requesting the Board to ask the hospital management to request Dr Moiloa to sign my ESL form from the employer, respect the patient and stop and start to respect the patients. Hospital staff t stop protecting wrong conduct because of their some titles.
