water heater manufactures warranty / The worst customer service
Today 8/04/2009 I called the number [protected]@1:32pm first I spoke to a representative by the name of Akia or something like that this person transfered me to Marvin but before he transfer me he gave me a number just in case it got disconnected that number is [protected] and Marvin transfered me to Chris about my situation I have a water heater that needs a part that should be covered under the manufactures home warranty and none of these persons were able to assist me Chris was asking somebody else and put me on hold but after a couple of minutes being on hold the call got disconnected. I called again the number [protected] and a lady by the name of Virginia answered she said she was going to transfer me to warranty so I got connected with Kary she also said she was going to transfer me to the warranty department so I got connected with Heidy or Idy then she also said I was going to get transfer to the water heater department which by the time I have being on the phone for more than 1 hour and also I explain my situation to all of the representatives but it was too much I requested to speak to a supervisor and they refused to transfer me to one of the supervisors on duty she gave me a nother number just in case I got disconnected I had to call again so I got connected to Ria and she refused to help me completely and she didn't wanted me to get connected to a supervisor she put me on hold for a long time and she never connected me after about 15 minutes on hold she hanged up on me. I'm very disapointed and I will personally stop bringing business to sears because of my really bad experience. I spoke to 7 different representatives and none of all 7 had an answer for my question or none of them helped me at all with the part that I need. I request that I get and answer from this complain as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your time.
