SUBJECT: “ Have a look on the goodness and efficiency of your Wateen Help Center.”

I am here to say that, my name is ADIL I am doing bs in computer science (ku). I am using wateen scince past previous months and converted to 1MB unlimited from 1MB (5GB dowloading limit) before 2 months ago and my internet is off scince 9th of Faburary and today is 10th of March, the first complain on 9th Feburary they said site is down in your area, on 21st they text me a ticket no# “583865” and said you will be visited in 48 hours no one visited me infact my friend was visited who lives just next to my street, I asked them on [protected]) why I was not visited they said only 1 visit was required in your area I said them but internet is still not working they said outdoor device will be provided to you (at the time of change of package I asked them to change device they said it is not needed), on Friday 26th they said in 24 hours device will be provided to you not happened then said on wednessday 3rd March device will be in your hand not happened then any seniour promised me to do this before Tuesday 9th March which has not happened again.

I was very shocked when the person who get paid from wateen to help customers said me to get joined to someother network, you record your calls you can check it.

I am asking the seniours and on good position manajers and all others if you don’t have devices then how can u run a company ? in karachi wateen don’t have devices scince 9th of Feburary they said and its now more than 1 month now and I am still waiting.

yes in karachi they are showing realy a big big attitude when the competition is on the peak...

there service sucks ...

i visited wateen franchise mall road, rawalpindi, for complaining extra charges, which they have told me in start that it would not be charged, but after a month they charged, and when i complaint, then their customers service centre representator act like an owner, and said i dont note your complaint, you may close our connection. really wateen management is failed to improve customer services dealing.

i live at GECHS, peco road, lahore, ... near link road, near gourmet bakers besides naala ...
problem is all abt signals ...
im using wateen usb frm last 4 months ...
in start signals were very good ...abt 60 or 80 % inside home ...
but now frm last 20 dayz signals r soo bad ...
20 % inside home ...
internet is goin too slow ...
i dnt knw wat happened to the signal ...
i went to wateen outlet near peco road lahore ...
they said it wil b ok after 1 or 2 dayz but its almost 1 months i didnt c any difference ...
plz do me a favour n reply me if u cant solve my problem then i can switch to world call...
ill just wait 1 more week then ill switch to world call usb ...
waiting for reply ...

Suggestion For New Customers:

Do not rely on wireless like WATEEN
as i am using this connection

Their attitude is increasing day by day and
quality is going down.

They are acting as "Ownerless" company.

They do not preffer the old customers but
only deals new with smile.

I am having low signal problem with indoor device for one year,
still they are excusing that "Shortage of devices"

But i used to hear in their franchise, an officer was suggesting the out door device to new customer .

I am planning to change my connection to stay away from these tensions like,
Signals Low,
Network dowm,
1236 helpline not responding,
cutting balance b4 billing date... : (

I am also using wateen, and need to use their smtp server to send my emails, but my emails are not reaching at destination, several complaints via chat and phone done, but still no solution, I got 2 different smtp server smtp.wateen.net and mail2.wateen.net, but both are showing emails are gone from my side, but not reaching at destination, I dont know what to do next because there is no any other contact to reach their management, only support details I have which are useless after many efforts.
