Watch Cartel / Rolex Deepsea review: DEFECTS IN PRODUCT 17

This site has never change their promotion for a year. and no new watches posted as the others. They may out of business. No one maintain it. Be careful with it.

There are too may digits in this phone number China is for instance [protected]. Do you have a correct phone number for anyone from watch cartel? I ordered a watch a month ago and have not received it. Thnak you for any help you can give.

I have paid in full for the watch back in June 2013 but so far haven't got any watch / money back ! Since that time I have been sending tens of emails but every time I am being fooled !
In the past I had 1 watch from these guys but after using a couple of months scratches appeared on the glass even though they are stating on the website it was crystal glass. I am going to file complains and if possible legal action against watchcartel..."Maria" (phone +[protected]) was also lying constantly over the phone. I am just disappointed of this FRAUD.

I am also interested in a phone number. I ordered a Rolex Deep Sea Challenge in black face and stainless steel back in July, (order # 26443) and have not received it.
My order status on the Watch Cartel website has shown, "Paid in full. Processing." Ever since. My credit card was also charged $189.00 at that time.
My first email inquiry was in September and I got an immediate response from Vivian, who stated that they had overlooked my order and that they would be sending it out that week.
Since then I have been sending emails about every month or so, and I have not had any response whatsoever.
I have ordered a couple of Rolex Submariners last year, and though it took about 4 months to receive them, I am delighted with the quality of them.
I still hope to receive this Deep Sea Challenge, but I would be happy with something equivalent if need be.
I would absolutely LOVE to get any information in regard to my order at all!

Has anyone bought a Swiss movement ? And if in fact you have is it real ?

I have changed my opinion based on my last experience. I purchased a beautiful Panerai rose gold Luminor. After several wearnings, a screw fell out of the crown guard. Now, understand that I have bought many replicas and ALWAYS tighten the screws in the bracelet, but it never occured to me to check the crown guard. I asked WC for a replacement screw and several of the wrong size were sent. Then DR started his out and out lies, saying that once he got to Oklahoma he'd forward the proper screws, After waiting for several months, I realized he was full of it. Fortunately, I found a second source and was able to get the proper peplacement. I just returned to the WC site and see that the cost of their Panerais is about double what other, more reputable sites charge. Beware the Watch Cartel. They once were reliable but no longer are.

i bought a submariner from this company, maria is who i talked to through email and phone message. the watch took 2 months to get here and when i get it, the crystal is not even on one side and the cyclops date mag glass is crooked as hell! otherwise the watch is very close to original. and communication is not very timely at all if at all!. due to these two big strikes, i have to recommend against this company. one more thing, i have yet to go to the rolex dealer, but i have had a few real tags and this fake rolex from watch cartel just seems to be on the lite side for weight of a "true steel band" as advertised.

I bought ROLEX 50TH ANNIVERSARY Submariner (High Grade) SS Black Submariner (Grade #1)with ETA 2836; These items were received as described in less then 2 weeks and I paid by Alert Pay. Quality as advertised and received sales discount + Alert Pay discount. I will recommend and purchase again. My suggestion for better deal is; "Should include R box with "Grade No 1". Hi from Turkey, I have bought a rolex deepsea from watchcartel about 12 days ago, cargo give it to me 10 minute ago, ıts really really really good. Its the same quality as orginal, ı didnt expect a watch like this, I went to rolex store as a customer (ofcourse ı didnt buy any rolex :-)) in Nişantaşı in Istanbul last weekend for seing and checking the real rolex deepsea, I never see any rolex watch so ı dont know how it looks like. I wanted to compare original and the one coming from watchcartel. Now rolexdeepsea in my hand and ı can not see any differences between this and original. I saw replica rolex deepsea in Kapalı Carsı in Istanbul it wasnt as original, ofcourse its cheeper than wacthcartel . But this watch worth this money, I recommend everyone who want to get rolexdeepsea. But ı dont know anything about the other watchs of watchcartel. Because I just bought rolex deepsea.

They must pick and choose which customers they treat good. I made the first purchase which was fabulous although took forever to get to me. The owner chatted on the phone and through email with me. I was happy. Then I made another order, arrived dead. I had to pay to send it back and I was ok with that the owner gave me a 100. credit and he sent me another. Again took forever to get to me and again dead on arrival. They again gave me store credit and I again ( glutten for punishment) not ordered one but 2 more watches. DOH! well needless to say after the first good transaction it was all down hill from there. They stopped answering emails, or questions period and I had to file an "alert pay" dispute since it has now been almost a full month since my order and no communication. Speaking of alert pay, be careful; what they dont tell you is that after you pay them with it and they give you the shipping discount you get another "international charge" on your credit card on top of what you pay the merchant for the item and shipping, so your really not getting anything by using it.

I have had five watches from WATCH CARTEL all have been perfect, except for a slight problem with the braclet on one it just did not sit right. When I enquired if the problem could be fixed, they sent me a new one free of charge.I find them very friendly and easy to do buisiness with...IAN

I ahve ordered at least 10 watches from them in the last 5 months. The quality has been excellent and the service even better. On several occasions my phone rang and it was the owner on the other end, inquiring about my order. In good English, too.

i did lots stuff with them acutally the owner is a american lives in china great guy he sent me some items i was not happy and he sent me for free replacements. sometimes that happens just email him couple times before you post nasty things about him on the web

There is no customer by this name in our customer base. We also have no customers in Denmark because we do not ship to Denmark because of Customs problems.
