WASHINGTONSPACES.COM/Washington Spaces / UPDATE: DOES NOT PROMOTE THEFT FROM ARTISTS!

UPDATE: WASHINGTONSPACES.COM SUPPORTS ARTISTS AND THEIR WORK IN THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY! We are a group of artists swindled by Dallas-based Design Legacy (AKA Legacy Trading Company, Kelly O'Neal's Interior Design, Design Legacy Components, among other aliases) who strive to inform independent artists, vendors and retailers nationwide about this company's long history of unethical, immoral and criminal activities. Recently, unaware of this information, a blog on washingtonspaces.com featured stolen designs and the Virginia store that is peddling them. When contacted about this ongoing scam (along with internet sites documenting complaints about O'Neal's continuing con man activity), washingtonspaces.com made the decision to remove Design Legacy from the post, their right as editors. We applaud this decision, as it shows that there are still companies out there who are willing to do the right thing. It also demonstrates that our redoubled efforts to protect artists from being ripped off by this retail scourge are slowly, but surely, working. We had and have no other complaint with washingtonspaces.com and believe that, in every other way, it is a professional, entertaining, interesting site to visit. Thank you for reading this update!

WASHINGTONSPACES.COM PROMOTES THEFT FROM ARTISTS! This website is promoting a company that has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars in samples, designs, merchandise and fees from local Dallas artists! If you think that it's immoral and unethical to promote theft from hard-working, honest artists by scam operations and con men like Design Legacy and Kelly 'I Steal, Shut The Hell Up' O'Neal, please email washingtonspaces.com and let them know what you think of criminal enterprises and 'writers' like Jennifer Sergent. Thank you for help in shutting down this blight on the retail community! Questions on the upcooming class action suit against these scums? Email legacyvictims@yahoo.com

NOTE: Please see other washingtonspaces.com post! This company did the right thing and removed the scam material from its website almost immediately! They should be commended for being ethical, honest and supportive of hard-working artists once notified of the misleading article!
