Washington County Child Support review: Kelly hale 2

Kelly is my child support case worker. She has been my case worker for about a year or so. At first I thought she seemed like a decent person, by handling my case responsibly, so I thought. It appears she does as little amount of work on my case as possible. She has repeatedly told me "what I wanted to hear" at the time any issue comes up. I wait thinking it had been resolved and I usually receive a call later saying the same thing. Along the lines of " well that can't happen because of x, y, z." Well then why would you tell me something different before. All these times I thought maybe I was mishearing something she said or I may have interpreted wrong but now I have officially caught her in a lie. She told me about a month ago my child's mother shut the child support off as he is now living with me. And that I needed to wait for the financial advisor of the case to sign off on it. Her most recent message she left for me states that child support was still active and I am still paying support to my child's mother even though he lives with me. She also stated that she never told me that child support was shut off. She also told me she has repeatedly tried to get ahold of my child's mother and she hasn't been able to get a hold of her and that she had given up trying to contact her. I sent on text to my child's mother asking why she is still receiving support and she texted back saying she thought it was past support as she had already told Kelly to shut it off. So again not only is Kelly not doing her job properly, but she has lied to try to excuse herself from fault. I spoke to Kelly's supervisor Lea and Lea told me because it's basically a he said she said situation there is not a whole lot she can do about it besides have a talk with her. There is no official paperwork or form to hold her accountable for her misdeeds, so that is why I created this account and posted my experience with her while she is working for Washington County Child Support office in Minnesota. Hopefully other people that are on her case load will add any other unpleasant and unprofessional experiences to further solidify how she handles things on a professional level. And hopefully future employers can read this and take into account the type of person they may hire. Kelly Hale is in charge of people's livelihood. For her to lie not only to me but her supervisor about something that cost me $100 a week and is interfering with my ability to raise my son, shins a bright light on her character. I truly hope this doesn't fall on blind eyes:
