Wasan Motors Service Center / Incompetent service
I bought my Indica DLG (MH-06-AF-64) in March 2006 and every thing was right.
a) From March 2006 to February 2007, my car was absolutely fine except for the front door power window for which the service station at Deonar called us 7 times to get it fixed.
b) In March 2007, the car was damaged externally for which the insurance was claimed and servicing was done at Wasan Service Center at Deonar.
Since then, in two occasions the power sterring oil was leaked and now in monsoons the car is getting flooded everyday.
We had put up a complaint to Wasan Motor Service Station in Deonar and the window membrane was replaced for which we had to pay.
My car is still getting flooded everyday.
Inspite of attending to our complaint we are not getting any satisfactory job done by the service.
The fault remains where it was.
" Do I have to finally accept that it was my mistake to buy a car from Tata Motors? "
I still believe, the name of Tata means the quality.
