Warrior Custom Golf - absolutely free holiday grab bag

Just received my "$350" value grab bag from Warrior Golf, what a joke. Here"s what I got for $350, joke balls, plastic practice balls, spike wrench, plastic brush tees, plastic cleat & divot tool, coffee mug, hat, dozen golf balls and a rolled up reprint picture! And to receive these wonderful gifts I had to AGREE to demo 3 fairway woods at a cost of $399.00 dollars, plus$39.95 S&H. When I called to get a mandatory return authorization number for the clubs, I was informed that Warrior would make any adjustments to my clubs and they would call me back. So far, no call back! This is a scam, plain and simple and I fell for it.

Warrior Custom Golf - bad company bad managment

This company is a scam. It is full of non educated employees that get a kick of scaming seniors and taking all their money that they have worked all their lives saving just to get scamed into golf clubs that supposedly have a 45 day money back garentee... Yeah right. The process of this is to sell people clubs offer the money back garentee and when someone wants to return there stuff whithin there 45 day mbg they do everything in their power to make the customers keep the clubs that have no use for the customer and then there out $400- 600 dollars of junkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk! The managment there is a joke. Sluts as the manager sleeping with the owner, people on drugs in every department warrior golf hires people who have been to prison, half way homes, and who have records... So the people selling you clubs have absolutly no care for the customer at all cus they are all dopped up. The sales managers are a joke, customer service is the biggest joke of them all. So unprofessional, do not do any business with warrior custom golf unless u want them to call u everyday all day to bug u about buying their junk product., dont work here they will # u over and use u, dont do business they will # u over on ur money and time. Trusy me

$400-600 I take it they said the price and you said yes immediately. I have bought irons and hybrids from this place. Personally, I like the clubs. I have no problems with them.

As for the people, it's obvious that they want to make a sale. They want to have more people buy it to make a better commission. As long as you are nice to them and actually think about what they are selling you. You will be in the clear. If you don't want the ###, you can always say no. You are a big boy now, you have the power. Say what you want, if they are unable to do it "DO NOT BUY IT."

I would hate to see you go to another country and barter.

Warrior Custom Golf - phone calls

This company continues to call me at least 2-3 times a day (using different numbers but when call them back they are both Warrior Golf) even though they have been asked several times to NOT call me anymore. I am on the 'do not call' list and again have requested they STOP calling me but the calls continue. An e-mail was sent to their customer service a couple of weeks ago which no response was sent and the calls continue... What does one have to do to STOP the harassment ?
Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated !

They have been doing the same thing to me for SEVERAL YEARS and will not stop. They even call on Sundays and frequently very late in the evening (I'm on central time). It's unbelievable and I am very surprised that no one seems able or willing to do anything about it. I have filed complaints with the "Do Not Call" registry to no avail. My advice to everyone is to try very hard to keep these people from ever getting ahold of your telephone number.

Warrior Custom Golf - scam business

Warior golf offer to test whatsoever is just the way to get your credit card number. All the rest is one big whopper. They ship you what you did not requested nor ordered and then they charge you (steal from you) hundreds of dollars. The shipped clubs are practicaly unreturnable.
Is this not a sort of criminal conduct?

I bought and tried out a series of fairway woods. I did not like them and returned for a full refund, minus shipping. So what is the issues. If you do not like them, be polite and asked to have them returned. PERIOD. They will comply.

I recieved a postcard from warrior for a free hybrid club. I called them and gave them the promo number and the sales rep took my info for the customization and said shipping and customization fee would be 23.50 which was noted on the bottom of the card. The sales rep then offered me a free putter if I would try a set of woods for 45 days and posting a 130 deposit, if I wanted to keep the woods I would get them at the discounted rate of 130.I declined the offer on the woods but was told I could call back at a later date and recieve the same offer. I recieved an email of the order placed, called back because they mispelled my name and got a second email within 10 minutes with the corrected info. The email stated it would be 4 to 6 weeks for delivery but recieved another email 2 days later with the tracking number for fedex the club came 5 days later, which is normal transit time from the west coast to the midwest (I know this because I'm a contractor for fedex ground) my credit card has only been charged the initial 23.50. the only advice I can give is read the fine print and pay attention to what they say on the phone and ask questions about the deal.

Had several dealings with warrior some good some bad. Received a card for christmas gifts. All I had to do is call with a redemtion code. It looked too good to be true. I called, however, I decided to record the conversation. I got as far as "all you have to do is pay the shipping charges of 39.95. They immediately asked for my credit card. I told them I would think it over and call later. I did not go any further as I wanted to check the recorder. Don't know how they did it. All I received was a buzzing sound. For sure I won't call them back.

Warrior Custom Golf - receiving a product I did not want

On 1 August 2008 (on or about) I was approached by Warrior Custom Golf to procure a golf club from them. When asked, I gave them information (private). Unknown to me, on 1 August they billed me through Chase Bank for $23.50.

As the sales person, when asked, avoided most answers. With all that was occuring, I told him I didn't want the product (golf club). I repeated this to no avail. Not even saying...DAM IT, I don't want it!

On 25 September 2008, the golf club was delivered to my house by UPS Ground Service.

I am asking that Warrior Custom Golf pay for my bills and also the return of the un-opened package sent to me.

I purchased a set of irons and metal woods back in [protected] give or take a year or 2. The clubs were beautiful and worked as good as any I'd owned before, but not significantly better. About a year after I started using them, the logo plate on the back of the irons started to come unglued and in short order, I ended up with naked iron backs. They look so shody I'm ashamed to play them. It took about 6 months to get someone on the phone and when I did, they told me that they could not send me a replacement set as they don't support older designs once the new ones come out. I too am fed up with them and will never do business or recommend them to anyone else...

I had done business before with WCF, several times, with no problems. I have bought several "sets" of clubs. All came with a satisfaction guaranteed money back guarantee. This last fall, I finally decided that the last set I received for "trial" was not what I was looking for. Warrior Custom Golf refused to give me a return authorization number and thus I could not return the clubs for a refund. After several phone calls to their "resolution" department, I got no satisfaction. I would not do business with them again, ever.

Warrior Custom Golf - non-responsiveness

I have attempted, on numerous occasions to contact this company by telephone, to return the golf clubs they sent me for trial. On every occasion I have been put on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and then the line disconnects.

On two occasions they contacted me and each time I was told that the respondents supervisor would return my call within a few minutes. This did not happen.

I would like to return these clubs and will even return the two free ones if they wish. These do not meet my needs as a senior
golfer.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I checked Google for this product before making any commitment. Based on the numerous complaints, I wonder why the Consumer Protection Agency in California hasn't shut this operation down!

I thank everyone for your comments and for saving me money and grief.

Warrior Custom Golf - deceptive practices!

I received the "Best Christmas Grab Bag" postcard; an offer of an absolutely free gift, excluding shipping and handling. I tried calling the 800 number a few times and each time was given a very high pressure pitch to accept 4 hybrid clubs for testing and evaluation with a charge of $399 going on my card. After testing I could return the clubs for a refund...

Warrior Custom Golf - deceptive business practices

I received a card from warrior saying because I was such a good customer they would like to send me a golf gift grab bag '' absolutely free''. It turns out ''absolutely free'' means 49.95 for s&h. Seems to me warrior is being deceptive in this program, might have said free except for S&H. Absolutely means just that not plus anything.

i have been a loyal customer of wcg since 1999 and have made a total of 17 oders for 7432.00. i have 3 sets of thier irons and 3 sets of thier woods n 3 e sets of thier hybrids, , , the best thing about wcg is every time i evaluate something for them they give me over 1000.00 worth of FREE product!they also give me 45 days or longer if i nee to evaluate thier clubs, , they also give me a lifetime of FREE ADJUSTMENTS, , , NOT 1 OF ALLL THESE MAJOR NAMED COMPANIES OFFER ANYTHING CLOSE TO THAT..WHEN U ORDER FROM A MAJOR NAMED COMPANY LIKE TAYLOR, CALLOWAY, PING ETC YOU HAD BETTER MAKE SURE THAT YOU LOVE THE CLUBS! BECAUSE ONCE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD # ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

I absolutley love Warriors clubs! I had an amazing experience with this company and I plan to do future business with them. I think those people that complain just werent smart enough to know and understand what there plesant sales people told them. I especially enjoyed my salesrep Richard Tessitore. Top Knotch in my opinion! Haters...get a life.

Correct where Warior golf is conserned, their S&H charge of $ 39.95 seems rather high since I returned clubs via the same carrier (UPS) for a total of $9.51 also they did not distroy my card # as stated but charged another group of clubs on the card. After being told not to. BEWARE OF CROOKS BARING GIFTS.

I just wish I would have read the article before taking them up on a free club and only paying for shipping
which was 39.95, the sales rep then said why not try a free driver and 3 additional fairway woods and I would get all this for 250.00 (driver, 3 wood, 5 wood, 7 wood, 9 wood). I was very suprised when I got a email 2 days later and was charged 599.00, I quickly called and it took me 15 minutes to get through to their customer service people. You can forget about contacting anyone via their website. The clubs had not been shipped but I was told it takes 1 - 3 days to remove the charge from my card. I wouldn't even use a free warrior club now. They might just be a updated version of the movie the boiler room.
