Warranty Booster Plan / Bad Service and less Knowledge of the process

Hi I sent numerous mails for my policy to be cancelled and I have not received any justice after that. Firstly I was told that the cancellation department will call me and only to call after 3 days to tell me that they can not cancel as there is a refund on this. At this moment I am still even waiting.
