The servers are hosted in HK which operates mainly on engliah law, it also has a specific law regarding te distribution of copyrght material over the internet.

Any HK based law firm can act on your behalf and can if required, have the server shut down until any and all illegal content and links to illegal content have been removed.
Warez-bb.org is not hosting the so called illegal content, it is not their responsibility to remove the files. Also the server(s) aren't hosted in the United States so U.S. copyright laws don't apply, stop trying to force your laws around the world, don't forget how the U.S. failed with The Pirate Bay. The warez-bb servers don't host anything illegal. I fail to see the point of this.
If the software company's didn't charge so much for there products people wouldn't being distributing software this way. How is this different form peer to peer sharing.
