Wanelo / product ordered was not the product I received
On 10.27.16 I ordered an item from Coolness Vault, one of your vendors. The item I received the vendor ordered from Amazon.
I sent the item back UPS to Coolness Vault, the address Theo from Wanelo told me to mail to. The place is vacant.
Therefore I am stuck with an item that I did not order and paid way more than the item really cost.
I feel Wanelo should be able to protect the people purchasing from their site so they feel safe to continue to order.
My order #[protected].
When I sent Theo pictures and the message of what I ordered I heard nothing back with regards to the issue except her address, which is vacant.
A very unhappy client.
