This twice convicted criminal is doing psychological evaluations for the Genesee Circuit Court. Please be aware that he has been sanction by the State of Michigan for negligence, incompetence and lack of moral character. As of this posting dated 10/2010 he is again under investigation by the Attorney General's Office for continued negligence and incompetence.
PLEASE AVOID HIM AT ALL COST
I was evaluated for substance abuse by Dr. Drwal in 2008 and what a joke! In addition he said that I was demented with memory loss, I'm 52, and recommended that I not be working. I wish I had researched him before going to see him as he charged me $800 cash on the spot for my evaluation, which was given to me by his tech who spoke like she barely had a high school degree. I had a reevaluation done by a certified professional neuropsychologist, himself not his office help, and was found to have no dementia and my memory was fine for my age. This guy had a bigger problem than I did! I wondered when he interviewed me, most of the time he spent talking about his pain and all the drugs he needed! What the heck!
