Walmart - you hired a violent felon

I have been a regular customer ever since it was built. I usually spend over $700.00 a month. Now I'm too afraid to go to Walmart. Because the violent felon that almost killed me with a deadly weapon right after the felon got out of jail on parole. I was throwing up blood for more than 6mo. I was down to 87 pounds. My family & I thought I was going to die. The felon got away with it because the deputy sheriff took 2 yrs.to write a report, knowing all about the felon & that this would have been the 3rd strike (25 to life) because he didn't write the report within 2 months, there wasn't anything that the parole agent could do without the report. I tried to take care of this the right way. I didn't know the felon until the assault, I have never touched the felon. Then while we were still in court over this the felon got hired by my local Walmart. I am scared to death now to go shopping because one day I & my little girl were being fallowed all around the store, we got to the painting center & had to have a manager to walk us to a few needed items, then the female manager took me to check out, & to my car. That manager cared & she said the felon works at the front register so there was no reason for her to be following me & my little girl threw the store. I have tried to talk to a couple of managers about this, I even have a copy of the Judges statement that she is a hazard to herself & to our community, I even have a copy of her record.that's a mile long. All the managers I have talked to ether put it off on someone else & the ones I tried giving her record to. Said because the felon told the truth about all the violent felonies that's why they hired her & that I need to keep this to myself or it could be slander. It's only slander if it's not true Then some how the felon got a fraudulent restraining order that Say's she works at Kmart, not Walmart & that we need to stay 20 ft away from each other. My little girl & I went with my husband to Walmart thru the back garden door to avoid the one that almost killed me. It was kinda working then on 12-30-12 my little girl & I went alone to exchanged a pair of thermals so we had to go in the front door my little girl saw the felon at the service counter so we didn't know what to do so we went through another door by the carts we asked another employee I'm scared & I told her what we were afraid of & I want to exchange this item & she obviously didn't understand cause she told us we need to go over to the service center (which we had our backs to the felon). Right then the felon is walking 2 inches by me going to the normal register where the felon is at. So we turned around & went to the service counter. Then as we go to the back of the store to get my little girl's new cell phone to activate, when a new asst. manager named Matt came over to me telling me he doesn't know the history of what happened but he saw the felon employee was next to him when I came in & the employee shouldn't be shaking like that at her job.He told me & my girl that he wants my little girl go away from us while he talks to me.(which was so wrong) then he told me I had to leave cause he knows there's a restraining order. Then I told him I've got the copy of a restraining order says she works at Kmart & that the store has way more than 20 feet, He then sent my little girl to go out to the car in the dark to get it because I'm still in recovery from my injuries.so I couldn't just run out to the car, of course my girl said she can run to go get the records then he wouldn't look at any other part of the papers except the part that said stay away from the felons work, Then he threatened me to leave or he was going to call the sheriffs to arrest me. I said you've got to be kidding. He said no he wasn't kidding I had to leave.
Please call me at [protected] I am a disabled I have 2 business's the first is 8 cabins & we built our own Auto Repair Shop.which is 4 Starr Auto Park & 4 Starr Auto Repair the auto shop has been closed because of this violent attack.

Sounds like you need to either get an attorney or go to the district attourneys office and explain how you are still being victomized still to the point that you cant even shop your local Walmart. Then you need to go to the issuer that supplied the restraining order and point out the flaws on the order and inform them of the real issues taking place. Actually if you are smart you will have your attorney do this for you. You may also want to file a complaint with the walmart corporate offices. Dont call the 1800-walmart, jts a joke. Look up the actual home office number in Arkansas. Then if you arent satisfied with their answer seek an attorney and file a law suit against Walmart. If you havent antagonizeded this person an this happened then you have been publicly humilliated and suffered unduestress at the hands of a person with in the company that you have already been a previous victom of. Hope this helps.
