We're pretty sure that if Walmart showed up wayyyy more often on ComplaintsBoard and paid more attention to reviews and complaints, it would lead to better results. But for now, the resolution rate doesn't show successful interaction with customers. We advise reviewers to be careful when communicating with Walmart and be ready for the chance your problem might not get a response. It's also good to start looking for other solutions if your issues aren't fixed as you want.

Walmart awful place

The manager at the riverdale nj wal-mart laughed in my face when i went back to tell her my daughters glasses my 7 year old daughters were to big! They were falling off her face and she told me there was nothing they could do about it! And this is after she made me pay out of pocket because first she said they did take my insurance then said they didn't when my daughter really wanted i payed out pocket! Then when my ex husband went back she said they did take the insurance! Oh and no-one ever fitted my daughter for the glasses either... so now i go back because they and too big and every one at the vision center is so rude... including the doctor! So i left the glasses and told them to xld them i don't want glasses that are falling off my daughters face! I will never go back to WALMART AGAIN ! WALMART DOES SUCK!

I was treated poorly in the Walmart Vision center too. Opticians playing candy crush instead of servicing patrons, then taking weeks for my glasses. When I went to get my glasses, the technician clerk was extremely rude to me, had a mocking attitude, and kept staring as I tried on the glasses. She then gave me the floor model that strangers touched instead if what I ordered. Unacceptable.

I went to Danvers, Ma Store#2180
This was my second eye exam and I'm not to familiar with this but did learn fast about it. My vision test in 2019 +175/+125 and on October 13 i had my eyes exam and she's came up with +250. Again not knowing anything about this and put in my prescription and i received my glasses and could not see a thing. Called Jack the manager at Walmart vision and he tells me that she is a independent and can't help me..
I want to stop this women taking advantage of anyone else.

I went to walmart vision center for an exam which of course was out of my pocket I wll tell you why they take cash first! in this complaint! I went here an got the exam then picked out my frames but when I went to get my glasses excited an all... they didn't look the same as what I picked then as I got home I told my fiancee my vision was distorted I couldn't see in short! I called them an they replaced my lens so I then said let me since I came to get the new lens glasses i'll exchanged the frames I had purchased 2 pair of eyeglasses an echanged 1 when I was called to pick them up again I noticed it didn't look like what I originally picked an they still are distorted an my 60 day period is over! 😭 they do it that way to take their customers money without a paper trail an they can refuse to help you without more money out your pocket is that even legal?

I went to the Walmart Vision Center on 12/19/17. I ordered a pair of computer glasses with a light #1 tint. What I got was a #3 dark tint. Their mistake not mine. Apparently the glasses ordered only comes with #3 tint. The person ordering said it could be #1 and said are you sure? It can't go lighter or darker once ordered. I said I was sure. It took about 3 weeks, but Walmart fixed the problem, and I am happy with my purchase. The prescription was spot on. I gave a bad review somewhere, and now I can't find it. I am rescinding that complaint and am satisfied once they did the right thing.

I too have had a negative experience with a Wallmart Optical. When you try to deal with a smart ### who can barely speak English the resulting service will be marginal at best. I prefer to deal with intelligent people with common sense and a high degree of professionalism. Don't expect to find any of these values anywhere in the Walmart system.
I will never do future business with Walmart optical, don' t need the insults and exposure to such sleazy people. Yes, they will continue to fix the junk they sold me as I certainly expect to get my money's worth from my purchase.
Walmart only continues to go downhill in every respect, a great amount of what is sold is Cheap Chinese made products. If you are cost conscious, just do a little shopping around, their prices are definitely not the lowest!

I am in a disagreement with the Walmart vision center in Henderson NC right now. When I first went in they told me I was going to be paying a lot more out of my pocket this time than I had payed last time because they[ my provider] had changed my plan. Talked to my ins provider they told me nothing had been changed in my plan. Went back to Walmart now they tell me I am going have to change my field of vision before my ins will pay anything. Talked to my provider again and they did not understand that and I said I don't either and I wanted to go somewhere else. Now I got to go back to Walmart again and talk with the manager to get them to refund my money back so I can go somewhere else. I left the glasses at Walmart and never took them out of the store because I don't see why I have to pay more with a lesser field of vision, then I got there before when my coverage in my ins plan has not changed. Walmart is just trying to mess me over and I will never buy another pair of glasses there again.

How can you tell her this is Walmart what does she expect? And that she's complaining of glasses that are too large? Let me put it frankly. Being an optician and optometrist is not rocket science. It requires some mathmatics, ability to read and that's it. If you cannot get the glasses right or help a customer why in the hell are you in buisiness in the first place? Yes Walmart the home of inexpensive affordabilities. But for God sakes the product should at least work don't you agree Miss College student who is so pro-Walmart?

Here is the problem with this company. They hire robotic employees who are trained in lack of compassion. They are angry from day 1. I think being a creepy weirdo is part of the job description as I have not encountred ONE single normal person in this vision center. Not one. They've got my kids RX's wrong several times along with mine. Why do I continue to go you ask? I don't! I now go to JC Penney.

Walmart terrible experience

I am a 21 year old single parent. A mother of a five year old boy. I stole something from your store and did not think I would get caught. I know what I did was wrong, however your heartless security guard called the police on me anyway and charged me with theft. Do you know that this was a very cruel thing to do to a single parent. If I get a criminal record I could lose my job.

I work at a daycare and every five years we have to have our police reference check renewed. Besides by working in the daycare I get my son to attend for free. Now when my next police reference renewal comes through I will be terminated because I know from experience they have not hired people who have a simple record for shoplifting. I will be contacting my lawyer and taking this to court because you basically ruined my life.

I am a 21 year old mother that has limited expensed already. I apologized to the security guard and offered to pay for the items I stole if he let me go home to get my credit card. I was crying. I told him I would never do this again, however he still called the police. His main concern was that I was using my five year old son to steal. I know I should not have done this but with the world facing a possible depression I could not afford to pay for my food. Even with government help I can't afford to feed my family.

The security guard overheard me threaten to slap my son if he refused to put things in his pocket. However this was not true, as the day he arrested me I never threatened my son. I don't even know why he bought that up. That was over a month ago and I knew he was following me and I managed to dodge him. This time I was kind to my son and offered him ice cream if he helped me steal. Now before you judge my parenting I know it was wrong to threaten for not stealing and reward him for stealing but I was desperate for food. Also I did not want my son to feel left out so I took some toys for him which I could not afford. (Now I know this was wrong) but they should have given me a break. The security guard had the nerve to tell me (after hearing my story) that he can overlook the stealing of the food, but not the stealing of the DVD's and toys for my son.

I honestly thought that I would not get caught because I put the stuff in a Wal-mart shopping bag. Unfortunately I was caught, I made a mistake but your security is doing worse to me than what I did to their store. Why does a store that produces billions a year have to ruin a single parent's life.

Also this is the second letter I have written to wal-mart with no reply. I also wrote a letter to them "ripped of with no chance to win" several weeks ago about their game machines not working and having limited prizes. I went back, and noticed that they did not add more prizes to the game, so not noly are you ruining the life of a single parent but you are also ripping off people including children who use the machine. True the machine now has a sign our of order, but what five year old knows how to read.

Purchased an inter air mattress : model 67719wl
Queen size raised pillow rest
Used for about 36 hours developed a split, hole etc. not able to patch hole with the patch you provided. Mattress not useable. Walmart would not take return. At the time I purchased it, it was very expensive 70+ dollars. Very disappointed, would not recommend product. Would like refund.

Returned to Wal-Mart, got a Bunn and got service plan! Criminal to sell such poor performing appliances. I gave Mr Coffee a try won't leave Bunn again.

My husband bought me a ring for christmas in the end of November. In the beginning of may the rinds prong broke off. I took it back to get repaired and was told it would take two weeks to get back. That was May 12, 2008 and its now June 8, 2008. I went to walmart today and was displeased with the manager Pedro. He was very rude. I am not only disappointed buy the product i bought and would like to have my money back since i have yet to receive my product from getting repaired in the time that was told to me. I have shopped at this store a long time and spend a good portion of my income with this company. I will now take my business elsewhere!

In the past I have bought faded glory clothing at wal mart but their new sizes are a joke. Normally I wear a 2X but after buying 3 tops I discovered they were really the size of Lg so I go back and get the 3X (suppose to be 22-24) get those home and they are probably a size X-lg. and the sleeves fit like a medium. Guess they are trying to go out of business, I am giving all the clothes 3 shirts and 3 pair of shorts to who-ever has a body they will fit -so far no-ones been found!

Bought 5 boxes of ammo late Saturday night Nov.8, 2008. 3 Remington .308 150 grain and 2 Winchester .308 180 grain to fire in 2 weapons I purchased recently. Went out to firing range at 10AM opening and shot the Winchester ammo with both weapons. Tried the Remington in both of my weapons and my buddies M1A and the bullet failed to fire. Attempted Sunday afternoon to swap out ammo with receipt and was told the sale was final even if the product did not work. Assistant manager was nice and appeared to agree with me but said his hands were tied and the store manager was the only person who could approve the swap and probably would not do it!

Never buy ammo from Walmart... lesson learned!

She dragged my brand new clothes across the filthy conveyor belt, leaving skid marks even i asked her to pull them from the little carry basket. She says "Company policy" and continues to dirty up the new summer clothes. #2 Loose a validation ticket at Long Beach Wal*Mart and pay $8.00 even if you have a recipt showing your recent purchase. Even if you shop there all the time. If you don't have $8.00 in CASH You get to hold up traffic and let the parking attendant write down all your personal data, so you can get a check or money order via snail mail with 42 cent postage to the City of Long Beach. I needed a cell phone immediately as mine suddenly died and I get my job assignments thru the cell phone. I went to Walmart in Salem NH and bought a net 10 phone pay as you go for 29.99.When I set it up at home it didn't work. I returned to Walmart in Salem NH (I live in Andover, Ma) to bring it back and exchange it for a working phone. The people working at the time I brought it back, , , although they were present and remembered me when i bough it, , said the managers had all gone home so they could not exchange it nor refund my money.

These two people also tried the phone and it did not work, As I needed a phone immediately I bought another phone, identical to the non functioning phone and these two people told me I would get my money back when the managers were present. I went today for my refund. The female manager said there was no "SIMS" card with the phone. I said this is what I bought from you exactly as is. She said a SIMS card comes with this particular phone and she cant return my money because there is no SIMS card.

I told her I BOUGHT THIS PHONE exactly as it is except I opened the package and THIS phone did not work, I have no idea about a SIMS card, what I brought back, twice now is exactly what I bought from Walmart. She said there had to be a SIMS card in the package and because there wasn't she would not return my money. I told her again... if there was no SIMS card it was because I bought it with no SIMS card. Why on earth would I drive 30 minutes each way... THREE times now and why would I have bought the second exact phone 2 hours after this one if it worked. I bought this phone in good faith. It did not work. I tried to return it and couldn't.

I bought a second identical phone in GOOD faith. I brought the first phone back for a refund and was refused because something was apparently missing from the package. I brought back exactly what was in the package and if something was missing that is the reason the phone didn't work. It was missing when I purchased it, yet they refuse me a refund.

Walmart mgmt decision

I have been buying my drinking water from the culligan water machine in this store for 3 years. There has been a problem with the company who services the machine in both keeping it in working order and in them supplying empty containers for the purchase of water. I have called them myself about the problem. Today I went in the store and the wire cage that holds the containers had been removed. I ask customer service why and they said the lady who is the new temporary mangager of the store had had it removed. They said the reason was that culligan needed to bring some containers and rather than have the company do it she just said get rid of it. I do not agree with this womans judgement and since I deend on the water would like very much if culligan could be given an ultimatum of keeping the machine in good condition and supplying containers or to get the machines out of all wallmart stores. I'm sure they would respond soon. thanksb75e8

Walmart bad experience

I went to get two tires put on my car. First, I needed a different tire size than was on the car because someone had put the wrong tire size on it before I got the car... Right away we needed a manager and to sign a waver just to get two tires put on!

Next, Mr. HillBilly auto service guy pulls the car in the bay and notices a transmission fluid drip. A drip about the size of a quarter that must have just started since I had not noticed it in my drive. Right away hillbilly guy started saying he can't work on the car and needed a manager again. Next they tell me because of the drip I could not get two tires...

I asked for the manager only to find the auto service center manager was not in that day. All In all, Mr.HillBilly service guy (Dave) did nothing but sit on his butt because all the bays were empty. Best Of All, I drove right to sears and had two tires put on without a problem!

Please Do the same!

Walmart dishonest business

This is regarding Wal-Mart 5220 at Waters and Dale Mabry in Tampa, Florida. Recently I purchased an air mattress for guests. We got home, filled it with air and found a slit in the seam of the lining. The following day I went to the same Wal-Mart to return the mattress and get my money back. I presented the not-so-lovely cashier with the mattress, my receipt and asked for my money back. She informed me that air mattresses can not be refunded but I could exchange it. What? I have the receipt, this mattress is defective, I want my money back. No, she tells me, there are signs stating you can only return the mattress as an exchange. I asked her where the sign was and she pointed to a sign taped to the register desk.

Hold on. How the heck I would have seen that when I went to a NORMAL register to pay is beyond me. She says there are signs in the department where I got the bed from. I walked back there and found nothing. I found the department clerk and asked her to show me a sign stating air mattresses can not be refunded; she shrugged her shoulders and said there isn't one. She called the assistant manager over and I asked him where the sign was. He too was dumbfounded and told me "Well, we need to get the signs up."

That's fine for the next person but what about right now? You'll have to talk to the store manager, I can't override a return. Okay.

Back the customer service desk I ask to speak to the store manager. The lovely lady calls the manager on the phone and tells her the situation. Unbeknownst to them I can HEAR everything the manager is saying and she told the clerk, "I am too busy to be bothered but customers right now, tell her she can exchange it and that is that."

I ended up exchanging the bed and left, called 1-800-Wal-Mart and after the woman got done apologizing on the phone she promised someone would call me to resolve this situation.

Still waiting for my call...

Why is Wal-Mart holding their customers to a standard they are not holding themselves to?

This store, besides being a nightmare to shop is always filthy, the employees are rude, unhelpful and sometimes just plain mean. I see where they get it from though. If the boss can't lead herself accordingly, the employees won't either.

So rry you had an experience. Air mattresses can only be exchanged because dishonest people buy them, use them for their guests for the night or a weekend, then return them for a refund, getting to use the product for free! Unfortunately, policies do change as needed. Portable DVD players and GPS Systems only have a return policy of 15 days so people can't return them after they "borrowed" them for a car trip.

Perhaps since it is a common medication, it may be used by other patients and they had plenty to fill on those particular days. If it was on a weekend, the pharmacy sometimes won't get more stock until Monday, depending on whether it is coming from the warehouse or from McKesson. McKesson delivers Monday-Friday, and the warehouse Tuesday - Saturday. The fact that you state you left your prescription at the pharmacy for 2 days, then complain that you would need wait for another day without your medication (totaling 3) says to me that you do not plan very well. I think you should have brought the prescription in BEFORE you ran out of your medication, since you're on it all the time. That, or requested a refill from the pharmacy to contact your doctor.

I agree that they should have contacted you about being out of the medication, but you ran out of it as well.

The problem isn't limited to your store(s). In N.W. Florida there are some Walmarts that have the same problems. The pharmacy just isn't run professionally or responsibly. I suggest that all with problems contact WalMart store headquarters and share your problems. I understand the pharmacy is independently run BUT if it affects over all store business, something will be done. My family's experiences have been bad also. I have to take heart medication but the last time I went in, they didn't show me having insurance. According to their records, my wife did. Actually it is my plan and she is on it. DUH. Our son is disabled and his insurance is gov't. but they often show he has no insurance until we
throw a fit, then suddenly it "comes up" on the computer there. People waiting in the long
pick up lines sound like the grumblings of a potential mob with all the complaints. The local Pharmacist just shrugs the complaints off as not his problem. We are in the process of moving our business to Public's and of course much of the other items we need will be bought there also.

This is regarding Wallmart store 2582 in Clinton, NJ (right off 78 by Cracker Barrel) . I had a prescription dropped off for 2 days - I had some time to pick it up... when I went to get it, they said they did not have the medication... it's a really common med - most pharma's should have plenty in stock... I have NEVER had problems getting it filled at any other pharma and I've been on this stuff for like, 4 years now... anyway, the clerk told me they were out and didn't know when they were getting a new batch... Wallmart Pharma NEVER called me for 2 days to tell me they were not planning on getting any medication in stock or that they were out.
Thank GOD this is not a life saving medication.
I asked why didn't they call and tell me and she said, "I dunno... I wasn't here the past 2 days..." I said, "I don't mean YOU Personally, I meant the pharmacy in general - certainly YOU aren't only one working here"...She said to call today.. which I did and this very nasty clerk answered the phone and said "well, if we didn't have it yesterday, why would I think we'd have it today"... I told her I would like her to check and see when they were going to get it, because I'd have to go to another pharmacy. Then ms. nasty got all nice and said, "Oh, let me check for you... we should be getting it soon". Low and behold, she told me it is 'scheduled to be in this afternoon's shipment". So, lucky me... I get to go 3 days now possibly without getting my med. I told her to call me and she jotted down my number - I am not holding my breathe on getting the call as to yes or no that they have the med... I'll just go to another pharma... This lack of customer service and crappy attitudes of the slobs who work there are the #1, 999 reason why I don't shop at the CLINTON NJ WallMart anymore. The only reason I go the for my script is because it's close to my hosue, but no more - I'll drive a few extra miles for the pure joy of knowing wallmart ain't gettin' another penny of mine!

Walmart walmart exposed: the evil within

Media release
For immediate release

Walmart exposed
The evil within

New book by frederick a. Murphy exposes walmart’s awful treatment of america

The book walmart exposed: the evil within is about former employees, customers and families who are fed up with walmart because of the way they have been treating the american taxpayer. You will read about personal, first hand accounts of employees being terminated without cause, customers being banned after injuring themselves, double charging customers, disrespectful and mean-spirited managers, customers being spit on and even children being spoken to in a harsh manner. This type of evil, lower-level, in-store behavior has gone on long enough while the company higher-ups only seem to turn a blind eye. This cannot continue in our communities and it is time for walmart to realize that... Enough is enough!
Landover, maryland — 10/03/2008. This book was written to let the world see walmart through the eyes of customers and former employees who have been victims of this appalling treatment.

Yeah, my mom works at Walmart and she's going to have surgery on her wrist soon so she has to take a leave of absence. She has been there over 2 years, they are threatening to fire her because of it. They won't let her move up. She is trained for so many things there, and everytime a spot opens up, they promote a gay or black. (I'm no racist nor do I judge at all. Half my friends are black, or gay and I go to drag shows.) It's just the truth. She is treated horribly there. Someone will be there for 2 weeks, and already bumped up because of one of those 2 things.

The truth of the matter is that Walmart treats their employees like crap and they in turn take it out on the customers. They see someone who needs help and avert their eyes and run away. They are rude and resentful. I never left a Walmart without an incident. Oh like everyone else I put up with it because of the low prices and convenience, but I decided after being snapped at by the deli woman I wasn't ever going to put myself in that situation ever again. I am a very nice and patient person, I don't go looking for conflicts like some customers. And yes, I managed to get an apology out of her after I called her out on her rudeness..but at that point, an apology is simply because she is afraid she is going to lose her job, not because she's sorry...The people who think there is nowhere else where you can save the same money are wrong. I haven't shopped at Walmart in over 2 years because I will not support the monster. Lowest prices are mostly a myth, everyone is competing and with a little bit of effort you can find better or comparable, and almost always better quality. Look around, there IS life after Walmart.

I shop at walmart and don't really have any problems and I don't know why Lambofgod has such an obsession for "white trash" what is that a new breed of racism? Anywhoo Yes most of the prices are actually reasonable and most of the employees are actually pretty friendly. I'm not to thrilled about a certain walmart that I went to b/c they had put some exchanged ps3's back on the shelf but oh well just need to pay attention to what you grab. but other than that no problems so far here. I just get a kick out of the walmart greeters they funny "bouncers". But yes I kinda like being greeted with a high welcome to walmart idea. It sure as heck beats being bothered or having your personal space being invaded by a hoverer. "Do you need something?" Naw I'm just here for your viewing pleasure. Ps. I own my own house have 2 trucks 1 car a family and an a high paying job. If that's white trash then I'm happy to be one.

Sorry to all you "Target go-ers" but they buy the same crap from China just like Wal Mart, they just don't have the purchasing power that Wal Mart has and that's why the goods there are cheaper. I shop at Wal Mart weekly, I can buy my food, automotive goods, and some clothing items there; one stop shopping, never had an issues in 23 years. I'm glad they're anti-union, see how the Big Three auto makers have had problems- unions! There's a reason why Wal Mart's doing well, they're smart. And if supposedly if they don't pay well or offer healthcare to all their employess, well, nobody's putting a gun to their heads and making them work there. Oh, and by the way, they price match- who else does that nowadays?

I'd rather spend a little bit more money and get something with more quality and better service. There are so many reasons NOT to shop at walmart! Number 1 for me is the way they treat their employees, paying them next to nothing and not giving any medical insurance (only to a few full timers); WE PAY FOR THEIR MEDICAL CARE with our tax dollars. A close second is scouring the world for the cheapest slave labor so they can charge $1 less for a t-shirt. The way they do business is just so immoral.
387 days ago by Brittney, Dakota, and Maddies Mommy

First of all, let me start out by saying "you have NO CLUE what your talking about". I am a Wal-mart employee and as far as medical insurance goes Wal-mart is among the top company's leading the market with excellent insurance NOT just for full time but also for part time and WE pay our own insurance. The only way you pay a Wal-mart employee's insurance is if they are on medicaid due to whatever circumstances.

Walmart is hands down the best store around. YOU go pay 50% more for your clothes so that you can smugly dream about supporting the general welfare. Fact is, Macy's and Target and wherever else also don't sell products made in America, nor do they pay their cashiers and stock clerks significantly more. So go ahead, overpay for your clothes, firniture, food, etc. Smugness comes at a price.

Walmart walmart money card

This money card business is the biggest scam since the government grants. I say we all need to file a class action law suit. Why cant we contact anyone when we have questions? Why do we have to pay for the chessy info that you do get when you do finally get ahold of them? Why did I get hung up on before I got an answer from them? Scam thats why. This is BS and I'm not going to put up with it. I'll see you in court Walmart and Visa associates. I have to earn my money the old fashion way, you dont get to earn yours by ripping me off. In an economic fiasco like the times now, we cannot let this company or any other take advanyage of us like this. Lets fight back.

Your complaint to Walmart or the company supplying the Walmart card. In the United states you tell them this.

"I have read the terms of service and your computer states that I have money in my account, why can't I use it. If I do not receive my refund due to a fault on the card I will be contacting the FTC for a complaint."

Within a day or two, I get a call from the company that maintains the card and states that i will get the money back, and I did.

Complaints to companies must have a little teeth in them. They think they are the big dogs, but the government is the bigger dog. They company does not want to fight it with the FTC and agrees with the refund, and even repaid the $25 hold fee for my troubles.

Walmart pharmacy employees

I have disc degeneration disease and right now I have 2 ruptured discs and 1 that is bulging. It presses on the nerves that lead down through my legs. I'm only 25 and they treat me as if im there just to get drugs. They are very rude to me and have tried to keep me from obtaining my refills the day I can get it filled. The medicine is the only thing that helps me move around without feeling the stabbing, numb and burning pain I have in my leg. They dont have to live with the pain, I wish I could give it to them.

I live in KY and have the same thing, , hey.. if you are behind the counter WE are the reason you have a job.. and ANYWHERE you go.. if you treat a customer badly.. then you're history.. I'm personally looking into a las action suit against these people.. I have many storys to tell but here's the latest.. My mother had a prescription for 3 refills of 30 pills.. from the doctor.. when she gets them she is told they are highly addictive.. and that she can only get 15 AND pay for 15.. the pharmacist rewrote the prescription for 5 refills of 15.. she called the ins. company and got this straightened out.. 3 wks ago.. she called the doctor to have meds called in and the next day went to get them.. not there.. called for the next 6 days.. not there.. called the doctor... he had called them in that day.. when mom got the meds.. they were dated 6 days earlier... Yeah.. I think something needs to be done.

Walmart unauthorized deduction

Using this prepaid debit card at a gas station, automatically deducts 35.00, even if you get only 10.00 worth of gas. You cannot receive the balance until 4 days later. (Even if you run out of gas and need to stop at a cheaper gas station). I purchased gas in a city to get me home where the gas is thirty cents cheaper. It didn't matter I couldn't use the card anyway once I got home. My balance was 30.00, they held my amount available until after the 20.00 gas purchase cleared. Walmart is a customer friendly store (so I thought). The customer service was rude, didn't care, and was not able to communicate English very well. They were from Guatemala, and that didn't help and they didn't care. (they said wait 4 days for your Money). Where is the American jobs, and the customer comes first.

same thing happened to me with gas purchase i put 16.00 in gas and was charged 35.00 i check my card every time i use my prepaid card to do a purchase, i did notice that i was charged 35.00 instead of 16.00 so when i called they did tell me that 35.00 is instantly taken out of your account and at the end of the day the business of gas station shows the amount that was put in and the rest gets refunded back to you but it takes 4-7 business days and yes i do beleive that is not right to do. But what they told me when i go to a gas station again to go inside and pay inside and only that amount would be taken out and not the 35.00 haha what is the purpose of paying at the pump right? but anyways all i have to say is that i have had this card for 2 yrs know and i have never had no problems my refunds have always been put into my account when it was supposed to so thank god on that. Good luck to all that have been having problems and i hope i never come into a situation like i have been reading.

Walmart account payments

I am sending a request in response to my credit account with the Walmart Cooperation.

I just would like to know why payments were not processed as posted to be paid according to the web site. The system seems to have not been funcioning as it should and the electronic site was not receiving and processing payments as they should have been.

I would like to make sure that I am not jepoardize of any credit obligation due to the unfortunate services by the operation of Walmart payment services.

It will be greatly appreciated if this matter would be further reviewed and analyzed with proper judgement.

Thank you for your full cooperaiton and assistance.

Walmart awful place to work in

I worked at the buffalo walmart in minnesota for about two months. My manager always had me doing all of her work after i was done with mine. Then she went to her manager, who i found out she was sleeping with and took all credit for what i have done. Well after her manager talked to me about "not doing my job" i was pissed so i went to the bathroom splashed my face with some water and took a breather. My manager had come in a couple min later and started yelling at me saying he (her manager) will never believe me then spit in my face! I wanted to punch her lights out! But i didn't, i got so pissed off i threw up on her shoes. now i am sewing. They don't only treat customers like crap they treat employees bad to. Unless u sleep with them i guess.

I worked for Walmart as a unloader. Management is always intimidating and harassing associates to get the job done faster. Management tells the unloaders that the trucks can be unloaded faster. The unlaoders told management to show us, and start unloading the truck. The management team couldn't unload the trucks faster but slower (2 and a half times longer). Ha Ha Ha, that was a joke. The managers need to keep their mouths shut until they can prove they can do the work better and faster. Also, we have a manager just shows no interest in the store other than satisfy his own narcissism (self-centered and self-love). All he does is sit in his office and tells others to do his job. Another thing is, the managers will look at ways to get rid of long time associates to steal their benefits through WRONGFUL TERMINATION such as myself. When I asked to see my personnel file and what was in it, they refused. Ha Ha Ha... What are they covering up. Don't let these fools run all over you but pulling the wool over your eyes. After working for Walmart for 6 years, I can honestly say, and safely say, Walmart isn't the place to work or do business. The managers will falsify your records and when they do this they falsify the tax liability laws (for their personal gain) and that is why Walmart is so goddam rich because they misrepresnt themselves to the community, the government, the customers, and the workers. When they do this kind of crap, turn them in. WHY NOT? They are always out to get you!

Walmart wal-mart damaged my engine

I recently had my engine replaced 6 months ago and had my oil changed at a different company that usually has a long wait. So since I had some shopping to do I took my van to have an oil change at Wal-Mart. Two days after my oil change my engine started knocking and a plume of smoke came out of the tail pipe. I took my van to my mechanic and he verified my engine blew due to the oil change and that I would need a new engine. I went to Wal-Mart who sent a lady with camera to take pics of my van and who took a small sample of the oil. A few days later Wal-Mart denied my claim based on the pics and a small sample of oil! I wish I knew about Wal-Mart's track record before I let them touch my van. Now I got to buy a new vehicle. Wal-Mart has lost a shopper forever.

An oil sample does not lie if done by an outside(non Wal-Mart) based sampler. In your oil sample will be all sorts of evidence of engine wear that is not visable to the naked eye.

Walmart wal-mart super center in richmond, mo

The Wal-Mart Super Center in Richmond, MO is a joke! The book department has become smaller, especially the children's books. The books haven't been changed in months. There were rumors that they were ging to get rid of the craft department, well they never did but they discontinued the DMC/Thread and cross stitch. Now ou will have to drive 90 minutes to city to get thread. There are a lot of people who cross stitch and use DMC thread. They should carry the products that the customers want. The toy department hasn't been changed in over two years and keeps getting smaller. The Entertainment department is the smallest I've ever seen in a super-center. They hardly have room for any DVDS. They don't carry any new TV-DVD Sets. I was looking for Law and Order DVDs and asked them if they had any. They said they never heard of that title. In the last six months the video games and disappeared and they reply was : their discontinued.

I bought a humidifier there and they no longer carry the filters, but the still carry the humidifier.

There needs to be a new manager! Why won't they stock their products! This is a small town. They would make even more money if they start carrying products that the customers want!

WalMart has been in my city for some time. In the middle of last year, I noticed a change in the attitudes of the staff that work at this store. Staff are now incredibly rude and will ignore people for large amounts of time, even if they are obviously waiting for help. Many times when I go into this store, the cashiers don't even pay attention to you as they are serving you. Many times they will continue to talk to their friends. As a result, I feel frustrated and very angry. Several times, I have gone into the store to purchase items. What is listed on the rack has been inaccurate several times. The associates refused to give the item to me for the listed price. And, when I told them the price on the rack, they always call back to see if I am lying. This is fine, but, six out of the seven times this has happened, the people checking the price claim that they do not see the price that I had stated. When I go back to look at the rack and find the price, I have no problem seeing it. These people are incredibly deceptive.

In addition, in the overnight hours, the aisles are often completely packed with boxes waiting to be unloaded. Once the people are done with a box, they throw it wherever they want. They don't even bother to move the boxes so people can get down aisles. I've even been sworn at by several associates.

I've sent numerous complaints to walmart via the web site and snail mail. I have yet to get back a single response. Do not do business with this store if you can help it. They have no sense of courtesy and even the manager will ignore you.

I was even trying to get her attention and when she finally gave me a minute of her time she told me i would have to hang on a minunte i am busy (hateful)! I left without even getting the cake I asked for a mgr. but one ever came! Its pretty bad that a company that is based on customer service is that unorganized that my cake wasnt even started and i had called two days in advance to get it and she couldnt even give me one minute of her time for a reasonable explanation why! Totally agree, but if you cant find a item, dont exepect an employee to help, or ask if you need help. heres my story aug 2010 i was looking for an item, in the same area 3 employees were talking, I search that area about 10 times, still no one approached, me asking if I needed help, after 20 minutes I heard one employee, holler hey, you need help well I looked up, and looked she hollered again You need help Nancey, I turned to look and she was asking a fellow coworker, if she needed help, not the paying customer. I was so mad I stormed off and kept saying in a normal voice "d**n goodthing I not a shoplifter cuz no one's paying atention to me" still no one asked if I needed help so I said I'm going to check out the Dollar General Store.

"In addition, in the overnight hours, the aisles are often completely packed with boxes waiting to be unloaded. " This is because they need to restock the aisle before the morning, which starts at 7am.

"And, when I told them the price on the rack, they always call back to see if I am lying. " They don't call to see if your lying, they call to check the price and to make it obvious to the sales floor person that they have price mistake on a item. In the first place, if your not lying then you shouldn't get mad or frustrated when it happens.

My 20 year old daughter went to Wal-Mart for an eye exam today. When she called to make the appoinment, she gave them all of our insurance information over the phone...all the numbers, etc. We have State Of Illinois insurance which is extremely good. Well, she went in for the exam and after it was over, they said she owed $48. She did not have any money on her. They said she could not leave the store until they had their money. She called me. I tried to give them credit card info, debit card info, checking acc. info. They said she had to stay there til someone came and paid the bill. I could not get there to pay them. I asked them what they were going to do with her all night? That was a couple of hours ago. My daughter is still being held hostage in Wal-Mart. Can they really hold someone like that?

Walmart scam and cheating

I returned chicken breast because of bug in package. Was charged again. Would like credit without having to keep going back to store. Also would like answer ASAP. The replacement package was not marked so checkout didn't know it was a replacement. The store is changing things so it makes it much harder to shop especially for older people. Since this is not the first time I have had to make an extra trip back to the store I would like to find another way for getting the credit for this shopping trip. And I am unhappy about this.

I purchased a WalMart money order and filled it out, then decided not to use it for the intended purpose. MoneyGram told me I could write 'not used for intended purpose' on the back and sign it, then just deposit it to my bank account. I deposited it to my friend's bank account with that notation, my signature and their signature, but the bank refused to cash it. WalMart won't take it back since it has been completed. Now I am waiting to get my money back from Money Gram - for a $15 fee.

That will be the last WalMart money order I ever purchase. Even Pete's Check Cashing in Saginaw, MI, told me they would not cash it because it had already been written out.

Every other place I have spoken with who sells money orders tells me they would have cashed it if I purchased it from them...

I purchased a bra which rang up at .15 cents, it turned out to be a size too big, I went to exchange it for a smaller size and Walmart would not exchange it for me, even though I had the receipt. They wanted me to pay full price for the other bra, even though I purchased this one at a sale price. I contacted the store manager, and the customer service center and they would not budge. For as much money as I spent at Walmart, they could have just exchanged the bra to keep a loyal customer happy. I am Chaplain for the State of Connecticut, I also am an active member of my church which has over 1, 000 members and many who shop at Walmart. I will be sure to tell everyone I know, and post as many notices I can regarding Walmart's lack of customer service and resolution.

Amsterdam walmart is a joke. The Customer service Managers hardly speek english, I hear them talking about other employees, I see the employees using the handicapped stalls when they don't need them. And then I caught a girl in the bathroom smoking. And in the handicapped stall too. She worked for Subway. And I reported herand Walmart said there was nothing they could do about it, that the smoker wasn't they're employee. And when I went in again the same girl was still employed with Subway. I try not to go there unless i really have to, Target is across the way and now Kohls is there too. So I can go other places.

As for the person who said they haven't seen anything clearanced for under a dollar, go to the Walmart in Winona, MN sometime. There are quite a few items for under a dollar at times. Especially gloves and hats and things like that. As for a bra for 15 cents, that does seem odd, but if it is an older one from a year or more ago, it's possible. Also, sometimes only specific sizes or styles get marked down and with clearance, you take what you get. They don't have to give you a different size if the one you want isn't on clearance. You have to look at clearance items like you look at a garage sale. It's left over stuff that nobody wanted to buy at full price to begin with and they're marking it down to get rid of it so they can bring in newer items. Try things on before you buy them or ask a fitting room attendant for a tape measurer so you can determine the correct size in the first place. They don't owe you a brand new bra at 15 cents.

You do know they have warranties after you pay right? Depending on how many days that are given and you can return an item that you bought at walmart to ANY other walmart across the nation? Do you often return things that maybe they become suspicious that you do it all the time?

You should have tried it on before you bought it. That would have saved you a lot of aggrivation, and would have avoided this situation completely. The .15 was definately a wrong price. I used to work in apparel at Wal-Mart, now I'm in the Deli, but we never clearenced anything to lower than .50. This is a good lesson to people to try stuff on before you buy it.

.15 cents was obviously the wrong price. I have never seen an item clearanced out for lower than $1. When you wanted to exchange the item they probably saw the mistake on the receipt and they weren't willing to make that mistake again. Did you go back to the same store that you bought it from? Because if you didn't then the store you're trying to exchange it out of is definitely not going to fix another store's mistake. Whatever the situation may have been, you still got a bra out them for .15 cents. Be happy and enjoy it because I promise that you will never buy one for that price again.

goodness, you got a bra for 15 cents? I would wear that whether it fit or not...LOL that a darn good price for a bra. If you don't want it can I have it? A good one costs 30 and 40 bucks. You just send it right on over here. I'll even give you a dollar for it, so you get your 15 cents back and then some...

My husband agrees, he says definitely do purchase greendot money card that Walmart has so graciously slapped their name all over the front of. The ALL ACCESS NETSPEND CARD is one to go with, if your going to require the use of a no bank account debit card.

Yes, Walmartmoneycard really sucks. I reported my card lost/stolen but then I found it the next day. I called them to remove the block and they said that my account is completely closed and can not be accessed. But, they said that THEY can access it to take off money for some $20 fed-ex card to ship it to me. So then why can't they do something to whereas I would be able to access it to pay my rent. As it stands, I have to wait on them to send me a new card in two weeks without a dollar in my pocket.
Greendot is a jip and all of their cards get a fat zero! Never never ever purchase a green dot card, they are so far behind the other debit card companies that it is pathetic.
One great card that I know of is NETSPEND. USE THE NETSPEND CARD.YOU CAN GET IT AT YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY EXCHANGE OR ORDER ONE ONLINE.
**WITH NETSPEND, EVERY DIRECT DEPOSIT ARRIVES AT LEAST THREE DAYS EARLY, IT GIVES YOU A FREE FEDERALLY INSURED SAVINGS ACCOUNT, ****IF YOU REPORT YOUR CARD LOST/STOLEN AND THEN FIND IT, THEY REACTIVATE IT! I'M IN HEAVEN WITH NETSPEND, I UNFORTUNATELY SWITCHED ONE OF MY DEPOSITS TO THE WALMART GREENDOT CARD BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT REDBOX TO OVERCHARGE ME FROM MY NETSPEND CARD AGAIN. i SHOULD NEVER HAVE DONE IT! NETSPEND IS THE BOMB. ****WITH NETSPEND, ANYONE WHO YOU KNOW WITH A NETSPEND CARD, YOU CAN TRANSFER FUNDS TO EACHOTHER BY A CELL PHONE TEXT, ONLINE OR BY PHONE. THE CARDS DO NOT HAVE TO BE LINKED TOGETHER, IT IS UNCOMPLICATED. ******IF YOU GET A NETSPEND CARD AND HAVE MONTHLY DIRECT DEPOSIT ON IT, THE MONTHLY FEE IS FREE, THERE'S NO CHARGE FOR CREDIT PURCHASES, ****AND THEY GIVE YOU A LOAN THAT GOES DIRECTLY, INSTANTLY TO YOUR CARD. YOUR CREDIT DOESN'T MATTER AS LONG AS YOU HAVE DIRECT DEPOSIT COMING TO YOUR CARD AND DON'T TRY TO "SLICK" THEM AND SWITCH YOUR DEPOSIT. AS LONG AS YOU LET THEM GET THEIR MONEY OUT OF YOUR NEXT DEPOSIT, THEY KEEP GIVING YOU INSTANT LOANS. ****PLEASE, NOBODY GO AND MESS UP NETSPEND BY STEALING THE LOANS, THEY ARE THE BEST CARD EVER. IF YOU SLICK THEM ON LOAN (LIKE I DID) YOU WILL FEEL BAD AND MISS THAT MONEY THEY USED TO LET YOU BORROW AND PAY IT BACK ASAP (LIKE I DID) SO YOU CAN GET ANOTHER LOAN. *****NETSPEND RULES! GREENDOT SUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKS!

Walmart battery purchased

On 9-19-08 my family and I were at walmart #5174 shopping, me and my son went to the automotive section to find a battery for his atv, I looked up the stock number of the battery we needed and told my son to get it off the shelf because I am handicapped and could not reach it from a motorized cart, my son, whom is 11years old, reached and got a battery from the section marked with the stock number we needed and carried it to the check out counter, he also placed our old battery on the counter for our core return fee, i paid the lady and afer our shooping was done we left. I didnt have achance to install the battery in the atv until 9-20-08. I unpackaged the battery, still beleaviing it was the right battery, installed the acid in the battery and attempted to place the battery in the battery compartment and noticed the battery would not fit because it was to big. I returned to the same store to try to swap it for the right one, the associate on duty said that they could not take it back because I had installed the acid, I esxplained what happened and she still said she could not except it. I ask to speak to a manager and she called one, when he arrived I explained what happened and he basicallytold me the same thing, that they could not take it back with the acid in it. so I said to him, I am stuck with a battery I cant use and he said yes. So here I am with no old battery and out $41.68 and a battery I can' use. I think this is pitiful, I am disabled, on SSI, and dont have alot of money to spend on things I dont need. Like I said it was a honest mistake and now I have a battery that I cant use and my old battery I could use for core refund is gone. I hope you can help me. Thank you,

I agree with partsmanmd, all you have to do is be creative. first go to a different Walmart and tell them that the battery is defective and will not hold a charge and you wish to swap it for a new one. If they let you change part numbers fine, if not, then take the same part number and take it home, DO NOT put the acid in the battery. Take this new one to another Walmart store in a few days and tell them you would like to return it because you accidentley picked up the wrong part number, they will now take it back because you have not put the acid into it. This will be inconvenient, but at least you will not be out the $41+

i think perhaps you should have looked at the part number on the box before you put the acid in, also walmart and most automotive stores can not sell a batter once the acid is installed unless it is a battery for a car or light truck. even then the battery is only replaceable if it is defective.. perhaps next time tell them the battery was defective and ask for a replacement of the right battery even if you had to pay the difference. the battery carries a 6 month pro rated wareranty for being defective.

Walmart over charged

This is the email I sent to their CS department asking for them to mai me a refund:
([protected]@regiscorp.com)

"I was picking up some product at your 3250 Sardis Church Road Buford (E), GA 30519 salon today. While I was patiently waiting for the stylist to finish cutting someone's hair I saw a special posted:
"2 for $28 US / $35 CAN Biolage, amplify or sleek.look Liters / Litres Save up to $22 US/ $38.90 CAN"

I thought I had picked up the right sizes until the stylist rang me up. The two products were $14.95 & $14.00 - so they were not the ones on special. When she got off the phone I asked her if the large bottles (liters) were the same price as the ones I bought. She went over to the sign, misread it & said that I had the ones that were on special. I asked her to ring them up because I was certain she was mistaken. Instead of ringing them up, she kept looking at the monitor and said she "looked them up on the discount list, and they're not on there."

I was mad that she wouldn't just ring them up as I politely asked. There was one other customer waiting, but I had already waited almost ten minutes while she was cutting someone's hair.

I felt very disrespected - and now I feel cheated. With gas prices what they are & given the fact that I am not buying this product in a mall, but a WalMart - I am obviously concerned with the extra cost of driving back to a place were the staff are so unprofessional to ask for a refund which I may or may not get. "

Worst salon ever. Do not go to the location in Kalispell, MT. Not only do they not know how to cut, they can't color, they can't style, and no customer service. I am sick and pissed off by the treatment received and I plan on doing my best to talk everyone out of going there. Most unprofessional manager and work environment. Food all over the counters very tacky mirror art stuff just gross and awful they should be ashamed.

I haven't been to a Smart Style in years, and for good reason. I had planned on dying my hair that afternoon after the cut and told the stylist that I didn't need a wash. So instead of spritzing my hair with water before she started cutting, she started cutting it dry! I kept trying to tell her that she should probably dampen it first, but she gave me a dirty look and asked where I went to beauty school. If she wasn't the one with the scissors in her hand I would have walked out at that point. Needless to say, my hair was butchered, and I had to spend another $40 getting it fixed elsewhere. And before anyone else says anything, yes, I did ask to speak to the manager after she was done. Was told she was not there, and called twice a day for two weeks to speak with her, but she was always conveniently "not there". If thats how they treat their customers, I'm more than happy to deal with my split ends thankyou.

I took my son to the "salon" in the Van Buren, Arkansas Wal-Mart. He wanted a trim. He is 13 years old. The woman that cut it totally butchered his hair (see photos). The manager was not there and no one else had the "authority" to issue a refund. Needless to say, my son had to go to school this morning with his hair all botched up. I called the manager this morning, she was very condescending and acted as if she could care less. I cannot believe that a hair stylist (using that term loosely) would let a client walk out of their establishment with their hair this crooked. You might as well forget about getting a refund, that is hopeless. You just get a big run around! THINK TWICE BEFORE STEPPING INTO ONE OF THESE SO CALLED "SALONS"! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT "SALON"!

My son had been growing his hair out for 2 years. It was starting to look...well long over due for a hair cut. I had been wanting him to get a haircut for awhile, I took him to a SmartStyle, in Jacksonville Arkansas. BIG MISTAKE! He wanted it with 2 to 3 inch bangs and we left with 1 inch bangs. I even went over to the chair and held his hair where he wanted it to be cut. Still she turns him around and wow, we measured after we arrived home...1.1 inches...no where near 2 to 3...NEVER will return there for ANYTHING! Didn't catch the young ladies name, was way to upset but she has long dark hair and cannot listen to what kind of cut you want. BEWARE

to Desiree...buy a box of cheap Revlon hair color and fix it to a darker shade yourself...if you go into a barber shop/salon/stylist botique and you aren't satisfied with the look/work performed you have a right to ask to have it fix/refuse to pay for services rendered due to inaccurate/incomplete request that you asked for. When you left the salon and paid for services rendered without asking for the deficienies rendered, then you accept the hairstyle/look as is and are confirming satisfactory work on your hair completed. Most hair salons/style shops genereally have a policy that you have to have the defficiency corrected at the time services are rendered or you acknowledge the stylist has completed satisfactory work. So basically you walked out, paid for services rendered and accepted saying that the stylist performed his/her duties and that your color job was done correctly. You have no legal or business presidence standing on this.

Firstly--
ohmigosh. Instead of $28.00 you had to pay $28.95. I'm so sorry for your $.95 loss. Maybe it was taxes?

Secondly-- I don't think you have a right to be mailed any money. If you don't want the product, give it back. You did *not* have to leave the store with anything in your hand and therefore--you wouldn't be in the mess you made for yourself. Suck it up and be an adult.

_________
I concur w/warrington and MimiSue.
I've spent $65.00 on highlights there because of my length. NOT $44. And yes, I was a little surprised when they keep quoting me "It'll probably be $44" because I know it's going to be about $20 more.

..furthermore, curls are ugly anyway. That's totally on you for having bad taste in hairstyles. Yick.

Walmart banned from walmart

I am very angry at Walmart . I was in ur Walmart store here in Rocky Mount Va on June 29 2007 @9;30 P.M. and there was a clothes hanger laying on the floor and i didn't see it and i slipped up on it and fell, busted the back of my head and busted up my left arm and shoulder. Walmart said they had to take me to the hospital and they would pay the bills . Well I had to go thru several drs and Walmart told me they would pay my medical bills but come to find out as of today they still haven't been paid. The dr put me on pain medication and i was on pain medication which I am still on and the dr dropped the dosage and I started getting side affects to it and i called and told her but she never did anything about it and I went into your Rocky Mount Va Walmart store on December 3 2007 and was doing some shopping. I was going to buy a Nascar coat and I was looking at the tag and accidently tore it off by mistake so I decided I didn;t want the coat so I went and put it back on the shelf and then I decided to go back and get it and when i went to pick it up I forgot to get the tag and when I got to the counter to pay for my merchandise I forgot to put the coat up there and the girl that checked me out didn't say anything about the coat and I forgot to pay for it and when I went out the door the buzzer went off and here comes the lost prevention people and they told me I would have to come with them and they called the law. I told the law i was on medication and i just forgot the coat was hanging across the buggy, the girl at the register should have asked me about the coat. Now I am banned from Walmart and they told me I couldn't come back there no more. I was on medication at that time and the side affects was confusion. By the way Walmart didn't pay nothing on my fall after they said they would have to pay the bill and as of today Walmart hasn't paid a dime on it. I called Walmart Claims and they said they didn't have a file on me but they sent me 4 of my bills back to me and i called them back and they said that was all they had and i told them they had some more and they argued me they didn;t have any but a week later they sent me all of them. Now i am a law abiding citizen and i haven't done anything like that before in my life and the dr even told me it was the medication.I am asking u to reason with the Walmrt in Rocky Mount Va and get them to let me come back in there because i do have a lawyer working on this for me and if u don't won't to get sued over again you can let me come back into Walmrt again.I am telling u it was the medication. Please just give me another chance. U can reach me at Katherine S.Angel P.O. Box 2168 Rocky Mount Va 24151 or call me at [protected] and if I don't answer please leave a name number, and a message what's it;s concerning and I will call u back or u can email me at [protected]@Yahoo.com

I was in your Walmart store in Rocky Mount Va on December 3 2007 and I was shopping and I was going to buy me a coat. cashier didn't ask about the coat so I forgot it and i went on out the door and the buzzer went off. I fell in your Rocky Mount Va walmart store on June 29 2007 and I was put on medication and the dr had took me off that medication and put me on a lower dosage and i got confused with it and just forgot the coat was there and now I am banned from the store. When I fell in June 29 2007 they (Walmart) told me they were going to pay my bills also but they never paid the first dime on them and I think that is also wrong. I sent everyone of them to them and I called them and told them to send me back a copy of each one of them and they said they didn't have anything on me but 4 days later I got 3 of the bills in the mail . I called again and told them that wasn't all them and they said they didn't have any more and I told them "Yes u Do because i sent everyone of them to u" and then a week later I got a copy of the rest of them and as of this day Walmart hasn't paid one red dime on my medical bills.I hurt my left arm and busted the back of my head and My left arm is still Black and blue from that fall . I have a good mind going back and suing u all over again or u can talk to the Walmrt in Rocky Mount Va . and see about me coming back there. First of all, how can someone be a registered nurse and not be able to spell common English words. Second, I have worked for WalMart for 11 years and no store I have worked at has been closed other than from Christmas Eve at 8:00 (used to be 6:00) p.m. until 6:00 a.m. 12/26.
Would her hospital (if she even is a nurse) allow a customer or patient to violate rules that the administration had set up? I don't think so. If she had been allowed in a closed store and had gotten injured in some way, the store manager would have lost his job and WalMart would have been sued for an outrageous amount of money (even though this wasn't about money). HAHA If it wasn't about money, why does she want gas money, reimbursement of the money she paid at a "higher priced" store because she cannot manage her household and desperately needed this "pop" and a $25 gift card. I don't think I would want this uneducated, inconsiderate person being my nurse. Thank you

I was taking meds one time during vacation. Went to a drug store to get some film for the camera and walked out the door without paying for the film just a second, nothing went off, but I went back and paid and no one said anything to me. I was just out of it. The meds I take can knock you on your backside. I was a nervous wreck. Thought they would lock me up for stealing under $4.00 roll of film. If you are on meds and fell light headed take a friend with you and this way you can stay in the clear.

Walmart has protocol for dealing with customer injuries. Number one rule, "Never admit fault or say you're sorry".
Walmart would never have told you they would "pay" the hospital bills. That's a complete lie. This whole story is made up.

Don't you hate it when that happens? Oh! the drama. I don't think I have ever ripped a price tag off by accident- No, I don't think that has ever happened. I wonder if the coat hanger was strategically placed because I don't think I would ever be that beguilling enough to pursue a personal injury lawsuit like that. I hope the security cameras caught your little scam. Maybe going back to the same store and stealing the coat was like sending a message to Walmart that somehow they still owe you. Pain medications or not, you are still responsible for your own actions and the consequences that arise from that. I do hope you weren't driving.

WHY are you posting on here...asking for help...with dealing with Walmart?
Do you honestly thinking that being on pain medication entitles you to steal a coat? Ive taken pain meds for years and have never tried to scam a store like this. Actually I never even thought about it...yet you tried to pull it off. They should have had you arrested on the spot and charged with everything they could.

Instead of all the shopping / shop lifting / drugs and drama perhaps you should go back to school so you can learn how to converse with others...learn to spell...to read...all of it. It's a lot easier than scamming people.
