Walmart online shipping

When they guarantee that an item ordered online will only take 7-10 business days and it takes more than 2 weeks, and it's still not delivered, this is rediculous! The fact that there is no discount either for being so late is terrible, especially this close to christmas. I suppose the big corporation Walmart doesn't care about the little guys, they got their money.. Will do my best to never support walmart again

Walmart huggies

About 2 weeks ago I purchased a box of 174 pampers (Huggies) same brand I've always used and love but this box of diapers were so defected over half of them were trash. The adhesive straps didn't attach at all so after returning to exchange them with proof I was denied a refund or exchange which was a huge inconvenience and waste of money. Is there some type of resolution for this matter? Please

Walmart lies

On July 10, 2017, I wrote a tel-a-check at WalMart in San Angelo Tx. On Aug 04, 2017, I receive a collection notice that I had stopped payment on a check to walmart for 51.75. I was mortified and paid TRS with my debt card. Stupid me, I did this before looking at my bank statement. I was also up set as they sent this collection letter to my daughter that lives in Lubbock. 25 years ago I cosigned a house with her when she was in college. All that is long gone now. Why did TRS not send the notice to me with to my address that is on my check? They didn't know when I called them.
I called my bank and found out the check to WalMart cleared on 07, 13, 2017.
I have been trying to collect my 51.75 for months. Wal Mart has no record of this and TRS wants me to send them my bank account #. NOT HAPPENING! I WILL BE CONTACTING BETTER BUSINESS!

Walmart tv commercial

I am extremely offended by your recent holiday commercial where the little boy is counting down to Christmas and it shows the dad waiting until the last minute to shop and pick up gifts! Men are NOT the only ones that wait until the last minute to shop for Christmas gifts. I find this commercial sexist and it shows that men, by your commercials definition, are not good planners or shoppers! I enjoy shopping at your superstores and neighborhood markets and this commercial makes me not want to shop there anymore. I request a written apology and if possible removal of your commercial.

Walmart customer service

The reps that I talked to today were completely rude and incompetent. The first time I called about getting a card expedited because my card never showed up by mail. The first rep wanted to argue about when my card was processed and mailed out. I explained that it didnt matter when the card was mailed out I wanted to have a card expedited to me. She pretty much refused to transfer me to a specialist that could do what I wanted. I called 5 more times and by the 6th time I was in tears because both of my paychecks were on that card and I need the money to pay bills. Its pretty bad when I have to call that many times to be able to get a card expedited to me which I wont even get till Wednesday next week.

Walmart refusing to resize watch band

I bought a watch on Walmart.com. The band needed to be resized so I took the watch to my local Walmart. I took the receipt with me to prove that I had indeed bought the watch on their website. The sales associate refused to resize the band. I showed her the receipt and she still refused. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She shrugged and supposedly left to get her supervisor. She never returned and the supervisor never showed up. Apparently Walmart won't help with items bought from their website.

Walmart associated retailer

I ordered a doll from AMI Ventures Inc.A retailer associated with Walmart.I didn't receive the doll on or before delivery date, I called the seller and the doll was sent to another state and than they said I would receive the doll the next day, well I didn't receive it so I called again and again it was sent to another state. So I asked for a refund lets see how that goes.

Walmart customer service

Walmart is Managed by people that refuse to listen and react to customer complaint. I was in the food industry for the first 20 years on my work carrier. I live in Ocala FL and have shopped at their HWY 200 store near Hwy 484. I have called and written to corporate how badly run the Lunch meat counter and drug department is operated. I am sick of their pias attitude towards customers . Dirty, under-stocked and cart filed isles. I have been to cleaner swap meets. I am done. Publix may cost more, but they are clean and customer orientated. Stuff it Walmart. We do not need you!

Walmart great value bar old cheese. 200g

I hope u will contact the right dept. for this complaint (if this is not the right dept) Last week I purchased a bar of Great Value old cheese, 200 g. When I opened it, the smell and taste was off, so I threw it away. It just had a funny sweetish odor and tasted like a glob of paste. I thought it was maybe outdated. Yesterday I bought the same bar at Walmarts and unfortunately it was the same and it was not expired. This cheese is by far the worse and does not even taste like cheese. It's like a rubber plastic, but smells. I of course threw it out again, but thought I would write this company about it. Perhaps they would check into it.. respectfully Lois.. [protected]@aol.com

Walmart awaiting ivr transfer made to me my walmart money card from my husband

I have been awaiting a transaction sent to me from my friend using direct express service.

The Transfer was initiated on 12-04-2017, On his US Direct Express Account Online, I waited for several days and i went to Walmart to complain about the money not yet available in my Walmart money card and the cashier had my card cut which was very embarrassing.

Walmart walmart wont refund me my money for package I ordered from them

I purchase a handheld game through online Wal-mart. I never received the package. I tracked it down and it went to another city. I call Wal-Mart customer service to let them know that they mailed my package to another city. They told me that I had to call a third party company called Humour Phantoms Inc. Guess what no working numbers for this supposed to be company. I Investigating a little more and come to find out it is called Ez shop 4 me.com.
Wal-Mart is giving me the run-around no refund yet. Beware second and third party from Wal-Mart. Bad business...

Same thing happened to me, the item I ordered came in the wrong size, totally unusable, i emailed them and they replied they couldn't mail it back, too expensive, but would I take $5., next day they offered $10. I called Walmart and a very very nice woman refunded me my money and suggested I donate the item to charity. I emailed him out phantom back and said wal mart resolved the issue, thanks for nothing, now they are harassing me to mail the item back to them! Unbelievable! No way!

Company is a complete RIP OFF! I ordered 4 re-chargable portable fans, only 1 of which worked upon arrival. I emailed them and in order for them to consider a refund, they need a short video. So I guess I'm supposed to take a video of me turning on the fan and absolutely nothing happening?! Very similar to the post by Edward Diaz.

This is a pretty good indication that they're going to give me a HUGE run around (take another video of the fan plugged in, now take a video of every single fan charging and then not working, and then not plugged in, etc). I'll try and jump through their hoops but Wal-Mart needs to DROP this company because they're unethical and a huge SCAM!

I ordered a Elephant pillow from Walmart.com/ Humour Phantoms INC.
The pictures were WRONG. I nicely emailed them back to tell them I knew it was wrong and that I did my research to make sure it was the right size before purchasing and they wrote this back.

Actually we have low profit in Walmart, and you can see this product is not too bad to use . A similar issue with, Homour Phantoms INC, which is a Marketplace seller on walmart.com. Wal-Mart states that you have to get a refund through the seller and told me that I had to call a third party company called Humour Phantoms Inc. Please beware! the company is a complete RIP OFF! The number that is listed is [protected] and [protected] I don’t understand the reason for Wal-Mart to do business with these Thailand co. that isn’t in Chino California. Houmor Phantom inc still selling bad products and don’t refund the money to the customers, we need to report to BBB they request a video showing what was wrong, the camera isn’t working at all, I send a video with nothing because no turn on at all. Hey continuing send me mail in referent same thing with no answers at my petition.

The worst experience with Walmart because The company Houmor Phantom inc use Walmart website to sell but when you buy something and has to return nobody want to refund the money Humour Phantom inc and Walmart neither but I will keep emailing and making call until they Refund the Jump star money is Just $36 .34 but this amount from a thousand of customers, like that anybody is millionaires I will go to report this company if they dont refund the money because is an abuse to the Peoples and this has to stop if this week i dont get the refund i will report both to BBB because the request a video showing what was wrong and i send the video 4 times and the dont respond how Company like Houmor Phantom inc still selling bad products and dont refund the money to the customers that is disrespectful for the customer and Walmart has to respond too because the company is selling under Walmart website I am veru upset I prefer keep byuing at Amazon is the best and if they has to refund the money they dont request any video of whats wrong with the products just refund it

I had a similar issue with this seller, Homour Phantoms INC, which is a Marketplace seller on walmart.com. Walmart states that you have to get a refund through the seller. Please beware! The company is a complete RIP OFF! They sold me a damaged selfie stick and refused to give me my money back after several attempts to reach them. On Walmart's website, the company lists their email address as maymidst@outlook.com. After research, the correct email address is actually, "mightmidst@outlook.com." Their telephone number that is listed on Walmart is [protected] but don't bother calling because the number only rings a couple times or it will play music then say you called during non business hours. It says this no matter what time you call. I call the company 11 times, including in the AM and PM times. There is no answering machine and the number doesn't even list the company name or allow you to speak to a representative. I had to email the company 8 times before getting a response and when I did, a man by the name of Tim Gonzalez replied back but refused to give me a refund.

I ended up sending an email to Walmart online to let them know that their seller ripped me off. I was contacted back and my issue has been escalated. I am waiting on the response of the escalation. Hopefully Walmart will get to the bottom of this but this proves that Walmart does not do proper quality control on their sellers. This is bad business for Walmart and bad business AND poor customer customer on the seller.

Walmart google chromecast

I have ordered 2 quantity of Google Chromecast online on November 23, 2017, to GIFT someone. Yesterday I received my delivery, but when I opened it the box contains only ONE pack of Google Chromecast. I was very disappointed because it is a gift for someone.

When I called customer care, I explained him all scenario and requested to deliver it. He said he can only do a refund. I even told him that if he can make it available to the nearest store I can pick it up, but he said he will refund the amount and I need to order it again. In addition, I have to go to Newburgh Walmart Store to pick it up which is 22 miles away from my house.

I am VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with WALMART's service. Now I have ordered it to Newburgh store to pick it up.

Walmart smoky bacon cheddar cheese

Hello,
I am not a company, but I am someone who regularly buys Kraft at my local Walmart. I purchased a bag of smoky bacon cheddar cheese on 11/24/17 and when I opened it on 11/27/17 there were pieces of cheese with mold (see attached pictures). The expiration date is 1/15/18, (as seen in the first attachment), however there were several pieces with mold. I would like a refund, if possible. I can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com..

You will want to return the product along with your receipt to the location of purchase. They should be able to provide you with a replacement or refund.

Walmart customer service

Please provide me a resolution to my below complaint that occurred on 11/11/2017:

You've got to be kidding! My husband and I placed 7 items on the belt of a 20 items or less checkout express lane yesterday, a usually busy Saturday. We were behind a lady who was checking out and one young man behind us with 1 item. As soon as the lady swiped her credit card she was approached by the clerk about a promotion the store was offering of a $25.00 savings to customers spending $75.00 or more and that she qualified. Of course, she was all in. So, the clerk proceeded to process her application via credit card scanner. After the clerk attempted to process the task it was obvious that she lacked any knowledge of this procedure so she summoned a supervisor over for help. And the supervisor had difficulty completing the task and I made it clear to her that this was ridiculous and poor customer service. Her response was that they serve all their customers. Well, what about all of us customers behind who have waited over 15 minutes? She had no comment until after checking me out when she apologized as she handed me my receipt. I was tempted and regret not leaving our goods on the belt and walking away. We are unhappy customers to have experienced this at the checkout especially an EXPRESS lane. This promotion needs to be accomplished in an appropriate manner to better serve all your customers. Your help is greatly appreciated. We have gone to the store manager with a couple of complaints in the past dozen years but this one qualifies corporate attention.

Even if it's an express lane, they still need to follow their required procedures. They often have goals for promotions like these and customers shouldn't miss out just because they entered a lane for less items.

The employee apologized to you. There is nothing else that can or should be done.

Walmart shopping cart

I put a bunch of crap in my cart and then when i was about to check out i couldnt find any promo codes and when i went off the site and back on all my crap was gone and i had a lot of stuff in my cart so thx a lot im really stressed and mad now i dont even know if i want to order from you now and your site is so glitchy and sracthy so fix that this happened november of the seventeenth of twothousandseventeen. I would like to get some percent off my purchase because now i have to find all of the items in my cart and it will take a long time for me to do so.

Walmart management

Overnight shift was completely terminated, had 15 of our overnight employees lose their scheduled shifts and their .50 overnight differential pay. Then had a daytime cashier get scammed out of 9000$ so therefore the entire store lost their quarterly bonus. I had two managers pull me aside and berate and belittle me on how poorly I was performing at a job I just took a pay cut to no longer do. Walmart beta fish

My son and I went to purchase beta food at the 62269 Walmart and found abused, neglected beta fish- two dead, one completely disintegrated and my son was traumatized. I bought a beta water myself to fill up their cups since they had one inch of water in them. All the fish were on their deathbeds- fin rot, no color, torn fins- it was terrible. I don't think they've been looked after in at least a week. It's like they are placed on the rack and left to die. I'm so upset. It's wrong- why sell them if you can't care for them?! I called walmart corporate because the customer service manager could care less. Is there anything else I can do? You can do?

Walmart all the excess food you are throwing away at salina ohio store!!!

Just watched a Video from a gentalman out in the back of your Wal-Mart store in Sabina Ohio and he showed Video of about 50 more or a little less full of food products that were being thrown away and that were not expired as of the time he did the filming, he talked to a manager, they told him that it was all going in the garbage, what is wrong with you people, the good was still good, baskets of canned ham not expired until 2020, baskets of milk, cheese, and lots of other grocerys, why not don't to homeless shelters, the jail or some other kind of charity you can take a tax right off, something, just don't let it go to waste. Please.

When they lose power for over 14 hours, they can’t sell that food! Check the laws in place by the FDA. Yes it wasn’t expired but was in danger of not being kept cold.

Yes, frozen and dairy needed to be discarded .. not canned ham or bottles of unopened salad dressing. This was just wasteful. People are going hungry but they are not allowed to pick from Walmarts garbage bin. Disgusting!
