Walmart walmart online shopping

I had placed orders last year online from walmart. These items were never received and despite my constant requests and communication I have been denied a refund. We had vacated the property at the end of october 2017 and since then still the matter is the status quo. When I had contacted walmart they remitted template emails or avoided the content of my grievance by implying that I am guilty etc. I am disturbed by the fact that staff that are responsible for deliveries via canada post did not at least leave a notification, a card and/or telephone me, hence why the telephone number is required on all orders. This begs the question? Were the items just abandoned outside the property? If this is accurate as they have mentioned and claim that they were delivered, then how can I be held responsible? In addition we did move from the property and at no point where we informed when I had placed the order, that it would take 2 weeks or more for dispatch and delivery. Obviously, had I been aware I would not have bothered paying for such. According to walmart, the order was delivered, yet where is the evidence? The word from mail delivery staff person(s) from canada post then that is shocking. Hearsay, the words of others, or even a document signed by a person or person(s) is not indicative of facts or the truth, which is futile. If indeed this order remained outside, then who knows for how long, the weather conditions, or what happened to it? If it was indeed delivered, as what proof is that of such? They are implying that I am a disingenuous individual, yet to accept communication from canada post as gospel is offensive! This is pertinent to goods that I had ordered and not myself. Walmart did not ensure that the items were delivered safely, securely and that a person was available to receive them. If nobody was available at the time, all should have been returned to the depot. I should have been offered the opportunity to collect it myself. During the period of residing at the address provided for my order. We have received mail for other people that were not resident. One instance involved a package in another name with a different door number, although a similar address which was an error. I had returned it to canada post. This is proof that "canada post" makes errors. Furthermore, some employees from my experience, do not even speak english, let alone read and write it.in view of this, if an individual is illiterate in english or it is not their mother tongue, this certainly would influence and impede delivery. Perhaps this may be one of the reasons why we have had packages for another address that is three blocks away! Should have been notfied so that I could have made the decision to arrange a pick up, a new deivlery or at least to be present or have someone at the address. I was robbed of these choices. I received emails that I had returned items, when I had not even received such so how could I have returned them? Then I received emails requiring that the orders to be returned though I was not in possession. When I had written via registered post (of which I have the receipt) I detailed all of this. The response reads that nothing will be done as I did not provide a police report. Not at any point was this requested especially as I had written to the company unbeatable who supply the online products. How this legal that walmart can retain more than $300 or my money for goods that I ordered, paid a huge delivery charge yet I have never ever received?

Walmart checkout service

I work nights and always do my shopping monthly. Last night i was at walmart in cleveland Ga I had about $400.00 worth groceries in my buggy when I got to checkout no lanes at all were open except self checkout so I ask the girl working self check out who was just standing there doing nothing if any lanes were open at all and rudely she replied no everybody's at lunch so I ask her when would they be back and she again rudely said an hour and kind of laughed now to the best of my understanding self check out is supposed to be an option I dont work for walmart I have always done my shopping there but I will be looking for some other place to shop where I can get friendly service and cashiers are actually doin just that instead of making customers do their job for them for free!

I totally agree that self-checkout should be an option for those who desire to use it. For the rest, including me, there should be a regular checkout line available when the store is open for business. WalMart, and others, have devoted too much time to the do it yourself approach. In this specific incident I would have asked for a manager and insisted someone be made available or gone to another store. What are people with disabilities to do in these circumstances -- and not all disabilities are visible -- so why much I insist that I be provided help to spend my money in the store.

I can appreciate exactly what you're saying. However, with that said, wouldn't it be easier to use the self checkout versus that of going somewhere else and reshopping for all the groceries again? Kind of like cutting off your nose to spite your face.

Walmart customer service

Every single time I go into any Walmart store there is always MULTIPLE employees being very rude. I've lived in a lot of states and this is a problem in every single one. I've always shopped at Walmart and spent a lot of money there but I am very upset. I tried returning a product I got for my daughter that was still in the package upopened and they refused to even give me the gift card for the product and was rude about it. It was in great condition and NEVER USED. I have had so many problems just like this and I will be shopping at Meijer instead for now on.

No, I lost the receipt. I threw it out actually. But the item I bought was for my daughter, and it was for Christmas. I told her that since she was being a stupid little brat that I would return her favorite toy. I then slapped my daughter right then and there because I thought she hid my receipt so she that she could keep the toy. Unfortunately now I find out, the cashier probably called social services on me for hitting my daughter and they want to talk to me and my daughter. They want an interview. I did not see her follow me out of the store, but she obviously did instead of doing her job because apparently she also saw me hitting my daughter in the parking lot when she was supposed to be working.

Walmart mistreating employee

Cheryl Jones I was an employee for a very short time. I was called into the office on Sat. 3, 2018 at the Atlanta Texas store after I was returning from lunch. I was told by another employee that I refused an electric cart to a customer, I am a people greeter, Since, she did not hear all the conversation, she jumped on one word. What had happened was I had to push the cart in with my foot an it running very little. After, I was able to get it in the store, the cart was dead. there wasn't any more available. A customer did ask for the cart, and I told him it was dead, I do not remember the whole conversation, so how could the other employee know what was said? She said she heard me say nope, if I did, I don't remember what the question might have been. I liked my job, but because someone stuck her nose in something she new nothing about I quit my job. Since the manager, or what ever his title is, called me a liar. To bad Walmart Management is one sided, an want do their job, Ever heard the saying, To many chief's and not enough Indians.Well, welcome to Walmart.

Walmart free shipping not so free

Walmart now has 2 prices 1 instore/pick up and one online. They claim this is due to different cost from the warehouse and the warehouse cost more. This added cost isn't removed when you spend $35.00 or more for free shipping. In fact, this added cost can easily be more than shipping when several items are purchased. In my opinion, this is just shipping being added in and will, in fact, cost you more than actually paying shipping cost on multiple times.

Walmart product care plan

I bought the Gold's Gym 420 Treadmill in walmart on Feb 9 2015. Order numebr #[protected]. I bought the 3 year care plan as well with the order. Plastic got brittle and and come apart. I filed a claim and my service request number [protected]. A person came to my house and took the picture and said somebody will call me about the claim. Claim Date Jan 3rd 2018.
The first lady called me from Asurion (Product care), she didn't even looked at the pictures and said you TV will not be covered as i damaged the TV, I was shocked and asked her i claimed for thread mill and why ru saying it as TV then she got scared and said i need to further review ur care and will get back to you. Next day another person called and said your thread mill will not be covered as i damaged it. Same standard dialogue.
They are not even willing to listen to us that frustrates me more. I keep saying to them that the plastic got brittle and coming a part and machine is working fine. Calls are recorded and I suggest higher management to review them once.
It is a total Fraud and there are million people complaining about this product care and its unfortunate that I took this care. Don't waste your money on walmart's warranty you are better off purchasing the manufacturers warranty...
Resolution: I need total refund.

Walmart tastykake

As I was shopping in one of your many stores I was browsing your sweets area while trying to be somewhat healthy but also trying to curve a sugar craving, I noticed that only one brand out of all of Dollar Generals selection does not have the calorie count on the front of the package ( the small box in the bottom corner of the package). This brand would be TastyKake. Why is this?

Walmart pearl roadshow 5 piece drum set and hardware cymbals

Reference number [protected]. Ordered on Dec 1st. Only received half of order box B. Had reordered 3 additional times to only receive box a due to mislabeled that both box a and b needed to make complete drum set when box scanned to pull for order from warehouse, which I Pointed out after first wrong delivery. Was asked to even asked by customer service to call FedEx to try stop return of box b Walmart insisted I had. To return or I would be charged twice for incomplete Drum set. The email, tier one and tier 2 complaint employees. Said. They could not call warehouse. To have box b sent. I was able to get warehouse number and talked with QA at fulfillment from Elwood, IL. He didn't have any. Current box A and or Box b to look into mislabeled issue.i was told I would receive update. About escalating mislabeled product that I never did. Also told I would receive phone call from team leader and two days later still no return call. Been hung up on by tier one personal and had to call right back. I have dealt with this wrong order for 2 months with 4 incorrect half orders because someone could not pull box a and box b to make a complete drum set for my kids Christmas gift. Absolutely the laziest rude and unhelpful customer service I have dealt with. I will no longer get use Walmart.cim and will use your much better competitor Amazon.

Walmart mainstays oven mitt

To whom it may concern,
Yesterday (1/16/2018) I was cooking dinner and using the oven. I was using the oven and had a hot dish ready to be removed. I put on my oven mitt and reached into the oven to remove the dish. Immediately my thumb and entire hand seared with pain it felt as if I had no protection at all. I dropped the dish ruining it entirely. My thumb was badly burned. I purchased the oven mitt recently and it had little wear, it also was completely dry. I am furious this happened, my finger blistered and bubbled and hurt for hours after the incident. Today it hurts to put pressure on the burn and has been hindering me when I attempt to complete every day tasks. I am incredibly disappointed in this product and I am warning you to take action immediately. This product puts people at a serious risk for burns and the product either needs to be fixed or taken off the market.
I am not sure what a solid resolution would be to this problem. The oven mitt was inexpensive, a refund would not really solve the problem of the pain of the burn as well as the ruined glass dish/my meal. I do not want another one of these products, I do not trust them to be adequate for my safety. I guess a refund would be nice in the end; however, this is a major problem and I am very upset about the pain and nuisance this has caused me.

Walmart service

Went to Walmart in Lincoln. ill on 01/10/18 at 12:26 pm. paid for 10 items. bill was $33.74 i wanted a couple of dollars more so i wrote my check for $35.74 i told the salesperson, who acted like i was nuts for getting only $2. i guess she had already rang it up for the exact amount because she told me that she didn't know how to fix it and i would have to go to customer service which i had to wait til my turn only to find out that they couldn't do it either ! in return i said that it was a good thing it wasn't for $50 ! i know that $2 isn't very much but as i got to thinking and telling my friends we all agreed that it was the principal of it...
it would be nice to either fix it or show your people how to do it so that it doesn't happen to someone who really needs $2.00

Walmart employee abuse

have never seen a Walmart that treated thier employees so badly. Here in Pittsburg KS we like to help our neighbors, support our local shops and stores. That is what we do. We have been under a flu pandemic since Christmas, new years day it was on all local news stations. In the building I work at everyone living and working must wear a mask because it is spreading like wild fire, and EVERYONE has had the flu shot. This poor man was fired for having the flu on New Years, Dr. note in hand. This Walmart is directly across from the hospital, I imagine all the patients had to fill their meds at the pharmacy across the street. This mans job was to round up carts, you get the idea. Shame On You Walmart! That is not how we do things here!

Walmart cheating and fraud by walmart and its copartners

I am shocked to see that walmart a big name company has associates with cheater companies to sell on line products. My order no [protected] (body armor, biker jackets) ordered on 24 dec 2017 which shoUld be delivered on 2 jan 2018 USPS NO is # 9274890204310802532669.
which was not delivered at my address 14600, pan am avenue, chantilly, virginia 20151. I am shocked what kind of working these companies and walmart making fool to customers and grabbing their hard earned money. the site shows item has been delivered at mail box Oregon city, OR.

My earlier order [protected] was also not delivered at my address and same were sent to wrong address and till date nothing happened in this matter, I again ordered a jacket from different company but this time also same incident happened. Does it mean that walmart is involved in this cheating and looting the customers?.
My another order : I ordered a power bank of 50000 mah, yourco - partners on line charged for the same but delivered power bank of 5000 mah, which mean some syndicate is working behind all of these blunder and fraud has been committed with intention to wrong ful gain.
a police investigation is required to catch the syndicate.

Immediately look into the matter.

Walmart hbo customer feedback sweepstake

I recently purchased a copy of the final season of HBO's Game of Thrones from Walmart in December 2017. The CD set came with a leaflet describing a sweepstakes at http://Go.hpolsurveys.com/BlueGameSeven that would be open until 1 March 2018. After numerous attempts in late December 2017 to access the survey website, I have been unable to find any such website and have come to the conclusion that there was either a failure in communication between the makers of the CD set and HBO or a failure in setting up the website.

It would be great to hear back from someone to let me know if my conclusion is wrong.

Walmart car care in tire installation center.

Copied from a complaint left on wal--mart website.
Incident last took place on November 2017.
Resolution: Discipline mechanic and refund cost of oil change & extended service fee.

I would like to bring my experiences with your Pittsburgh Mills, Frasier Township store to your attention. My first experience with your automotive store was uneventful however my second and third experiences should be brought to every ones attention.
I was shopping at your store and decided to get the oil in my car changed and I even paid the extra $10.00 to have my windshield cleaned and fluids topped off. As i drove away I noticed my windshield had been cleaned but with a greesy cloth. After a number of cleanings I still can't get all the grease off my windshield. After driving my car a couple days the oil light came on, when I took the car to find out why the oil light was on what I found was the car had been given the wrong amount of oil and was two quarts low on oil.

Next experience, Although I had the previous experience i decided to give your automotive department one more try. I had tires which i purchased from you installed on my car. After waiking around the store for about 2 hours I decided to check with the automotive department to ask when my car would be done. I was told by the female person behind the counter my car was done but she forgot to call to tell me.
So, as if that wasn't bad enough I then walked out to my car to find it parked in the parking lot with it's windows rolled down. A $200.00 dog kennel in the back seat, numerous confidential documents in the unlocked glove compartment and personal property lying on the front seat for anyone who walked by to take at will.

So, upon finding this, I again went to the service counter to complain about the careless irresponsible way my car was left in the parking lot.
I told the female counter attendant I was very upset because my car had been left in the parking lot unlocked with the windows down and I felt it was very irresponsible of the mechanic and wal-mart had a duty to protect my car while it was in their care.
Her response to me was "So, you didn't tell us not to leave then down".

I asked for a manager to which I was told they didn't have a store manager. I asked to talk to whomever was in charge of the store she reluctantly called someone. Another female person appeared, I explained the situation and she then paged the automotive manager. Who after 10 more minutes of waiting still could not find his way back to his department.
So, I finally stormed out the door vowing to never use any wal-mart automotive center again, ever. And, to tell everyone i talk to about care car facilities about my experience with the pittsburgh mills automotive enter.

My treatment was unacceptable, the careless way your mechanic cared for my vehicle is unacceptable, and the juvenile behavior of the female counter attendant is very unacceptible.

Walmart being rude

My name is Raileen Clark. I'm complaining about is that my mother was in there this afternoon and she asked one of the workers to repeat what she said and my mother told the worker that she can't hear very good and that's why my mother asked her to repeat what she said but she ignored my mother and plus she was smacking her gum. She was being rude to my mother and she didn't even apologized to my mother. This took place in the electronic section. My mother didn't do anything to her all my mom was just asking if she could repeat what she said. She hurt my mother's feelings. She didn't apologize to my mother at all. If workers wants costomers to respect them they should respect the costomers including my mother. I don't appreciate the way the worker treated my mother like that. My mother is hard of hearing and then the worker had to be rude to my mother because my mother asked her to repeat what she said. My mother doesn't deserve that rudeness of that worker. And the worker should not be smacking her gum when she is talking to costomers.

Walmart computer tower

Ordered a comp. tower from wal mart on the 16 0f dec. Have receipt for payment and given a delivery date, a PROMISED delivery date of dec 21. We just have to make sure were there for a signature confirmation. We wait all day and at about 6pm our promised delivery date turns into an estimated delivery date of the 22nd. So I wait all day again. Again no delivery. its just taken off of tracking all together by Sat. morning. Tues we call ups and they haven't even received a pkg. We call Walmart and it seems they are now out of stock. And they seem to have lost my pkg all together. No ideal where it is. Only thing they can do is refund my money, which will only take a month. No sorry, no apologizes no nothing. thanks for delivering Christmas, not! And thanks for the caring attitude! again not

Walmart service complaint

the package clearly visible for everyone that drove by, I live on a main road. Showed it was a sew machine, had a picture of it on the package. Carrier could have walked 50 feet more and put onto my porch. Tracking #[protected]. Highly discussed know that people are stealing packages. I would have never know I received because of were it was left and it was so easily steal able. I was not home at this time .

Walmart online shipping

When they guarantee that an item ordered online will only take 7-10 business days and it takes more than 2 weeks, and it's still not delivered, this is rediculous! The fact that there is no discount either for being so late is terrible, especially this close to christmas. I suppose the big corporation Walmart doesn't care about the little guys, they got their money.. Will do my best to never support walmart again

Walmart huggies

About 2 weeks ago I purchased a box of 174 pampers (Huggies) same brand I've always used and love but this box of diapers were so defected over half of them were trash. The adhesive straps didn't attach at all so after returning to exchange them with proof I was denied a refund or exchange which was a huge inconvenience and waste of money. Walmart lies

On July 10, 2017, I wrote a tel-a-check at WalMart in San Angelo Tx. On Aug 04, 2017, I receive a collection notice that I had stopped payment on a check to walmart for 51.75. I was mortified and paid TRS with my debt card. Stupid me, I did this before looking at my bank statement. I was also up set as they sent this collection letter to my daughter that lives in Lubbock. 25 years ago I cosigned a house with her when she was in college. All that is long gone now. Why did TRS not send the notice to me with to my address that is on my check? They didn't know when I called them.
I called my bank and found out the check to WalMart cleared on 07, 13, 2017.
I have been trying to collect my 51.75 for months. Wal Mart has no record of this and TRS wants me to send them my bank account #. NOT HAPPENING! I WILL BE CONTACTING BETTER BUSINESS!
