Walmart master debit card

On 07/15/17, I rented a truck from Budget Truck Rental. The trunk was rented from & returned to the same point: Budget Palmer House Truck Rentals, Inc-140 E. Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. The representative @ Budget put a $150 security hold on my Walmart debit card. However, the truck was returned on 07/16/17, and I paid $82.64 cash for the vehicle usage. Therefore, the $150 hold should have been immediately released from Budget Truck Rental account services---but it was not.

On 07/17/17, I contacted Emma w/Budget CS @ [protected], and she stated funds were released.

On 07/17/17, I spoke w/Kiona, she said no records showing for released funds, and she told me to send copy of the paid document/receipt to [protected]@greendot.com---in which I did.

On 07/17/17, I contacted Edward w/Walmart-Acct Manager, who stated that he had the authorization code from Budget but could not release funds for 48hrs.

On 07/19/17, I contacted Walmart customer service @ [protected] and spoke w/Joy who said my call would be referred to an escalation supervisor---but no one call back.

On 07/19/17, I called customer service again and spoke w/Darah. She created a callback ticket ref#[protected] for Angel Capinella-Escalation Supervisor---but she still has not call back.

On 07/20/17, I called customer service and spoke w/Jewell to file complaint; and she did not have a number to the Walmart Money Card corporate headquarters.

On 07/20/17, I called customer service and spoke w/Jason, he said, "Budget needs to provide on its company's letterhead the information pertain: Statement of release, cardholder's name, number, case number, date of transaction, amount charged, and send approval code to [protected]@greendot.com before $150 funds can be released."

On 07/20/17, I spoke w/Diane @Budget [protected] to convey information from Jason, and she said, "They don't do that!"

On 07/28/17, In person, I spoke w/Josh-Budget @ Palmer House Truck Rentals, Inc-140 E. Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs, CO. Josh said, funds should have been returned within 3-5 days, and that this has never happened as he process credit card returns daily. In addition, that my issue is out of his hands and I need to contact Budget's billing customer services.

On 07/28/17, I called Budget's customer service and spoke w/Frank @ [protected], and he said, he is unable to verify why the funds has not been released by Walmart as his accounting department is closed for today. Unfortunately, I will have to call back tomorrow, Saturday, 07/29/17.

On 07/28/17, I called Green Dot Customer Care @ [protected] and spoke w/Dessa which she transferred me to Sally-Acct Supervisor-ID#75038. After explaining my concerns & issues about Walmart debit card, GreenDot Bank and Budget Truck Rental; Sally expressed empathy and placed me on hold. Later, Sally returned to confirm that my documentation w/attachment from [protected]@greendot.com were available. Sally stated, "That she has approved and expressed that someone is working on the return/refund as we speak. Also, Sally provided a case #4982698 for the $150, to be returned to my Walmart debit card within 1 business day or at least by Monday, 07/31/17.

Walmart employment

i called walmart in gallup nm on july 23 2017 in reference to my on line application, wanted to make sure they recieved it. i spoke to jack who stated he was the employee trainer. he advised me to call him back to thursday the 27 2017. i spoke to jack at 11:30 am and i was advised that he had to follow walmart mangmnet policys which stateted that they were not doing any rehires this year. i worked for walmart 24 years ago, and it wasnt evan a super center. i feel discremanted. is this really a walmart policy! i have spoken to 3 other managers from different walmarts in new mexico and stated that it isnt a policy.

Wal-Mart Greensburg pa super center Scott Henderson Denise Greg sent me home 7/4/2017 I was lead to believe I lost my job I couldn't collect unemployment benefits for they said I had my job I haven't done no wrong I have said this time and time again I was full-time seeing what health insurance coverage I had These and mangers coached me over this .oh yes I had a day of jury duty and was .a no show cause Greg Was supposed to have told .hr manger this .why I didn't go to hr manger for she was my girlfriend and it would have been seen as special treatment .I try getting other jobs other Wal-Mart Sam's club or Lowe's target Aldi and shop& save .I was label property of Greensburg pa Wal-Mart.I was told to see it call market manger Carol Williams how can I I was told by Denise Greg stay out the store.I been reasonable senseable keep ing thing between Wal-Mart and me .All I ward back on schedule and click On not asking For money .it trying to get anybody in trouble is that so hard?👍

Walmart e gift cards

I purchased two e gift cards (since you did not offer one at $75) on walmart.com yesterday to email to my daughter for work items (since she had to have them today for a new job). When the cards had not arrived 2 hours later, I contacted the 800 number to see what was going on. I was told that it would take up to 48 hours for me to receive the email notification. I told them that was unacceptable - she needed them asap. At this point I told the lady to cancel the order that I would have to come up with something else to do. she said she would cancel the order and on the chance that it still came through, to call them back. I ended up having to moneygram the funds to her at a cost of $14. This morning I look at my phone and the email came through overnight stating the ecards were available (after she told me she had canceled them). I again contacted Walmart.com only to find out that the lady last night was wrong - they said there is no way for them to cancel them and she should not have told me that. I contacted my bank and since I have the ecards, the transaction could not be stopped. So here I am with 2 ecards that I do not want or need, a cost of $14 to get the money to my daughter since the ecard had not come through and possibly a $30 charge from my bank since the $75 transaction is pending and could overdraft my account. Not to mention the time I have lost being on the phone and being late to work last night to correct Walmart's screwup. If this is your normal process with the cards - it stinks. It is unfair to me as a consumer not to be able to stop this mess after you all started it. You need to relook at the way you do business with these cards. I want the $75 put back in my account and these cards voided!

Walmart boost mobile being sold where there is no network coverage

I want to file a complaint against Storm Lake Iowa Walmart for selling phones and legally without network coverage in the area. Boost Mobile has absolutely no network coverage anywhere around my immediate area which is 15 miles from Storm Lake and the customer service lady tells me that they will not refund my money they will not refund for store credit that the phone had been over 15 days and possession so they will not return give store credit or anything also refill cards were bought they also will not be refunded I would recommend that you guys get your s*** together and contact me immediately before I contact my attorney

Walmart cell phone stolen at store counter pky plaza in modesto, calif.

July 23, 2017 approx. 3:25 pm. My daughter had her cell phone stolen from one of the cash counters that she left behind. She went to store manager and complained. They played back the video and seen who picked it up and said the person was still in the store, but they would not approach that individual. They had called the police. An hour passed and police had not come. (Modesto police are very slow in responding) Why would this Walmart store manager not do anything to help my daughter to get her cell phone back, would not even tell her who it was so she could approach them. I feel that this crime happen in the store and that the manager had a responsibility to help. This individual was in the store for almost an hour. Manager, let my daughter know the person had left the store and that was that . She now needs to go down to police station and Verizon and very upset? What is with this manager?

Walmart spoiled food

This is the fourth time that I have purchased food from the Fayette Pavillion Walmart and the food is spoiled. This time it really ticked me off because my son took a big gulp of spoiled Soy Milk on 7/21/2017 with an expiration date of 8/24/2017 only to find that there were clumps in it. Prior to this I purchased chicken and just tossed it and forgot about it but this time this is the last straw! When I call Walmart the manager told me I have to drive in with my receipt to file a claim... WHAT?! So I have to get in my car after work to drive to your store because you sold me spoiled food?! Thankfully we do have a choice in where to spend our money but the way in which Walmart treat their consumers --- I can't understand why we still patron this chain.

Walmart card

I applied for the green dot card on. June 20, 2017.. One month ago 2day.. I have yet to receive the card.. I was told on 4 different occasions the card was in the mail.. Just 3 days they said the card would arrive within 48 hours.. Of course I didn't receive it.. This is unacceptable.. A whole damn month.. I had a deposit on july 06, 2017 but yet I still have no card. It's obvious that u are not going to send me the card. So I am going to have to explore some sort of action because this utterly ridiculous.. There is no plausible explanation as to why I haven't received the card.

Walmart plus size women clothing

I can't figure out why there are so few plus size clothes to choose from when 40% of the women I see in walmart are plus size. Are they being paid to fat shame us? Why else wouldn't they want our money? Dose not make sense to me. Plus size women should get together and boycot walmart for a week all across the country. Maybe that would get their attention.
On another subject, why are they always out of my medication? I switched to Walgreens for my meds because they were always on back order when I need to fill them. Too bad walgreens doesnt carry clothing lol

Walmart football bunk beds

July 11, 2017 I ordered a set of bunk beds 2 weeks ago. My sons and I were very excited to be receiving their new beds (not to mention they didnt have any beds). Thinking I was getting a good deal from a trusted company. Finally, my account showed the delivery date to be 1 day early (the day before my son's 8th birthday)so we were so happy. Fed Ex delivered us a box Yaay! NOT! No beds just the footballs that goes on the beds. Boxed ripped open and looked very old. Im so ticked off! :( So dissapointing! I Cried! To make it even worst I called them to see if the beds were coming. Customer service told me the beds werent even in stock when I ordered them and I could order them from another vendor for hundreds more than I have paid. Ridiculous! If they went to pull the beds and didnt have them someone couldve called. Why send the footballs if there are are no beds to put them on! STUPID! Now I have to wait days to get a refund when they recieved their payment instantly..and search for bunk beds all over again that we can afford. Hopeing there is someway that I could receive what I orded. Heartbroken Mother...

Walmart mainstay aromatic jar candle

It exploded spewing burning wax all over stove with flames 3 feet high. Then read label in tiny print on bottom of a similar candle. There is no warning of potential burning wax. Who knew that this kind of common household decorative item could hurt you or set your house on fire? The label warns not to allow wick pieces and other debris from falling into wax, trimming wick to prevent soot, not to use it for more than 3-4 hours at a time and not to use it when less than 1/2" of wax remains. There is no warning that wax can burn and, besides, how many people read a tiny print label before lighting a decorative candle? Does anyone else have a similar experience with exploding/burning jar candles? The warning label needs to be much more prominent and the wax can't be made of a material that can burn. Otherwise these products should be banned from the market.

Walmart intex four-person boat set barcode [protected]

I bought the boat set for around $37 with 25% discount on June 15, 2017. The store was closing so the sales were final as they said. So I didn't keep the receipt but I made a big mistake. Today (July 6) about three weeks after I bought the boat set, I opened it with my 8 year old daughter. We were both shocked to find the item was a used one, it's dirty with mud, animal hair and 4 CUT HOLES! The oars were missing, too. This is the most ridiculous shopping experience I've ever encounter in my life (I am 47 years old), and it's happening in the U.S.A! Now the store is permanently closed, I therefore took it to near by 2 walmart stores, but they wouldn't return or exchange because they don't carry that item. I contacted the coporation's customer service, she adviced me to try more stores to get exchange or return. To me this is extremely upseting that Wal-Mart resell an returned item and didn't even check the content. The item is actually sealed and resold as a NEW ITEM! It's very unbelievable to me.

Walmart pregnancy discrimination

I worked for the 6188 Sam's Club in North Austin on Lakeline Dr. I was fired from my job as a cake decorator for being 2 absences, those absences were because i had gynecology appointments I'm10weeks pregnant and I provided doctors notes for those absences and still i was fired i also only had one coaching for the year and a half that I've been there. I was constantly harrassed by my team lead and I've complained many times to management about her harrassing me and nothing was done, my breaking point with this woman was when she stole my car keys and wouldn't let me leave until i cleaned up her mess, i snapped on her and yelled at her to give me my keys back and she complained to management about me and shortly after i was fired. I also told my department manager to keep my pregnancy a secret for now because it was my business only, I then find out he told my team lead who went around telling people. I don't want anymore women to be harrassed or fired for being pregnant, I'm disgusted that i even worked for this company who discriminates against pregnant employees. My pregnancy wouldn't have prevented me from doing my job, the bullying and harrassment from my team lead did.

Walmart unauthorized charges

Walmart Financial Canada aids companies that are well known scammers to make unauthorized charges to their credit cards and refuse to credit back the account. When you threaten to not pay them their credit investigator Emanuel (refuses to give last name) threatens to spoil your credit record with the credit bureau. You can not email them only contact by phone and they email you but you are unable to reply. We are out of pocket over $140.00 have cancelled our card and will never shop at a Walmart again. Beware of this Cpmpany.

Walmart spa sensation 12" memory foam mattress

It has been a month now since these mattress was ordered on line. Three arrival dates have come and gone for an item that was shipped from the Jurupa Valley, Ca. location. Have been given multiple %5 refunds? and now when I attempted to get a full refund, Walmart subtracts these "inconvenienced" credits from the original purchase price. So unfair for this out-of-touch company to renege on their promises. Continue to wait is my only option.

Walmart your scam on customer survey.

I have only tried to do the survey once and I did not complete it. Yet I got dozens of phone calls from that one. Now it blinks on twice a week and have ever clicked ok again and still get same calls over and over. This is a cramping issue and will be reported as such to the attn. General of Arkansas. You started here in Bentonville and yet you scam us. Talk about cramming it down our throats. ETHICS. ETHICS. AND MORE SHAME ON YOU

Walmart new oil change policy

Today at Walmart Winona, Minnesota I was refused a oil change. After 50 plus oil changes at Walmart of 10w-40 Valoline oil over the last 15years in my 2001 Mazda B-4000. Asked for the manager who also told me Manufactures spec's call for 5w-30, wrong! Can not believe you are tell your customers this B.S.! I never once complained about loose filters, oil spill on my engine. Now at 67 years old I'm back to changing my own oil due to policy.

Walmart better homes and gardens kashmir 5-piece bedding comforter set

I purchased this set a couple of months ago, went to run it through the dryer on delicate to freshen and the fill in the comforter just melted in random places and is crunchy, kept wondering what the burnt smell was coming from laundry room. I am so furious, I thought I had done something wrong and now after spending $50, I have no comforter. Wish I had read reviews. Are you aware of this situation? I loved that set and now have to repurchase something else, I had already bought all things to decorate with in that room. Not Happy! I would even take a replacement comforter until I get something else that matches all the other stuff I've spent money on for that room. Will you offer this replacement?

Walmart walmart money card

All I starting out wanting to do was find out if after losing my card for almost three years after I moved if there was any money left on it. Which after dealing with a recording for an hour and a half I found out I did have 35 bucks still there. The Walmart store told me I couldn't use the card till I renewed it & that also had to be done with the number on the back of the card which after trying no. again & spending more than an hour on their website I still didn't get any resolve. So I have my card that expired 7/14 with my crummy $35. that I have left on Walmart card that Walmart can't seem to help me use. To me this seemed like a easy to fix issue but it sure hasn't been for me. Maybe I'm too old to figure this out but it can't b easy. Hopefully someone can help me. Thank you. C.V.K. CURTIS

Walmart being treated as a thief by an associate

This past Sunday I decided to go grocery shopping at my local Walmart, a neighborhood Walmart right down the road from my house off of Washington ave in ocean springs, ms!so I packed up my one ur old daughter and headed on my way, went through the store no problem collected my groceries milk, diapers, ect... Every employee I encountered in the store way friendly and asked if I needed help. I then went up to the registers to check out and stood in the only line open with 4 other customers when I decided to use self check out as my daughter was getting restless, standing in line was not in her plans for a Sunday morning! I checked out my items the self check attendant standing at her rap station watching as I know they are supposed to because I work in a retail store that has self check out and have also used self checkout numerous times at Walmart without any issue before. I retrieved my receipt for my $112 dollars worth of product and turned around to a Walmart employee (not the self checkout attendant) standing behind me she proceeds to take the receipt out of my hand and tells me I set off some kind of alarm on her end not on my end and that she needs to check my receipt. I know this is not true because as I said I work with self check outs and have also used them multiple times and she was not the self checkout attendant so how did she get an alert?! So then it accused to me that she was accusing me of stealing let me put this very firmly I DO NOT STEAL, I never have and never will I do not appreciate being approached as a thief and do not know that I will ever step back in that Walmart again because you have employees who treat their paying customers as a common criminal! I was very appalled and disrespected by your associate especially when she just took the receipt out of my hand you do not touch customers or take something from them without asking! And that might not mean a lot to Walmart as a company but it should customers are your livelyhood!
