Walmart money card

Paid 60 dollars for a money card and they will not let me get my money off of it. I have gone over the steps and still no money. If they are going to steal from me. And if I can not get my money I will go there and take it. And if the walton family with all there billions have to take my money to make it in this world I feel just fine with that good day

Walmart Double chocolate donettes

I purchased these (double chocolate donettes) 2 days ago at Walmart & they are disgusting. No flavor & stale. I purposely checked expiation date before I bought them. I wont bother buying this product again.

Walmart automotive

I went into the automotive department to have the oil changed on my 99 Civic. I arrived at the store at 15 till One. My departure was 5 PM. I was told it would be a hour and 45 minute wait. I was fine with that as I had shopping to do. I go back to Automotive about a hour later. My car was in the shop hood open. No one was working on it. Later their was a associate working on it and I could tell something was wrong. I could see my car threw the door. I got an associated to check on the car. I was told the filter got crushed taking off. (still no one working on the car) Off and on they would work on the car. Later another associtate told me the same thing about the filter and they would be done soon. I can see the car, and no work is being done. Still on and off they would work on the car. At last the car was done, and they told me the dip stick tube was loose, and they fixed the best they could. (was not loose when I took in) I wasted a 1/2 a day at Walmart that should have took 2 hours.

Walmart game for computer

I ordered a game through Walmart.com not realizing it was going through a third party, AMI. The game arrived but it does not work. Walmart will not take it back. They said I need to go through AMI. AMI was contacted by Walmart for me but did not contact me back. I called Walmart customer service and they put me on the line with AMI. The representative had a very heavy accent and was very difficult to understand. I explained that the game does not work. Waiting for a return label. They don't have another one to send me so they said they will issue a refund only if they find the game does not work. If it worked I would be keeping it. I will never order from Walmart.com again. Stick with Amazon, it is much easier to return items. I have a fight on my hands to get my refund. I paid over $60.00 for this item that does not work.

Walmart max factor miracle touch liquid foundation

I order a max factor liquid make up for $ 20.25. I ordered which I believed it was coming from walmart. So almost a week later after contacting walmart, ami venture inc. Answered me (I found this weird since I ordered from walmart). Walmart should let their customers know it's a third party. So, this so called company ami venture inc. Tells me I have to wait 7-10 business days. I told them this was unacceptable. So this went on. So, I get a message in my email on friday the 8th of february sttating my package was delivered. After tracking it several times, it stated my package was delivered. I get updates on all my mail & packages. So thereforei know when something is coming. I called the post office, and complained and even asked for the pist master. Then this third world company sends me an email, twlling me there was a glitch at their warehouse and tbe tracking info was wrong. So, I explained this is unacceptable. I'm contacting the bbb and put a complaint in on walmart sharing my info without my knowledge & this peice oof crap company as well. May be a nice lawsuit against both. I will be putting my complaint in no later then tomorrow aince it's adter midnight here. This companies negligence along with walmart caused a lot of peoblems including my mail carrier may face consequences as well as walmart giving my onfo to another company without my knowledge or permission.

Walmart customer service, ethics committee

My husband is disabled and needs to use a motorized shopping cart. As we are in our 40's and his disability is not blatantly visible, he already recieves some rude looks. A store employee stopped my husband and demanded he put the motorized cart back because "you obviously don't need it." He did this in front of other shoppers and my husband was humiliated and left without even telling me he was leaving. Only after we got home would he tell me what had happened. I immediately contacted the store manager who proceded to pretty much blow off my complaint by saying if we couldn't produce the employee's name, he couldn't do anything. When we contacted corporate, we were told by the district manager that the store manager didn't even know about the incident yet then a few minutes later, stated it was his name on the paperwork. We were told the video footage would be reviewed and they would let us know what actions they would take. Well, we just got off the phone and we're told since they couldn't find the incident on camera, "you can't prove it happened." Pretty much insinuating we lied. After expressing our dissatisfaction with they're actions to "make things right" we were told we were welcome to call the customer service line and speak to legal. I did that and was patched through to a heavily accented person I couldn't understand in the ethics division AGAIN who gave me a reference number and told to call them in 4-7 business days. I am outraged that No one is taking him seriously. He is beyond embarrassed and now refuses to go in any type of establishment where he may have trouble walking. He is always looking over his shoulder feeling that he is being judged and ridiculed.

Walmart money card

I put money on a Wal-Mart card on January 7, 2019. I used the card the same day for gas. I used it again on January 16, 2019. The card started out with $107.75. After my first visit the balance was $94.75. After the second visit the balance was $85.25. I went to buy gas today (January 29, 2019) and I had 0 balance. Someone in a city about 30 miles away had used my card and there was nothing left. Do I have any way to retrieve any of this money? I am a Senior Citizen and really need the money.

Walmart survey on pc. walmart card

My is Elaine they offer 1•ooo daller reward card at wlmart. I did so many srevays that it took 3 hours and it never end. Why make offers if day want too. I was so tired filling sreveys it kept saying. g u allmost done but no it keeps going and going it's not fair I had to go through... I have heard a lot of backlash about the store surveys. Problem is you only have about a 1 in 500000 chance of winning and typically the winnings as far as I know are not that large. Sorry to hear the online survey is miles long but that is not an issue I myself can resolve. My best suggestion would be to just leave the surveys alone, they may sound like they are worth it but they aren’t really.

Walmart automotive

Our automotive department is supposed to open at 8:00 AM, I had a 9:00 AM appointment. When I arrived at 8:45 to drop my car off there was no one in that department, lights still off. After the 4th employee walked past me without speaking I finally asked when someone would be arriving to open the section, the person had a shocked look and said they don't know why it wasn't open. Why were they shocked with the news when they could see that none of the lights were on? The main manager finally arrived at the same time as 2 employees that were scheduled to begin work at 9, the Manager asked who was supposed to be on at 8:00 and neither of them knew. The manager commented that "I don't worry about this sections so I haven't been checking to see if anyone was here". The store manager didn't know an entire section of the store was over an hour late opening? The 2 employees that were supposed to start at 9 still had coats on and had not clocked in at 9:00, 9:00 means you begin working not showing up and getting ready to start. No management structure, no accountability to customers. I left my car with plans to bring my wifes car back for service once mine was done. Not going to happen, Walmart will not see another of my vehicles. Not because they were late but the lax management structure tells me that no one is accountable to show up on time, do quality work or take care of customers. They are just there for a check. I will go to a reliable shop that will cost more but will actually do the work they are paid for. I know Walmart will not be hurt by my decision but I can spend my money somewhere else.

Walmart purchasing a blood sugar kit that pieces were removed from the box.

I purchased an Accu-chek Blood sugar kit on Jan.16, 2019. When returning home I opened the box and realized the strip vial had been removed. Some of the other pieces had been taken out of the plastic seal. I tried returning to Walmart and was told Pa. law states blood sugar kits can not be returned. If that is the law, ok. But I should have received everything in the kit I paid for. My complaint is Walmart sold me something that was not complete as stated on the box. It appeared as if the box was returned earlier or someone stole the strips before I purchased the kit. Very poor customer service by Walmart to sell me a fraudulent product. The cost of the kit was 25.98. It is not so much about the cost but the way Walmart does business. I can certainly understand why more people are ordering from Amazon.

Walmart ami ventures

Frustrated with this vendor
On Dec. 7th, I ordered an HDMI switcher for AMI Ventures with an expected arrival time of Dec. 12-17, plenty of time ahead of Christmas. Dec. 17th arrives, no switcher. I contact the company and they tell me arrival is now Dec 24. No good, I reply and ask to cancel the order. They say they can't cancel the order. I ask again to cancel the order, no go. Christmas comes and goes, no switcher. Finally Jan 6th, the switcher arrives. I returned it and several days later I get a refund of $26.92. I spent $39.90 and they refund me $26.92. They didn't deliver when promised and then ding me 30% for their mistake! I can't recommend them

Walmart bird food

I received a bag of bird food for my parrots that I had ordered from Walmart. The food was poisonous and resulted in a very serious illness for both parrots. When I contacted Walmart they said that they would forward the information to the company that supplied the product to them. Then ended up only refunding back half of the price that I paid due to a restocking fee.
" I don't think that poisonous food should be restocked or make someone pay a restocking fee due to this." The following is the letter that I sent to AMI Ventures.

I don't think that you understand the complexity of the situation.

The product that you supplied to Walmart, who then sold it to me from their website was poisonous to my exotic birds. I fed this to them one time and they both came down dreadfully ill.

The veterinary that I took my birds to said that they ate something poisonous and to get rid of the item that I had fed them that day".

I then brought this to the attention of Walmart, who said there was nothing they could do and would not refund the rest of the money that I had paid.

"DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SUCH PET FOOD FROM WALMART, or HUMAN FOOD FOR THAT MATTER'. Do you really want to take the chance of poisonous food?

Walmart pharmacy

When our pharmacy (fred's) was closed in forrest city, arkansas, all our records were automatically sent to walgreens. Having previous problems with walgreens (waiting an hour several times when orders were suppose to have been ready) and wanting a nation wide access to our prescriptions I decided to use walmart pharmacy. Trying to get my scripts to transfer over was a nightmare. I called walmart pharmacy three times and was hung up on all three times. So I decided to use a local drug store, caldwell drug store, (which is 30 minutes one way from my home, yes that's an hour I am willing to drive for good service). I live in palestine, arkansas. I am a retired federal employee with 32 hours above my master's degree. I'm not an uneducated delta hick.
Today after finding out my daughter and I have strep and not feeling like driving the hour round trip I asked my dr's office to send my meds to walmart in forrest city. One of my scripts was not received from my dr. When I got home I contacted my dr's office. I was told that it was sent and confirmed of receiving. However, they sent it again. I called walmart pharmacy and was put on hold and then hung up. Just as before when I was going to switch my business to your company. I immediately called back several times because it was busy. I got through and asked the girl not to hang up on me. I told her what happened in which she replied, "well we're busy".
I am asking you to look into this situation. My number is [protected], I called first at 5:15 pm - 5:19 pm. I still have not received a confirmation of my medication. All I can think now is my medicine is really going to be messed up.
Please remind your employees not to hang up on purpose with a costumer and how to treat your costumers. I will get my prescription tomorrow, hopefully. I will continue to use caldwell drug store and can't wait until they open their store in forrest city.

Walmart employee committed slander through private message

An employee of walmart in augusta ga located on deans bridge rd her name is rebecca boyd she messaged a friend of mine and said ugly hateful untrue things about me... She is having an affair with my fiancee.. She is known to work at wal-mart under the influence of drugs.. I have evidence which are messages from her to my friend. A employee of the company should be respectful honest and mature among other things.. This is who is supposed to be representing walmart the face of walmart.. She is very unprofessional and rude and working under the influence is a hazard to others.. Safety violation.. If the situation and individual isnt professionally dealt with... Ill hire an attorney to assist with the problem.. Slander is illegal and to treat another and or speak of someone in such a way with no knowledge of who they areis wrong and gives that individual a bad reputation under false /lies from another... Your company employees this individual which puts you and your business in a spot light you don't want thank you for taking the time to read

Walmart debit card

Several months ago I purchased a Walmart moneycard and opened account and have been getting my paycheck directly deposited. My permanent card never came when I called I was told several months ago if they issued a new card the account couldn't be accessed I asked what if I opened a second card set it up and used this account til new one was ready I was assured the temporary card was good as long as I needed it. Out of the blue this morning my account is blocked the day my paycheck goes in and now I'm told I can't access my account until I get a permanent card. I do not have 1 dollar to my name and they won't allow me to even go to the money store and remove my money. I'm stuck without gas or food I don't even have words for the situation I've been left in. If my account needs the new card I should be able to to at least go to moneystore and remove funds from MY Account with MY money! I can't even drive home from work.

I understand. This is my letter to them.

I seem to have written you a book. I'm sorry, but I have been dealing with this a very
long (8 months) time.

I have a MasterCard debit card from Walmart. I have had this number for several years. The card I was using had an expiration date of 12/20.
It was working fine.
One day in April 2018 your computer decided it didn't like this one any more. I think
the code on that one was maybe 462. It (your system) was looking for something else. I found a newer one in some junk, same card #, expiration date on this one is 01/21 with
code # 964. Tried verifying my drivers license, but the site did not take the upload (more than once). Then things got worse! I have tried numerous tried to resolve this issue. Now, not only does the automated service hang up on me, but out of desperation I tried calling the corporate office to find a human AND the human hung up on me! ? Now when I go to the activation page and type in the card # the error message says this number has not been issued. WHAT? Does this mean you lost my money? I certainly hope not.
OK, the bottom line is I want my $500.00 back. How you want to give it back to me is up to you. Here are the choices.
1) If you would like to unblock my card with the $500.00 available for use. That would be fine. Keep me from having to find another card.
2) Or, you could deposit the $500.00 with an electronic bank deposit. If you choose this option I will provide banking information later. Unless you all ready have it on file.
3) There is the least convenient option for either of us. That is, drop a $500.00, Bank Check, a two party check is too hard to cash, in the paper mail to:

Walmart return made

I bought my daughter an iphone 6 for christmas. I paid 149. Plus tax on my charge card . not knowing what I paid, she took it back as she didn't like it. Well she came home and said they gave her a gift card for $99. Plus tax, so I called them and told them they could look it up with my email and see that I paid $149 Plus tax, and not 99 what they told more was oh well it c was returned and she got v what she got. I told them I wanted the rest of my money and was told once again she got what they gave her. Bull crap I just spent thousands online and in the store and either I get the rest or I'm calling better business bureau for poor management and business. Never will I do any more business inn Wal-Mart. To think you Vann just steal people's hard earned money is beyond me.

Walmart sam’s club spiral ham - maple

I purchased a 10lb Spiral Sliced Ham- Maple. It has an experation date of 1/14/2019. It was for our New Years Dinner today. When I opened and was preparing to put in oven, it appeared very slimy. I thought at first it was the juices that had congealed but after follow directions fully, it was still slimy. Tasted but not good. Needless to say, through away, never again will I buy. Ruined our dinner. Walmart I don't have my receipt, but if you want this ham, contact me ASAP since it is in the trash.

Walmart walmart should get another protection plan for their customers

My warranty was for 9/16 - 9/18 on a laptop
My screen was flickering. I sent it in to be fixed 8/1/18. I got it back and it lasted long enough for my warranty to run out.
So essentially, they put a bandaid on it instead of really fixing it.
Bad customer service! Don't waste your $. Square Trade may be double the price but it would be worth it because they have 5 stars. If they did what happened to me they wouldn't have 5 stars. Amazon uses them. Looks like I'll be shopping at Amazon instead of Walmart!
Whats sad, is Walmart doesn't really care about their customers

Walmart managers

Today December 31 2018 I purchased groceries at our local walmart. I was buying alchohol and they carded me which is fine I'm 48 years old. The cashier wasn't old enough so we waited for a manager for about 15 minutes. The manager female Kimberly arrived and was not professional and had no personality. She carded my wife 43 years old she didn't have her ID. Kimberly said she could not sell the alchohol. We asked for another Manager Todd who showed up another 15 20 minutes later. Kimberly was insistant that she was not going to let me purchase alchohol even though I had the ID and my wife didn't. They couldn't make up there mind and finally Todd said no. I explained I was the one buying it and it is totally legal.
I am a retired NM Officer and there is no law that states the person with you has to have an ID when purchasing alchohol in a grocery store.. This is a family store and family members are going to be with you who aren't even 21. Kimberly is not professional and had no personality to deal with customers. I was very embarrassed as there was many people in line including the cashiers that know me.
