Walmart walmart.com third parties

I ordered a product from Walmart.com. It was an adapter for an Xbox One. When I tried to get a refund Walmart sent me a message that they would forward it to a third party I didn't realize I was actually buying from. They assured me I'd hear from them within 1 business day. Which didn't happen. And then after I simply returned the package to sender (not having opened it yet) the third party which was called Humor Phantom Inc kept my money anyway. This is straight up stealing and Walmart.com is part of it.

Walmart schumacher 1200 amp portable power station

I April I purchased a Schumacher 1200 Amp Portable Power Station for $99.95. It was over $107.00 with tax. The first time I needed to use it for a jump start it didn't work. It was fully charged but the battery clamps did not put any juice into my battery. The other functions worked OK. Unfortunately I was unable to return it as I went into the hospital for a Triple Bypass surgery and was laid up for three and a half months. When I was finally able to drive I took the Item back to my local store and the return desk person said she had to call her supervisor. When she came to the desk she looked at the receipt and said it was over 90 days and they couldn't refund the purchase price. I told her that I didn't want a refund only to have it replaced with one that worked. I also told her the reason why I couldn't return it sooner. She said that she would have to call her supervisor. When she came over I again explained my situation to her and she was very non caring and said she would not exchange it for me. I asked her very politely If she could make an exception because of my problem and she got very nasty and said that if she did this for me then she would have to do the same for every one else and I said how would every one else even know that you did this and she said that there were five other customers in line and they would know and want the same thing. I doubt that they would have items to return that were over 90 days old. I told her that I had been a customer of Walmart ever since they opened for business years ago and I would not shop there any more. She then walked away and did not give me my receipt back. I contacted the manufacturer and told them the whole story about my experience and they told me that I would have to send them the item and proof of purchase. I can't do this because I no longer have my receipt. I was a Supermarket owner for most of my adult life and I am now 84 years old. I would not or have not ever treated a customer like I was treated.

Walmart 1000 dollar gift card

I didn't even look for this and now I can't even escape from this web site, I don't want anything except to be left alone, I don't want phone calls, I don't want emails ! I go to WALMART because I have to ! I'm disabled and on a fixed income! I don't need to be harrassed by the [censored] who buy my email address to flood my phone and my laptop with [censored] emails covering EVERYTHING under the sun !?! I DON'T WANT TO BUY ANYTHING! IF I DID I WOULD LOOK FOR IT! WHICH I DO NOT!

Walmart the lady at the front desk and the housekeeping

Its three o'clock in the morning. We're driving to Michigan from Florida. Decided to stop for a rest. The moment my husband walks in the girl at the front desk asked him for a cigarette. Not hello not welcome but "Hey can I bum a smoke?" Her shirt was filthy and looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks, her hair was an unkempt mess piled on her head. She gave us a key card that didnt work so when I went in to ask for a new one she was on her cellphone and made me wait for her to finish her call. Changes us to another room. Theres blood stains and cigarette burns in the sheets and hair on them. The bathroom light is burned out, the latch to the front door is busted and the light switch doesn't work. This is the nastiest place I have EVER stayed. How it's still in business is BEYOND me!

I know exactly what I called the GIRL. She was no woman. To call her that would have been a stretch. My auto fill added Walmart on it's own. If you're to stupid to figure that out on your own, maybe you should find something else to do with your time than nitpick at things you know nothing about you ignorant troll.

Walmart $100 walmart gift card

First of all I completed everything that needed to be completed on the website. I then proceeded to complete the silver reward part and did so successfully but your website never allowed me to receive the gift card even after I paid the $1.00 for the offer. I completed the credit score offer and now I can't get back to the offer for the gift card from wal-mart. That's one reason I never get my gift card, cause you guys won't allow me to that's why I do believe this is a fraud. Now I want back my $1.00 cause even after paying I still have not got my gift card. This is s scam

Walmart free 1000 gift card winner

I received a pop up on my cell phone saying that I won $1, 000 gift card from Walmart filled out all the information and resubmitted it for everybody that has been threatened for possible identity theft Walmart should give them the 1000.00! For everyone that was scammed Walmart should be held responsible then they should provide extra security for their website to avoid this issue in the future!

Walmart customer service

Satisfaction guarenteed? Thats a lie! I was lied to by multiple employees! Walmart blocked me from calling just because I called to get an update! Very unprofessional! Ive been treated better by wendys employees and I spoke with corporate. To top it off with a cherry their insurance company called and harrassed me on 2 occasions! I just came to purchase a item and ended up in a serious amount of pain and getting fired from my job because I had to call off due to that injury... This is suppose to be a family owned company thats all about helping families save money and making life better. What about my family? Im still in pain and my life was better before I walked in walmart that day!

Walmart selling used products thus voiding warranties

I have been trying for over a year to get an issue resolved with Walmart. I purchased an item for my son on 11/30/16 (headphones). They broke in April 2017, so I proceeded to submit my purchase information to Apple since the item was covered under a one-year warranty. Apple replied to me stating that the headphones were previously sold to another customer on 2/22/16 and were resold to me, thus the warranty expired on 2/22/17. Walmart sold me a used item and failed to note item was used thus voiding the warranty I am entitled to (note: product was purchased from Walmart, not a third party). It is also my understanding it is illegal to resell a used item without noting it as such. I have called, emailed, and chatted with Walmart. No one is willing to help me. I have copies of all my correspondence and receipts. I would like a refund or replacement.

Walmart didn't receive walmart card.

I had done all the surveys it said to claim the reward. It says "one more survey to claim prize" I do the survey pay money for it and it says again "2 more deals then claim your prize" again and again. Same thing. I have paid money for these deals to claim my reward but nothing happens. It just keeps having me do these surveys. When will I get my card? I've done everything.

Walmart $1000gift card giveaway

I received a pop up window with a link in it to take a survey & have a Chance to win a $1000 Walmart gift card. So I take the survey finish it & then it tells me to finish the rest of the steps to get my gift card & so I do it & I was on the last step I downloaded the bingo game app to play all the way to level ten then something happens when I'm playing said bingo game to get my reward & it logged me out of the game. Please fix this I would like to pick up where I left off please.

Walmart gift cards and store merch

The store charged an employees corporate business card... Employee told charges declined. Our bank confirmed charge went through for just under $600.00!

The employee was told, charge declined, and had to leave store without merch. What type of activity is this walmart?

Tried contacting head csm chris at store, constantly left on hold with zero resolution.

Tried contacting regional manager kyle windhorne at east broadway office, phone just rang and rang and rang. No response no resolution. Now we are pissed off regarding these shady activities and charges. Nice communication and conduct with your customers walmart! Not!

Walmart csmr

I went to Walmart to get jars for canning. I go back and grabbed 2 cases (12) in each case. There were 3 boxes left and I only needed 2. Well the price was right. Around $8 I went to pay and it was wrong so she had a csm go look. And I told her there was 1 left. While we waited till she got back. She went and straightened all the boxes there. Trying to prove me wrong. So I told her come with me. She was a smart butt and rude. What happened to customers are always right. Or be polite and smile. What happened I wouldn't lie. But they rway I see it is messed up you know what I mean. To perfect even to the tip. But when we went over there she gave me this look like f*** you. We are in warrensburg mo 64093. Walmart refund of a product

I have ordered a notebook from walmart's web-page on 27/07/2018, with an order number [protected].
The laptop they sent wasn't the one, I ordered, so I turned to their customer service.
After the customer service assistant identified the order and the problem, she offered a refund. I told her, that I won't be able to return the product, but would gladly accept the refunded amount. She said, that it's perfect and that she issued the refund so the amount will be posted to the original payment method within 5 business days.
I've asked back just to make it clear, and the answer was, everything is good, the money will arrive until the following Monday.
A week has passed away, so I wrote to the customer service again. After some discussion they said, that the refund did not start, and the information I got, that they will send the amount back was untrue.
- The first customer service assistant lied to me.
I still wanted a solution, so I asked what else can they do.
The new customer service assistant, I talked with this time, they can send me a pre-paid label for returning the item. But when I wanted to give my address, they apologized, and said that they cannot return from the place I wanted to.
When I asked why, they referred to the Terms and Conditions, but as I wasn't able to find the information there, I've asked him to show me. He didn't want to, but when I asked him a couple of times more, he copied me a part from the Terms and Conditions talking about a different thing.
After I called attention to it, he said, sorry but that is everything, he can provide.
- So although the Terms and Conditions does not include, that walmart does not pay for returning outside U.S., the assistant said it does, and refused to send a pre-paid label to my address.
At the end, he wasn't able to provide a solution, and he just disconnected.

Now I have a notebook, different what I've paid for, if I want a refund, I have to pay for shipping, and walmart does not do what they promised me to do.

Walmart green dot prepaid debit card

First of all the day before I was to receive a Direct Deposit Green Dot allowed some entity unknown to me to do a Direct Deposit reverse funding for 105.49. I called in and told them the only persons I gave direct deposit info to essvJtel. My employer so why did they allow someone whom never deposited money in my account to do a reverse funding of a nonexistent direct deposit? They told me they would investigate but I needed to get a new card them me Direct deposit would go through no problem well I purchased a new walmart green dot money card and sent the new direct deposit info to my employer who immediately made a direct deposit of me earnings into my account. Imediatly upon grieving the funds from my employer. They put a lock on my account due to what they called "unusual activity" I've had several direct deposits in the past from the same company some larger and some smaller. And they still are holding my money in this Locked account. Also when I brought up the dispute regarding the above mentioned reverse funding by an entity unknown to me. They told me that the company already took the money so there is nothing they can do!

Walmart 2 cell phones (iphone x)

My staff purchased two iphonex from walmart sometime April 2018 he has been in charge of any electronic items company will be needed long ago, unfortunately, the management told him to pick up these two cell phone to a client and till this moment what he keep telling the management is ups refuse to deliver the phone for no reason. Please I will like to know in details why is the phone still not delivered? Attached to this email message is the shipping label to the package. Please get back to me as soon as possible I am about to fire him I just want to be my action to be justify. Thank you

Walmart cracker barrel cheese dip and pretzels

Ups code is [protected] Cracker Barrel dip and pretzel when I open package there was no sharp cheddar cheese in the package. Net wt 2.65 oz brought at Walmart on Emerson and countyline. This was the first time I brought this product . I was very disappointed about this when you buy product it should be able to eat it with you buy the product. You should check out product before they go out to business.

Walmart money card

I got a new card over three week's ago, they got it blocked, I uploaded my ID over 10 times, two were uploaded successful, few minutes later, get the same email again, and again, and again, upload ID again, copy not legible? I call the corporate office, I can't get anybody in the phone, the few I talked to, can't really understand them, voice is so muddled. What to talk to a real person, not sit around listening to an automated voice who only have you pushing numbers. Sick of this mess, when they got my card blocked that they sent me. I will not have my ID floating all around the internet just because they can't see a picture perfect photo.

Walmart product I ordered online

I ordered keys that would fit a 2005 crysler town and country and this product number I ordered. The keys I have ordered for 2005 chrysler town country mini van are not the right ones you sent me. Order number [protected]. My friend tried them for her van and they don't work. Keys don't turn over in the ignition. I paid $33.94. I expect them to fit and work your advertisement in walmart website is false. Either you fix the problem and send me the ones I ordered or return my money! Asap! There is no grooves in them! I want my money returned or in store walmart fix the keys that my friend has in kansas. Your ad said it would fit that kind of mini van and it's wrong.

Walmart being mistreated for using coupons.

I was in Walmart store # 5173 for around 2 hours shopping and left empty handed. I have never been treated or embarrassed the way I was treated at Walmart. All because I was using coupons and using them correctly. A CSM came over to the register I was at because she saw that I had coupons. She stopped the transaction and took my coupons and left. I stood there completely embarrassed and angered. The cashier that stood with me apologized numerous times to me for the way that the CSM treated me and talked to me. She said multiple times how bad that she had talked to me and how rude she was too me. ( their own employee mind you) The lady returned and begin saying how my coupons were fake and had been illegally copied. Which I know is a bold face lie. I printed those coupons out myself from coupons.com. A total legit site for printable coupons. This whole time other employees and customers have gathered around. I felt like I could have crawled in a hole. I was treated like a thief and liar. I refuse to be treated this way. I will never go back to Walmart. After the news crew that I have contacted gets done with Walmart they may not have to worry about loosing me as a customer. They may need to worry about loosing all business period. I honestly don't think Mr. Walton would be very proud of the way his employees are treating his customers.

Walmart vitamins and pain medications - especially generic brands

A COMPLAINT THAT WILL HELP WALMART'S BUSINESS.
Dear Walmart:
For many years now I and my family and my friends have been shopping at your Walmart Supercenter #877, at 2406 W. Roosevelt Blvd in Monroe NC. There are many things we like about the store, but one main thing that bothers and irritates us a lot. I say "us", because I speak for friends and family as well as myself.
Repeatedly, over and over again, during the past few years, much of your of vitamins and pain medications have been terribly out of stock! As it concerns pain medications, it is especially so with generics. I keep coming back to the store in the hope that the stocks will be updated and re-supplied, only to find it has grown worse.
In short, whoever keeps track of the vitamins and pain medications in Supercenter #877 either does a very poor job, or your company does a very poor job of sending the stock needed. Since this has been a problem in this store for the past few years, I suspect it is both.
I would imagine that you would want to rectify this problem, as many who come into Walmart will come initially looking for these items, and then move on to purchasing other items while they are there. This stock deficiency is an on-going problem that takes "forever" to remedy, and it is so bothersome that it leads to the affect of people being discouraged from even coming into Walmart, and even go to competitors like Target and grocery stores instead.
Ladies & Gentlemen, Sirs and Madams: PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM! Please fix it not just for now, but on an on-going continuous basis!
