Walmart store is continuously understocked, out of things or discontinuing items.

This store opened several years ago and there has been a consistent pattern of being out of items or discontinuing items. We've tried telling the store management but to no avail. We now go buy many things at other stores because of this. We really don't count on the items to be at this Walmart store.

Why is this store so poorly stocked when other Walmarts seem to get it right?

Walmart 19" blue ombre table lamp

I bought this from Walmart on 7/13/2018. The lamp is great but the attached light bulb did not work. Walmart said I needed to contact Cheyenne products, the distributor, from the info sheet included with lamp. Called them several times, always got a "this mailbox is full" message. Emailed them, no response.
I like the lamp, but just want a light bulb that works. I am very disappointed, as you should be, by the lack of response and inability to contact your distributor, Cheyenne Products. Can you help me?

Walmart charging us for an item that we returned (receipt & tracking included)

Walmart sent us a defective vacuum cleaner and after speaking with Customer Service, they sent us a label for us to return the faulty unit. In return, they sent us a replacement for that vacuum.

I had FED EX pick it up and tracked the return until it was received and signed for. Just now, we were charged for the vacuum AGAIN as they are now claiming they never received the return.

We are senior citizens living off of my Social Security and we can not afford these kinds of costly mistakes, especially since we will not receive the monies for 5-10 business days.

This DISGRACEFUL behavior is one that screams they do not care about their customers nor their overcharges. Walmart's behavior has now changed our opinions on buying from them in the future. Their attitude and behavior in this is positively shameful.

Walmart itunes gift cards

On May 3, 2018 I Purchased iTunes gift cards worth $300 from Walmart. When I tried to redeem them I got a message that they had not been activated. I contacted Apple and provided all the information but after a few days I was told that they had not been activated properly by Walmart, I went back to Walmart and the CSM was not helpful at all, she referred me back to apple. I contacted Apple again and spoke with an iTunes senior adviser who informed me that the cards had been improperly activated at check out by Walmart and so Apple was unable to help.
I have since been going back and forth with Walmart but no one seems to offer a solution. The CSM at the branch, Beth told me I couldn't get a refund either.
I have contacted Walmart Global ethics and no one has helped me. At this point, I need a refund from Walmart.

Walmart assistant manager mike in amsterdam ny supercenter

My 2 sons both 16 and their friend 18 apparently were fooling around this evening at store and lost their nike slide shoe assistant manager mike refused to help them locate shoe. So #1 he had to walk out barefoot, assistant manager was rude to them told them to go buy a new pair and said to bad you shouldnt have been fooling around. They did not bother any customers in store and the workers all said he could watch video and find it. Assistant manager says he can't.
I sent the boys to store for me because my father just passed away and I didnt want to go. When they returned I had to go back and talk with manager because I called 3 times with no answer. I am a single mother of 3 boys live alone attend college full time. Those shoes are well over 50$ not easy for me to afford and my sons father passed away 5/5/17. Times are rough I didnt expect the assistant manager to talk to me the way he did either telling me too bad that they shouldn't be fooling around and no he wouldn't look at video because of it. Like I said they didnt bother any customers and no shouldnt have been fooling around however they are teenagers. So I said you didn't even take our name or number so if its found they could contact us. So I am going to keep calling going there until I get an apology and my son's shoe back. He was disrespectful and rude. And my son had to walk out barefoot how disgusting.

Walmart assault at the door by employee

I am a nurse, and have been for almost 30 years. I have never stolen anything. For Gods sake, how stupid would you have to be to steal from the richest company in the country? I walked from the register to the door, and asked for my receipt. I had already put it away, and I said no. I am an old woman with arthritis and needed to get home. The young female employee grabbed my cart, pushed me back into the store, nearly causing me to fall. This stop and frisk policy at Walmart has to end. Wearing a blue vest does not give you police powers. I have the right to not be assaulted. She knew I hadn't stolen anything, they would have me on 8 cameras if I did. The "manager" came over and said that I assaulted the young woman. I was just trying to get myself and my legally purchased goods home. I called the police and the manager told him that the video "wasn't available".

When you say "no", the other person is going to up their game. You know this.
So next time why not try "Do you really think I stole something?"
If they persist, tell them they can check the cameras and, if they find something, that they should call the police immediately... "Now, can I please leave already?"

Walmart usa reward spot.

I completed the survey reviewed the ads downloaded the check 3 credit score for a 1000 wal-mart gift card. I was charged 39.90 for the credit app. Where is my walmart gift card. I don't have 39.90to throw away on a credit check app im as poor as can be. Only this it for that walmart gift card it would of helped my family out.
But it looks like I only hurt my family. I wish I could stop them from tricking people

Walmart paint department

I purchased 3 gallons of paint and one can wasn't correctly closed and opened in my car trunk! The full gallon of white paint went everywhere and ruined my carpet liner and many other things that were in my trunk, not to mention I lost one gallon of paint. CMI Walmart insurance says that their investigation shows that this isn't Walmart's fault nor responsibility that the can opened up on its own in my trunk. I am forced to have my insurance company investigate this further as I know I am in the right and CMI and Walmart should be accountable for improperly training their employee in the paint department. I have bought many cans of paint in the past and I always have had to use a tool to open it up! To top it off CMI hung up on me as I was telling them that I was not satisfied with their decision. I am so disappointed in CMI and Walmart that I will no longer shop at their stores and for sure I will discourage anyone from buying paint at any Walmart.

Walmart not receiving my deposit for returning my empty coolant ac cans

About 10 days ago I purchased a can of 20 oz. of 134a coolant. and one can of 12oz. 134a coolant. On top of the price plus tax. I had to pay a California deposit. $10.00 for each can. $20.00 It says to return the cans within 90 days to receive your dep. back. It's been 10 days and I returned the two empty cans to customer service. I didn't show up with just a reseat asking for my dep. back I brought the two empty cans back that I paid a deposit on, but they wouldn't return my deposit because I didn't have a reseat. I didn't want to return them for a refund, I only want my California deposit. There was a deposit left on these two cans by me, but it could of been anyone on paper, there was a deposit paid, or the cans wouldn't of left the store. So is Walmart taking advantage of its customers by keeping the deposit, nice piece of change. And there is nothing posted about not receiving your deposit back, if you don't have your receipt, after all, the proof is the two empty cans of 134a with $10.00 deposit required printed on each can.

I received a call from one of the managers at Walmart today, stating I was right, and there had been a miscommunication between store managers and employs. That I didn't need a sales recite for the deposit, so come on in and we will get this taken care of. This is pretty cool of Walmart not to say the hell with it and move on. thank you Walmart

I'm almost 70 years old on a fixed income, it's one thing to pay for a product I need, but to loose another $20.00 in the process is a bit hard to take

Walmart walmart straight talk phone card $32.63

Hi I purchased e mail card Walmart.com for my new Samsung phone and it is not compatible and no use for what I payed and Walmart is not giving refund and said to contact bank the card is not used and I need $35 card to be compatible for this phone can you please reverse the charge immediately visa ending in 7216 TRISH Hollingsworth credit one platinum card thanks sincerely t Holly [protected]@yahoo.com

First of all, it is known that the All You Need plan (30$ plan) is just compatible with feature phones ONLY, however, if this is the first time it happens to you, Straight Talk policies allows representatives to provide a replacement plan which includes 20 days of service only, and again, that is if this is the first time.
You can call Straight Talk customer service at [protected], and that's the only way you can get that replacement plan.
And remember, it is your fault ❤️

Walmart tires

Brought tires on the 06/04/2018 and had a blow out on my way back from Memphis I had to call someone to come bring me a spare took the tire back to the store where I got them to show them there was a defect in the tire but the manager and assistant manager asked like it was my fault said it looked like a cut. Now who is going to be driving a long and crawl under the car and cut the tire. And you can see the tire had blown out it would not cost them anything to replace a defective tire because I know they will send it back to the manufacturer
And this is calling more problems not I have to go somewhere else and buy me a spare tire because the store 00391 didn't try to help me at all if I had ran over something are hit something then there is no problem this not where the rubber hit the road it on the inside of the tire or the back of the tire I been in retail for 20 years never before had I seen people treated like this. When the tire is only 33 days old. So bought a defective item

Walmart jewelry department

We came in with our baby at 3 Months, to pierce her ears, and they told us her earlobes were too small. We came back at five months and now their complaint is that they don't have two people to do it, yet the worker didn't mention it the first time that she needed two people . An about 7 month old was in line after us and she was able to pierce her ears. But not my daughters. We waited 15 minutes before hand for the worker to get off break just for her to tell us that she couldn't do it .

Walmart x-trac ii tire

bought a tire, and installed it on the front. the car veered to that side. I had to hold it straight. went back they balanced it and it still veered. went and had a front end alignment done on my car and car still veered off. walmart checked it once again and said it was fine. I put it on the back and decided to let it go. I have a defective tire and Walmart didn't want to let me trade it for another one. after I put it on the back and a different tire on the front, my car drives fine.

Walmart photo dept

I went to pick up my photos at Flower Mound, TX, Wal-Mart. There was a sign that said Lane Closed at the desk, but a young man was obviously in the photo processing room. (lights were on and the door was open).
A young cashier in the returns department said, called out to me and said she'd get me some help. Then the boy came out, took my tickets, and brought me my photos. He told me, I didn't pay him, but needed to check out through the 'return' line. That line extended past their ropes and into the store. I asked if I could self check myself out? Nope, those registers aren't equipped to do that.
So, I waited a long time to retrieve and then pay for my pictures.
I will not return to WalMart to develop photos.
Note: Cashiers were both very cordial. The company's service to their customer stinks.

Walmart automotive

I went to the walmart riverstone pwy, in canton ga. It took 3hrs to get a set of ties installed on my car. Got down the street, car was shaking so bad, that I knew I was going to have to bring it back. Come in the next day and this guy nathan didn't say hi or good morning. He goes what do you want? Seriously now i'm told this is going to take an hour. I'm pissed. It's bad enough just be racially profiled when coming in these stores because walmart has gotten real bad. Looks like i'm going to have to cut them off

Walmart multiple product problems

Never buy from wal-mart online. I purchased 2 recliner covers, cute little fox dishes and vanilla scented lotions for gifts. The fox dishes came and every single one was damaged. The lotions were wrapped in this ridiculously sticky tape that left sticky adhesive on the bottles which wouldn't come off and the chair covers never came. I looked at my account and it showed that the chair covers were shipped and had already been delivered. Lies. So I called their "customer service" in india of course, and asked where my chair covers were. She put me on hold forever and came back and said that they were never shipped because there was a problem with them at the warehouse. So I said, how much longer would they be because I had to have them within a week or I can't use them. She said they would not be able to get them to me until 3 weeks. So I said, forget it then, just cancel the order and i'll get them elsewhere. She put me on hold again for another 30 minutes and then came back and said ok, I cancelled your order. I then said that I also can't use the lotions as a gift because they are covered in sticky tape. So she said she would resend them, this time without any tape on them. So, first, I got the chair covers from another company. Then 2 weeks later, I get the same stupid chair covers in the mail from wal-mart that I had cancelled and they charged my bank account for them. It would be way too much to type with the hassle that I had to go through to get refunded but, let's just say that it took several calls, each lasting a ridiculous amount of time and several weeks. Next, I get the box with the replacement lotions that were supposed to have no tape on them. However, instead, they someone had purposely wrapped that same sticky tape around every single inch of each of the bottles, just to be jerks. So I had to call them back again and tell them to cancel the order because I had enough of their nonsense. Oh, and they had told me to take the dishes that were broken into a local store to return it and the local store would not return them because they said they couldn't accept returns from online purchases. Never again wal-mart. I should have known better than to shop at a fema camp anyways!

Walmart ozark trail 30 can strap cooler

My son bought this for his dad for Fathers Day at Walmart. On the FIRST use, the zipper that closes the top cane out of the track. We worked for an hour trying to fix it! Walmart probably won't take it back- we don't have receipt anymore! I can include pics. We do have the tag and upc barcode that was attached to it w the zipper lube. So.. did my son just waste $50?

Walmart unreasonable policy

A couple of weeks ago I purchased six (6) 8 oz. packages of Great Value brand cheddar cheeses. Three (3) were orange cheddar and three (3) were white. All of the white were great and we started on the orange a few nights ago and both my husband and I noticed they tasted grossly disgusting. I checked the date on all the remaining ones and they were the same as the one we opened, October 2018. We have been purchasing this brand from Walmart since they started carrying it, never had this problem before.

Yesterday, I went to return them and the girl in customer service informed me that without a receipt, it was policy that they could not return food. Who saves food receipts until you eat all the food you bought? I also spoke with the customer service manager and she also stated policy. Neither customer service representatives even wanted to hear about the complaint.

I think my money will be spent elsewhere from now on. The little stores at least care about the products they are selling to the consumers!

First of all I want to apologize to everyone for my wife's attacks against you all. Unfortunately she has trouble taking no for an answer. She wants us to have children, but as you can see, she needs to grow up herself before we decide to have any children. I am sure that if she were more polite they would be more than willing to help. They were willing to give us a store credit, but she refused. I was perfectly okay with a store credit, but she was not. She kept arguing and told me to shut up. They has to threaten to call security. If she had just taken the store credit, we could have used that toward future purchases. My wife is not normally like this. She just acts like this when things do not go her way. Unfortunately for those blaming her parents she was always breaking the law, and their rules. I was too. I grew out of it. She did not. Once again I would like to apologize to all of you who were cyber harassed and bullied by my wife because you disagreed with her. She can be real kind, as long as she has her way and you agree with her. Thank you for replying. I told her to drop this and not post a complaint, but she just swore at me and did not take my advice. Once again thanks for replying and have a good day.

So this dummy actually thinks that because someone tells her that she is wrong that they work for the company. Must have been not graduate elementary school. I do agree that calling grown women girls is hostile itself. Honestly I am surprised that this "woman" is smart enough to even type up a review. Before girl lies about me I should let her know that I do not work for Walmart either. Maybe I should stoop to her level and say that she made it all up because Walmart fired her. or she was caught shoplifting, however unlike her i don't make assumptions. It is no wonder she is too stupid to hang on to a receipt, as the above posters said, she does not know the difference between a girl and a grown women. She does not realise that this is a general complaint site and not all people who tell her she is wrong works for the company. If she were even half as smart as you give her credit for she would know that no one from Walmart is going to reply this. I wonder if her poor husband knew how stupid she was before marrying her. Maybe he loves her so much that he does not care. Maybe it is not her fault she is stupid enough to believe that someone works or a company that tells her the obvious. But don't say she is as smart as a ten year old. You are insulting ten year olds when you say that. Even a ten year old is smarter than this stupid woman.
