I went there to get a haircut at 4.48Pm on 1214/2014. I saw two employees attending to other customers and was hoping one of them would sign me in. It was awful that neither of them signed me in or even acknowledged i was there. One employee had finished hair cut and started cleaning the salon, even after looking at me several times. NOT EVEN ONCE, THEY OFFERED TO SIGN ME IN!
This is awful customer service, or i dont know if the color of my skin mattered to them to ignore me!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
