I am a victim of the Portland police and Multnomah county sheriff's, I was battered by the police and county sheriff's when my wife was hiding an affair with a police officer and I was denied emergency services.
My wife spent the next two months turning our daughters against me and she was hooking her daughters up with a under cover police officer named Eric Carlson and the dude dyed his hair so that he could impersonate me.
When I tried to warn people my wife was hooking our daughters up with a look-a-like of me my wife poisoned me, and the police covered up the poisoning at the hospital by labeling me as a bad guy repeatedly to my doctor until my doctor got the hint to walk away and to not take a toxicology test.

By February 2005 I was being heavily gang-stalked by multiple under cover cops and several under cover cops were renting several apartments surrounding our apartment and they were not trying hard to hide the fact that they were targeting me, they put stationary cameras out on their patios and they were aimed at our cars and at our stairs!
They did not care if I noticed this and they were also passing themselves off as maintenance men doing inspections to gain regular access to our apartment, I already knew my wife Joan Wagar at this time was actively helping them and was cheating on me with at least one of these cops!
I discovered that at dusk in February 2005 these under cover plain clothed officer's were staging crimes outside our apartment and they were making false pedophile accusations in the courtyard area so that neighbors would start making accusations.

After this my wife Joan Wagar was no longer trying to ghide her affair and she was openly recruiting our daughters onto her side, and the next thing I know our daughters took her side and were helping her to hide her affair from me, I thought that was stupid since my wife already made it known to me she was cheating!
By Early April 2005 my wife Joan Wagar was hinting to her daughters that her lover was a cop, that he was a double/twin, and that he is working under cover where she works at Walmart!
At the beginning of all this I was aware of my wife and her family palling around with these officer's I knew it was personal and that it was a murder conspiracy, too many people in law enforcement had it out for me for it not to be a murder conspiracy, so I was not inclined to confide in family at all over my discovery of my wife's affair or the discovery that one of those cops was a close look-a-like to me, so as far as those cops and my wife was concerned they thought I did not know about it, well I did know about it, which is why I was understanding all the hints my wife was giving our daughters in March and April 2005!
By mid April my wife Joan Wagar brought her daughters down to Walmart to meet officer Eric Carlson, and she was still trying to trick me into thinking he was just a coworkers of hers at Walmart, I knew better but I said nothing, I was actively donating plasma at this time, I was still in pain with my broken rib and messed up knee but I needed money and I knew I needed to find help somehow and I had no reason to believe at this time that I could get help from a hospital!
After my wife introduced her daughters to officer Eric Carlson my wife and daughters were openly turned against me and they were not hiding this from me, they were openly smirking at me and they were having fun whispering to each other in front of me and were openly hostile towards me!
I was disgusted at this, I was worrying for my daughters safety the whole time knowing my wife and her lover were murderers and that was the only thing staying my hand from taking action, and now here my daughters were making it known to me that they are turned against me right after my wife hooked them up with a look-a-like!
The next five days were like party days for my wife Joan Wagar and her daughters, they were high on the fact that they have a whole new click of friends to hang out with, and they were openly hostile towards me and were not hiding this from me!
I decide that I will say nothing and just wait until the next time my wife and her daughters go together to "Walmart" to meet with my wife's "friend" as she puts it and then I will just go along with them at the last moment and not give my wife the opportunity to call her "friend" up to warn him that I am on my way down with them.
This worked just like I thought it would, and sure enough at Walmart there was officer Eric Carlson at Walmart waiting for my wife Joan Wagar and her DAUGHTERS to show up, and surprises of surprises that cop was dressed up like me, and he was no longer a brunette, he died his hair blond at one point and then cut off his hair into a short butch, so he looked at this moment to be a red head, but it only looked this way because he dyed his hair blond at one point to frame me and then he just got a butch to cut off the blond hair, and his half blond butch was also half brunette as well, witch made him look like he had reddish hair at this time!
I was not shocked by this, I was expecting something like this already, so if anything it just confirmed what I already knew about these people abnd about the situation I was in, what surprised me was the fact that this was already open knowledge at East Port Walmart and that everyone in the store knew about my wife's affair with this look-a-like, they all knew my wife was hooking her daughters up with this look-a-like, and all these Walmart employees just witnessed me catching them in the act of hooking up and they were all standing around and laughing about it and were saying things to each other such as "Does he know?" and "Did he find out?" and "Is there going to be a fight!?" and they were talking none stop about it in front of me, they did not care if I could hear them or not!
I greatly feared for family members safety and even feared for strangers safety, this was a ###ing large murder conspiracy and it was open as all hell, these Walmart employees knew I was battered by these cops in January 2005, and in February 2005 I knew I was being gang-stalked by these officer's and that they pedofied me publicly in my neighborhood, in March my wife turned my daughters against me and she was flaunting her affair with a dude she admitted was a twin, and in April my wife is openly hooking her daughters up with this cop and THE WHOLE ###ING STORE AT WALMART ALREADY KNEW ABOUT THIS AND WAS TRYING TO HIDE IT ALL FROM ME!
I was in complete shock over this, I took four days to decide what to do, I already knew 911 was a joke since I was altready surrounded by under cover cops that were sleeping around with my wife and her daughters, so I tried to warn someone about this over the phone, I called a family member and told her I needed her to come over to talk and that it was an emergency, and she made it known to me that she could care less if there was any emergency and she then made it known to me that she will also be getting a job at Walmart, so I hung up!
It was right after this phone call I made that my wife Joan Wagar poisoned me, and since I was already in a state of shock over this murder conspiracy I did not realize I was poisoned, I felt sick, not well, but I was sitting most of the time since I was still babying a broken rib!
It was when I stood up that it became very noticeable, I noticed that I could not balance at all, I swaggered when I tried to walk, it was like a constant state of vertigo, something I have never experienced before.

I ordered over 100 jars of baby food (sold in sets of 6 of various types of food) from Walmart online. Imagine my HORROR when it arrived with NO BUBBLE WRAP, very little brown paper packing, and in ziplock bags (no cardboard cases, nothing) in groups of about 20. Not surprisingly, there was pureed baby food everywhere. I can't believe Walmart would ship such fragile items in such a careless manner. I called my local Walmart (as there is no one else to call) and they seemed unconcerned as well and said to just bring in what was damaged. installed defective oil filter
Walmart installed an oil filter that had been dropped or had a manufacturing defect, most likely dropped. I drove the car 15 miles and all the oil was pumped out. Engine seized. Walmart personnel removed the filter from where it had been towed and replaced it with another of the same type and there was no leak. I examined the oil filter and saw the damage. Walmart wanted to send the oil filter to a 'lab, ' and I allowed. Walmart kept my oil filter for 24 days, and then returned it with instructions on how to send it to Fram for testing.
Walmart denied any liability because they did not manufactured the part. Fram only allows 30 days for return for testing of a defective product, so by the time I got the oil filter back, I only had 2 days to return the filter. I wanted to talk to a lawyer. Now in discussions with Fram, though I really do not think they are liable. The oil filter was obviously defective, but was installed anyway.

had same issue in ID with Walmart. Took to small claims court for cost of new engine. won hands down. Judge said walmart could go after Fram but they had to pay us for the repairs to our car. Have heard this same issue all over. Take to court for repairs and keep filter, make sure you bring in a 3rd party mechanic that will testify on your behalf.

My son had 2 cases out of 5 that fell hit him when an employee was stocking shelves during the afternoon on a Saturday, May 18th. The employee had them stacked up and they tipped over as my 8 year old was walking by. they fell from above and landed on him bruising his arm, wrist and hand. My father in law was with him and instantly started screaming at the employee as my son stood there crying. The employee in his panic, tried to bribe my son with a dollar to keep quiet which only enraged my father in law more! The store manager came out and even mentioned that they are not sure why it happened since they are not supposed to be stocking large items like cases of beer during busy hours in the day. My father in law is pissed and wants me to sue Walmart, not only for the beer hitting my son's arm, but the fact that if it would have landed any more to left, all of it would have landed on his head. Plus with the employee trying to bribe my son with $$$ its just not sitting well with me. They insurance has called us and asked if we want to file a claim, im just not sure if I want to do that or contact an attorney. This really had me upset at not only what happened, but they way it was handled.

lousy service, damaged items repeatedly
We ordered a Platform bed from Walmart a month ago. We had asked them to ship it to the closest store so we could go pick it up since me and my wife were both working at that point. We rented a truck went there picked it up brought it home and opened it... it was CRACKED! anyway, understanding how it could happen we called walmart and they send someone over to pick it up and ship us a replacement. Now we waited for a week and nothing come so we called them again and they said that they delivered it somewhere in new york? seriously? we live in Texas and you send it to New York? They said we dont need to worry they will send it here another shipment, so we waited another week and called and they said that the shipment was damaged during the way and they will send out another one! SERIOUSLY? AGAIN ? The fourth time finally it was going to get sent here and instead of sending it to Carrollton, TX they sent it to Irving, TX then from there they sent it to our appartment complex to the wrong appartment number. Which is why the Fed Ex guy left it at the leasing office. We went to the leasing office only to see that the packaging was open and clearly the bed was damaged the wood was chipped off terribly. I am so DISAPPOINTED in walmart I will never do business with them again. I called walmart customer service all they did was put me on hold and said they will send someone back to pick it up and issue a refund in 3 - 5 days. That is totally un acceptable. I wasted all that time and money for nothing. Also the bed is heavy really heavy we live on the second floor i dont want to carry it all the way here its still in the leasing office and they wont keep it for 3 - 5 days i told walmart customer service to come get it tomorrow and they simply refused to do it. I also ordered a bed from Walmart and it was taking a little longer to get here, I was having it shipped to my home. well I checked the tracking and it said may be delayed because of weather, ok I understood because of multiple snowstorms. well a week later and I stilkl don't have my bed. I checked the tracking again and it said it was at an Atlanta facility for 4 days. I called them to see why it wasn't being delivered and they told me that it was damaged and they were waiting for me to make a decision, yet I was never notified. well I asked them how damaged and they told me all it said was the plastic was damaged and they were unable to tell me how damaged the bed was. they gave me 2 options- either I am home when they deliver it so I can see the damage for myself, or they ship it back to Walmart n Walmart replaces it. well I had moved in the meantime but still had access to my old home. I could not be there to wait for a shipment and how damaged it was and I couldn't wait another 2 weeks for a new delivery due to my landlords needing their property back. I emailed Walmart and asked if they could change my address and send me another one, well they sent me an email back stating they refunded my money and cannot send another bed due to them not having it in stock anymore. I immediately went to the Walmart website and looked- they did still have the bed. so I reordered it and now am waiting again. I also ordered beds for my kids, and a frame for my bed, which came fedex, yet for some reason they are sending my bed through another company not fedex. I have read so many complaints about the same exact thing, you think Walmart would stop using that shipping company due to all the damages, but nope! i should have gone somewhere else but that same bed at other stores is much more expensive and im a single mom and need to try and save what i can. im just really hoping that it doesn't get damaged this time. my kids beds have arrived already after only 2 days, but my tracking is still saying unavailable and my boxspring still hasn't even been shipped yet. i love their prices, but they really do not seem to care about their customers at all.

Every time I go into wal-mart I encounter nothing but negative attitudes from the staff there. What is wrong with the employees at literally every wal-mart I go into? I am in sales and I deal with the public everyday. I would never act like wal-mart employees do and if my staff did I would fire them immediately! I think it's obvious that this kind of behavior is considered acceptable by the management and that's why these horrible attitudes continue.in fact, one of the last times I was there, an employee was being rude and defensive to me in front of the manager, so I am positive that it's considered acceptable behavior by the management. Needless to say, this past trip will be my last to wal-mart. Target may be a little more expensive, but the pleasant experience is worth the extra money.

On Sunday I got a call fromt he fraud department of my bank asking if at midnight last night I had made a $281 purchase through walmart.com. I was working at the time so informed that hell no I didn't and they explained that also that morning it looked like another charge for almost $300 was attempted through walmart.com but they had blocked it, thank god. I called walmart.com and explained that it was a fraudulent charge and they needed to immediately cancel that order and not charge my account. The first person I spoke to said they would escalate it to their accounting dept. and get it cancelled. I then logged into my walmoart.com account to change my password and remove my card and lo and behold, there was the order the person had placed as well as all the items in my shopping cart from the second order they tried to place. The first order contained a $200 egift card, a router and protection plan, I'm guessing they did this as a trial run to see if my card would charge because the second set of items were marked as In Store Pickup and they would have gotten all that stuff if my bank hadn't blocked that second charge. So today (3 days later) I check my bank account to see if the pending $281 charge had fallen off the account do to the cancellation and THEY STILL CHARGED ME $78! Of course when I try to call them I'm left on hold for 15 minutes and can't get through to anyone. THeir site is absolutely NOT SECURE. They need to shut down before they endanger anyone else's finances because of this. And before anyone starts saying that I was phished or someone "guessed" my password...It's such a random series of letters, numbers and characters that no one could have simply guessed it. If they don't realize that their system has been hacked then it's probably an employee that can get access to it and is doing it.

Sure enough, I found I cannot login to my account because the impostor has changed the email address and email address is the login name (what a stupid system, you can change your login name!). I called the customer service and the representative verified my home phone number is associated with Mr XXXX, but all other information is different from mine: name, billing address & email. Therefore, she cannot do anything because she cannot verify it's my account! I thought the fact I got the email from Walmart (I verified the original SMTP server is Walmart's) and the fact my home phone is there are proof enough. The Walmart technical guys must be able to see what the information had been before the impostor overwrote it, but the customer service representative didn't even open an investigation. They don't think this is a serious problem. It's not their problem, was the ultimate message from the customer service.
The same sort of thing happened to me and Wal-Mart just said "we're sorry." I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. Wal-Mart automatically saves all credit card info. and you have to clear your payment info. every time you shop online to protect yourself!
I just had my acct hacked too and Walmart could care less. I am starting a petition against them.

I know you have a repitution for hiring disabled people but enough is enough. You have one worker in your store who is obvioiusly disqualified to do her job. That person I know from the neighbor hood had downe syndrom. When I told her to stop being stupid and get to work she called the manager and the manager told me if I were going to be bothering his employees(freeks in this case) that I would have to leave the store. I told him I would not leave the store until I finished my shoping and got my prescriptions refiled. I refused to leave the store and that racist manager called a security gurd who told me to leave and he threatened to call the cops if i did not leave. this was because i was black and just stating my beliefs that they should not hire disabled people just to look good. this is prejudice and racism and discrimination

Further more someone brought a dog in the store, I reported it to the manager and the manager(same one who was racist) told me that that dog is allowed in the store since it is a working dog. he lied and said by law they can't ask the person to leave the store. I left the store without paing for a thing just left my bugie in the store. First of all the person who had the dog was not blind they are just lying because they are not blind they have other disabilty.. Second I have alleriy to dog fur and I should be allowed to shop in piece without having to worry about alergiy. I told the manager that perhaps that person shoujld have a social worker and than reported this to health bored of course the health bored was scared to go against a big compeny so they said guide dogs were aloud.

I would never speak to anyone in that manner! And before you complain about a service dog, please get your facts straight. removing items from shelves
I totally agree. I for one will be avoiding Walmart like the plague! I will be letting others know to not shop there no matter what the "sale" is. I've noticed myself how the shelves are empty and never have the items that are supposed to be on sale. Most of the staff at Walmart are rude or don't even bother to ask if you need help or if you are looking for anything. They don't want your business, so why bother going there? Spend the extra money and go elsewhere where the service is 100% better and the merchandise is better.
And to there was a sale just prior to the Super Bowl on TV's, amazing how the quality ones were, shall we say, nonexistent, and the garbage was left ON SALE! damaged boxes and all.

I have also worked at Walmart in the past and I do know how some things work there. I also stated many times that vendor recalls do not involve every product as some are still on the manufacturers resell list. Some get discontinued and are never sold again. Some, get sent to busier stores. Some stay. It is a vendor return. WE call it a vendor RECALL. Again, for the millionth time, what we do is NOT the same as a product safety recall. Walmart has trained liars in their automobile service department. Recently went to Walmart in Chardon, Ohio for an oil change - advertised at $16.95. Left my car at the service department, went back in 45 minutes (they told me it would take 1/2 hour to change the oil. When i got there the manager, Randy, of the auto department told me they couldn't change my oil because my car took 10W40 oil and neither did they have the filter for it - hmmm a 2002 Kia Sportage according to the fluid specs takes 5W30. I was furious, went to a local oil change place and they printed the specs out for me and also told me that they often go to Walmart to get filters should they run out. Of course, complaints got me nowhere - but an insulting $20 gift certificate.
The store shelves are empty - haven't had many of the items I usually purchase there for several weeks. The store is FILTHY, especially in the diary section, sticky stuff on the floor for over a YEAR! They claim to carry gluten-free products NOT.

I drove to two different Walmart stores, one at Stapleton and the store on Wadsworth and W Colfax looking for a Petmate Taxi for my pet.I wasted 5 or more gallons of gas and both of these stores didn't have any and it was a big waste of time.Their slogan is you can save money instead of buying at the grocery store but I will never step foot in another Walmart store again.All their stores are so far away and their discounts don't off set the gas you use to get to their stores.

closed down my card without notifying me
Last week, I disputed a charge that I didnt authorize. I called them and they told me to go to there website, file a dispute, print out the form, send it to them, then they will review it so, I said forget it. I told them that I want going to cancel it because I had a refund that was going to hit my card in a few days. So the next week my refund hit my card and I tried to use it and it declined. So I called them and they said they closed down the card permenantly because I disputed a charge. And then lied and said they contacted me before they closed my account. They said they can refund me my money but I needed it that day, I had a bill to pay and kids to feed. They didnt even care. I was pissed. I was really counting on that money. Worst service ever! Dont get a walmart money card!

I purchased a Walmart Money Card today and now it's several hours later and I still can't access my Money or my Card. I put $40 on this stupid thing and I've had enough! Bought a Wal-Mart money card. faxed information like I was asked to do waited 2 days called to see if they received it. I was told that I would receive card in 7-10 days. Have called back, now they say didn't receive information and I need to fax information again. Can't transfer money, nor use temp card. Very upset with Wal-Mart and there cards.
I too had trouble canceling my Wal-mart money card until I called the BBB. Made a complaint and the contact for Green-dot Corporation called me a few days later. He asked me a few questions and then said he would refund the $8 or $9 purchase price. He was very nice and I would have settled for just stopping the texting and closing the account. Don't give up...file a complaint.

In the Electronics section to show how the picture works they usually show movies on the television. This particular location (New York City, New York) the manager allows customers to select movies that would be played for a week. Some guy choose Harry Potter, another person Choose the new James Bond movie. I told the manager that I wanted them to play a Russ Meyer movie and he refused.
Well he is considering running my movies. He just has to take it home and make sure it is suitable. The funny thing is he claimed he had not had time to watch the movie yet he comes to work happy.
Tasha is right, he did not set any standards on what type of movie they would show. I even offered my own set of private tapes since they don't sell "that filth" as the manager referred it to.

Wal-Mart store managers (mostly incompetent & lazy women) at these locations are known for refusing to hire qualified African-American men, to work at inside their stores, deliberately hiring mostly unqualified or inexperienced women (who deliberately hog up all of the jobs & discriminate against men). The Wal-Mart are usually incomepetent, rude. hostle toward new-hires and minority customers, and the Augusta & Aiken Wal-Mart stores have been sued more times than any other department store in America (second only to Dillards, Sears/K-Mart, & Roses)! And has more complaints filed against them for racial discrimination and very poor customer service!
