Walmart rude employees

I shop in Grove city, OH. Walmart every week usually in there every other day to pick something up. On Jan 2, 2011 I was checking out, the cashier was taking off my coupons, and she ask the girl that was over the cashiers, tried to say that I scannedmy coupons which i print off of the internet, I don, t even own a scanner and didn, t know what she was talking about I use printed coupons every week and nothing has been said, she really treated me like a criminal and told the manager that i was lying and I scanned them, I am a honest person that would nevr cheat or do anything like that, she really belittled me and embarrassed me in front of the customers, I reallt think Walmart needs to hire educated people that have a clue this isn, t the first time they have done something, there have been other issues. The employees there act like they hate their job, they are always complaining, give me an hour. the thing is after she made me wait for 20 minutes for another manager to look at the coupons the manager said they were ok, I think some of these people that are over the cashiers think they have some kind of college education and this is a power trip for them, they all need to take a class in how to be professional and maners.

Every Walmart I have been to in the past year has had the worst customer service. The employees are obviously dissatisfied with the moral because every time you hear them talking to one another they are complaining about never getting a break or working over. Of course not being treated properly makes them have a bad attitude towards customers. I don't know if the employees attitudes stem from being treated poorly by their employer of if there is that many rude individuals in the world.

Walmart employees have become increasingly rude and incompitent. The last time I shopped there was the last straw. I had waited in line at the register for about 15 minutes. When I was next in line, they closed the register and moved to another one. I was once again at the END of the line and had to wait another 20 minutes. I complained to the cashier and the manager. They did not care. They were rude and told me, "That's just the way things happen." I know they don't care, but I will never shop at that place again.

On 2-15-11a at830pm my daughter approached photo employee to recive baby articles sent from Marion OHIO.That emploee told her she needed her I.D. she went to get it from her car at 8:40 vanessa (daughter) returned to photo where that employer told her she could not help her because she left at 9:00. she would have to go to electronics where that employee told her she was the only one there and she would have to call someone to help her.Someone came after appox.10min.they then helped her but it took them 35min. to find her merchandise. This is unbelievable and she was treated so rude. She is pregnant and was very upset about this treatment. She and myself are very concerned because that is where she has her baby registry. Is this how her family and friends will be treated while they shop for Vanessa and her shower gifts? I hope this will be rectified we all shop Walmart alot but that could stop.

It seems any walmart anywhere will hire just about anyone. I tend to always get "sista" cashiers that automatically have a problem with me before I even open my mouth to say "Hello" to them. This occurs no matter where I go. Maybe I just seem to act like I'm better than them which offsets them. No clue. But it's the employees like that that make me go to the self check out lines. No having to hassle with rude employees thinking they're all that, slamming your stuff around and scoffing at you when you wish them a good day.

When Sam Walton was still alive and running the show, he had the policy that if there were more than 3 people waiting in line to check out, they would open another register; and it worked great. That man built the company on Customer Service, and knew that if you made the Customers happy, that would drive sales. He knew what he was doing, and that's why the company became such a success.
Now that he's gone, the people running the company are only concerned about maximizing profits, regardless of the Customers. And it shows!
Fortunately, I have been able to move on, going back to shopping where I used to shop - Target (wonderful Customer Service, clean stores, inventory-levels kept up, quiet), Petsmart, Kroger and Publix. I only shop at Walmart about once per week, instead of 2-4 times per week that I used to do. (I just feel bad for those who can't break away from Walmart's controlling grip, yet.)

As a former employee of Wal Mart, people who have to go retrieve either their wallet or ID from their vehicles typically don't come back. So it was reasonable for the employee your daughter encountered not to wait for her to come back. Maybe you should think that maybe your daughter is angry because she's pregnant and has a short fuse at the moment and it wasn't their fault, but hers for coming in unprepared.

Nothing about that sounds rude. Who goes to pick up a package without id... then complains cause the employee didnt wait for you to show back up. Your daughter was directed where to go to get the help she needed and sounds like she left with her items, so what if she has to wait a bit & it didnt happen on your timetable. Ever think someone who knew nothing about it was searching the warehouse to find them and that is why it took time? Impatient people piss me off.

And why would you go to photo to pick up baby items and if your so concerned then unregister and go to target. Their warehouse is just as large.

WalMart does suck when it comes to customer service. All of their registers are on timers/computer systems. So if the timer is telling the system that only one custmer is getting checked out every 5 mintutes, it is basically saying their "slow" and only need 4 registers opened. Even if there is 20 people in the same line...if that timer says their "slow" then they will not open another register. So if you have a slow employee ringing up your items, (which 95% of them are really slow) the timer is not getting reset and new lanes will not get opened. Every Walmart has 20+ lanes but on a typical day not even half are opened. And of course there are always at least 3 employees just standing at the counters watching everyone wait in line. Their idea of customer service is nuts. I hate going to WalMart and absolutely dread it because I already know I will have to wait in line for at least 10 minutes. WalMart wants to keep you in the store as long as possible because they think you will spend more money. Like WalMart doesnt have enough money already. A COMPLETE JOKE

I have had similar happen to me. I get so frustrated with them, so I wait until I reach the register, then I place all of my items on the counter / belt, and then I LEAVE! The employee has to remove everything (but will usually ring it all up first before they notice you've actually left), and Walmart has to pay the labor hours for this. I then go elsewhere to get what I need.

Walmart can't activate the thing

I had to purchase a new money card as one of the cards I have was compromised by a company scamming me out of money, I use this card for my husband to use when he is on the road and we have no bank accounts.
I have tried the computer, the phone and can not get a live operator to help me with getting this card activated, there is nothing in their fields that accept mailing addresses for people who live out in the country and have Rural Routes with box numbers, It keeps telling me this is not a residential address which is a load of hooey as It is my home, I tried to get a refund on the card even and it won't let me do that either, I am so tired of being scammed out of my money by people I am just plain sick about it, now I have this usless card with a large amount of money on it that I can not use, If Walmart insists on selling this product then by heavens they should have live operators to help out...I have 2 cards through these people and this is where they mailed them to them by gosh how come their stupid computer automated idiot on the line can't recognize the address.

Walmart rude customer service employee

I had the worst experience with a Walmart customer service employee. I had gone to my local Walmart to be refunded or exchange an item. I was the next in line to be helped. As I was standing there waiting my turn, she ( the rude employee ) was carrying on a conversation with another customer in the next line. This went on for a few minutes, and she finally looked at me and said, NEXT in a loud tone. I couldn't had been standing more than 3 ft. away and wasn't wearing a hearing device. Then she asked, what is the problem? Boy, did she ever use an attitude! I explained the items ( 3 of them ) didn't work for me. I looked at her and said, is that a problem? Yes, my blood was boiling at that point. Out of the blue, she takes the items and THROWS them over to the other customer service clerk. She then says, I'm not waiting on you ( in a loud tone for everyone to hear ). I went over to the next line, but this wasn't the end of this drama. I turned to her and said, you are so rude and you will be reported! After the young guy refunded my items, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager shows up and asked me, what can I do for you? I explained to him what had transpired. The store manager went through the motions of pretending to be concerned. My feeling is, he was basically pacifying me to get me out of the store. I didn't go back to that store for about seven or eight months. Finally coming to my senses, I decided this rude employee wouldn't run me off. She still has her job and still works in customer service dept. It's a shame, Walmart doesn't have high standards, and allow their employee's to treat customers bad. I only go there to buy the basics and no more!

Do people that join these forums come here to circumvent their anger? I checked into the history of one poster, and everything they have written is negative. I think to throw a customers items and refusing to wait on them is five year old mentality. She certainly was out of control at that point. Has this become common practice for customer service to behave like that? Wouldn't it had been polite to ask, may I help you? Why did it have to be, what is the problem? When you show little respect, you don't get it in return. Then again, she may not expect to be shown any kind of respect.

Listen, you can take a spin on my words, I almost expected that, but don't make this employee out to be the victim. You weren't there to witness the actual events that unfolded. I stand by my original comment that, Walmart doesn't seem to high standards. There are too many Walmart complaints on these forums and throughout the internet and we all can't be wrong. Have a good day.

I have worked for wal-mart as a cashier for over 6 years. Has anyone on here that is complaining about the wal-mart employee be it the cashier, the customer service or floor employee. realize that if they do complain about something so trivial that he or she will loose there job, then may not be able to feed there family> So before you go loosing your cool. In steed of complaining to the management and making them loose there job. Try going to something that will help you much much more. Like anger management . I would say of a great and happy day but until you seek happiness and not anger you will never find it.

o.p. don't pay attention to those jerks. ppl always looking to vent anger and "you is da target". my sis and myself were in Wally World and an employee had a fit. man brings in a camera that doesn't work. o.k. he wants a refund. what happens next? the [censored] WalMart employee starts to argue there isn't anything wrong w/camera - like she knows anything - yeah. the man tells "[censored]" there is a problem with the camera. he wants to speak to her boss. [censored] employee tells him, she ain't going to do it! she yells and tells him to leave! he won't do it and tells her to stop yelling. she throws the camera on the floor and it smashes! when the manager finally shows up the camera is destroyed. WalMart [censored] tells manager camera slipped out of her hands! manager gives the man his refund. [censored] stills works there. [censored] won't be going anywhere - no one wants her. hey, [censored], get back on your meds! o.p. every WalMart has at least one psycho working for them.

I work for walmart now.I have worked at the customer service desk. The "rude"associate probably could have asked in a better way, "What is the problem?" It is the service desk associate to ask that question, because if you are bringing a return in, we need to know what is wrong with said item(s)to fill out claims tickets for those items. If a customer gets an attitude with the associate, that associate should do everything they can to rectify the situation. However they also have a right to call a CSM over to finish or deny the transaction.
One of my experiences was a man had set up one of those radio flyer tricycles on the service desk counter as a return with no receipt. His daughter came in a few minutes behind him "to take care of the return."Her father went walking through the store somewhere.I explained to the woman, that her father brought it in, and it was his ID i had to see(store policy). She got mad and went searching for him.She couldn't find him.So she try to give me her ID.Store policy states that not allowed.By this time, her father had checked out at one of the registers, and came back to the service desk. She takes his ID, throws it at me, cussing me, after i explain to her, twice, and nicely, about what the return policy is.(If you bring in a return, without a receipt, whoever comes in with it and places it up on the counter, is the ID we need to see.)I did refuse to do that transaction.I call my CSM over and told him what had happened, and why I have refused to finish the transaction. He did complete it.He did his job .I did my job.I went to talk to my assist manager, and she said i did the right thing, because after the policy has been explained and the customer gets rude, starts cussing and throwing ID's at you, you have every right to refuse the transaction. She also told me I did the right thing by getting the CSM involved. The father actually never did get mad.He actually apologized for his daughter's behavior.Everything said and done at the customer service desk is on camera to protect customers as well as associates.I have actually seen customers like this man's daughter, be escorted out of the store, because of their behavior.Customer is always right?!? Not necessarily! I do say customers sign my paycheck, even the ones who come in, and have had a bad day, for whatever reason.I do everything i can to provide excellent customer service.

Walmart identity theft

In June 2011 I was alarmed when I woke up and saw an email confirmation for an order. I hadn't ordered anything on walmart.com for a while. It was for a $200 eGift Card. I never ever purchased this so I replied to the email saying to cancel and someone stole my information. I went onto website to cancel order but website wasn't working for a while so I had to keep checking and when I finally got on I canceled it. Well turns out it never canceled because it showed up on my credit card. So I had to buy a new credit card. I cannot believe there are people in this world who do this to other people. I wish Walmart.com and any other website this happens to others would do something to make sure this would not happen. Also every website should not automatically keep credit card information online. I'm still waiting to be refunded. aaaaaahhhhhhh

Walmart can't get my social security direct deposit!

According to Wal-mart, their money card is "the easiest, fastest way to get your money". Baloney! I bought a Wal-mart money card several months ago to use for on-line shopping. I was able to use it before my permanent card arrived. Then I decided to have my direct deposit sent directly to my Wal-mart money card. BIG MISTAKE! As soon as I signed up for this service, I told the sales representative that I had not received my permanent card yet. No problem, she said. We will get your card to you in 4 days. Two weeks later, no card. No problem, she said again. 4 days. Still no card. Now my Social Security deposit is to be put on my Wal-mart card, but I can't get my money! I called this morning to find out how this could be handled quickly. It can't. The person on the phone said that they would have to wait 2 days to cancel the temp card so that my direct deposit would be put on the temp card instead of returned to Social Security. Then I have to call back in 3 days to make sure it was deposited, cancel the temp card, then order a permanent card. Then in 7-10 days, I would get my new card and then be able to use it to get MY money. BULL! I am on Social Security! I can't wait 7-10 days to get my money! I have bills to pay, and my family will not like going without food for 7-10 days! Then she said " We can have the card sent by FedEX for $20, then you can get it in 3-5 days. Wait. Wal-Mart wants ME to pay $20 to get my money 3-5 days LATE for their mistake? MORE BULL! So much for "the easiest, fastest way to get your money"! Don't know what I will do about my bills and feeding my family for the next 7-10, but I hope Wal-mart has a happy day!

Walmart did not care about my lost child.

My seven year old daughter was lost. Well she was not actually lost I just told her to go to the toy department. Then I asked them to page a code adam they eventually found my child but security arrested my mother for shoplifting. Then they accused us of staging a lost child so that while everyone is looking for my child that my mother could steal. I admit that we have been doing this, but isn't it the first response of security to have my daughter returned to me safely. Is catching shoplifters more important than a child who could have been lost for real.

Well, maybe this kind of stuff will start to diminish as more stores install cameras with facial recognition. The sooner the better! THEN- faces of shoplifters can be shared with other merchants. Hopefully, the facial recognition systems will help hold down the prices WE have to pay to cover losses from theft!

But, then again, there are the stupid 1% that will never get it!

I can't believe that ANYONE with half a brain would defend a shoplifting family - especially when they use a child! And... then the shoplifters complain that Walmart caught them? That is just totally stupid and totally without a shred of morality!

Absolutely un-freaking real!
I must have laughed for 5 minutes after reading this post. I guess the worst part is that a family shop lifting team would actually have the "stones" to complain about it. Afterall, Walmart DID find the kid afterall. I truly wonder how Shoelady1002's kid will grow up!

Walmart falsely accused of eating food and not paying!

I am a devout Christian, family man who is disabled and use (will no longer shop at this store) to shop at Wal-Mart and spend about $300-400 monthly. Before I begin let me say, on the 7APR2K5, I had purchased two Biblical Research Books costing a total of about $60! On the day, 8APR2K5, I went to the store with my wife, son age 6, and daughter age 10 months. Our normal task; would be for me and my children to go to the Deli section and eat or drink something while my wife picked up the items we would purchase. After I would consume the food, I would take either the empty container or take the Price Bar Code up to the cashier for payment. (I was told to do this many times by store employees). I took the empty containers and Price Bar Codes with me to the cashier along with a full cart of items my wife had wanted. I gave everything to the cashier and had asked if she had scanned the empty containers and Price Bar Code items. The cashier confirmed twice she did. (At this point I usually check it myself, but my son was complaining that he needed to go to the restroom and I wanted to get back home because a bad thunderstorm was coming, so I trusted the cashier and went on to exit the store). As I exited the store, a lady by the name of Debbie Miller approached me and said I consumed food and did not pay for it. I told her you are crazy, I paid for it. At first she did not want to look at the receipt. When I insisted, she looked and said nothing is on there. I was shocked and looked at the receipt and discovered the items I paid for (over $150!). Her face turned bright red and she left the room, she returned with items from a trashcan. She asked me if these items were mine. She demanded I sign some kind of a form. I kept repeating lets go talk to the cashier and she can clear this up that I gave her all the Price Bar Codes and Empty Container items. Ask her! If there is a problem it is with the cashier, not me! Ms. Miller refused and left the room again. She returned with another man she said was her boss, he said call the police and secure the videotapes. I said, Sir, you are making a big mistake, I will fight this thing, and I have not done anything wrong. I am a devout Christian; and therefore would never do this! I demanded to see these videotapes so it will prove I gave everything to the cashier. They refused to let me see anything. I said let me call an attorney! They refused! A few seconds later the Columbia Police G. Wise, badge number # 10855, arrived and began writing an arrest booking. I began telling him the truth and my wife showed up at the door in the back where they had taken me. Officer Wise went into a rage and began yelling at my wife, who had with her my two children. All she was asking (in a normal voice) was what was happening, an employee had showed her where I was. This outrageous officer threatened to have my wife arrested and take my two children to foster home. Because of my illness, I broke down in tears, and kept repeating I did nothing wrong. The store demanded that I be taken to jail, and the enraged officer took me to jail. My rights were never said, I was never told what I was being arrested for, I never saw a warrant until I arrived at the jail! Strangely, the police took me to another jail in a other county. My family called all night and the next day and could not locate me. They were told there is no one in custody by my name. I even asked the prison when will I go to the bonds court, and I was refused my request, and they even told me I had a five page rap sheet of all kinds of charges. (I have never been put in jail before)! My family got in touch with the courts and demanded I at least be found and released on bond. I was told by the jail that I would be there for 30 days! By the grace of God and answered prayer, I was released the next day. I still cannot understand why the store manager and police did not want to talk to the cashier. The items were scanned and paid for, and she was the one who scanned them and she knows what the truth is. It seems to be all lies to take down a good Christian family man. I am now fighting this as best I can, and I will sound the trumpet as loud as I can to make the people know what corporations are doing to our freedom! It is out of control and needs to STOP! God Will Give Me Victory!

Walmart service

Every time I go in the store it takes longer to get cecd out tanit does to do my shopping. I have complained to the store management before and it hasn"t done any good. You have cashier"s standing and talking to other employees and ignoring the customers in line until they finish their casual (Not job related) converstion. You will have four registers open two express and other with people lined up down the ailes. Employees walking around doing nothing or conversing with the cashiers.
I will not shop there anymore and anyone else I can get to stop shopping there.
You use to be a good place to shop but not anymore, no customer service, prices to high, take for granted people will keep going there.
You do not sell american made products (Disgrace), just flat do not care about your customers.

Happy selling but not to me anymore
K-mart is way better now than you

I set up an account for my dad so he can use his computer in his nursing home. He has a message on his computer that says the account has not been paid so the internet service was shut off. The $9.95 is drafted automatically out of my account. If it has been stopped, I need to know why. Someone did contact him and ask him for some updated information on the account. He refers all calls to me since he has dementia, and I handle his business affairs. I did hear the recording of the phone call, but the person did not say what information was needed and where I should contact him so I do not know what to do now nor who to call.

My phone number is [protected]. Please call so we can resolve this situation. My dad really misses his computer!

August 2010, I was at walmart shopping in the men's clothing department, 3 empolyee's were haveing a conversation.I didn't want to interupt so I continued to look the same four isle's over and over, for about 20 minutes.Still they kept talking, so I went past them about 5 time's with my empty cart.I was beginning to think they were having to much of a good conversation to stop.Well by this time youd think an employee would be wondering what I'm up too.And ask if I needed any help still no one asked. Then all of the sudden I heard one female holler HEY, YOU NEED HELP? So I looked up and she hollered again HEY, YOU NEED HELP, NANCEY? I turn to look in the direction she was hollering, and guess what? She was hollaring at another female employee just walking thru. I was so mad at this time I walked around with an empty cart saying in a normal voice and tone..."D**n good thing I'm not a shopplifter, cuz no one's paying attention to me!"

Went to cash check at walmart, they shorted me money I couldn't get my money until the next day they had to count all their draws to make sure that they did in deed mess up. They shorted us a few hundred dollars, I had to make a late payment on my truck because they held my money for 24hrs, then they never appoligized and the employees who "helped" us were scolding us for the mistake and never once appoligized for the error. They made everything out to be our fault, the lady who counted the money counted so fast we watched her while we were waiting by the counter for them to decide what was going on, she counted her money so fast me with good eye sight couldn't keep up with her and they wanted to scold my husband who requires glasses that he couldn't keep up with her? What if it was a blind man in there what would be their excuss then? That he couldn't tell by the weight of the bills or keep up by listening? We used to spend a lot of time and money at Walmart but the customer service is very poor at walmart now adays they don't care about the customer as much as they used to when Sam was alive, the prices are sky high I find better deals else where, they pull to many cons on their sales exspecially black friday where they get one or two products for the big sale then those are gone before the sale even starts! I will not shop at Walmart any longer and will boycott them with anyone else who will stand against them, they are a monopoly and should be shut down. NEVER SHOPT AT WALMART IN MOBERLY, MO very poor service, we really need a target or K mart to open up here, thank god hyvee is opening up next door. Maybe they will help shut down walmart.

Ive been to alot of walmarts in my life. I was so exited to see one come to my hometown, however, this location has the worst of everything. worst service, worst selection. I just tried calling there and I cant even get thru. Message said all agents are busy. This is a town of 10000. I find i hard to believe all "agents" are busy. Absolutely the most worthless store I have ever seen.

I went to walmart to get some snacks. I wanted it to be quik and easy, not realizing that it was friday and everyone does shopping on friday i went in anyways. i grabbed the snacks and went looking for a short line, that day Walmarty was packed out and there was only 5 lanes open and there were hundreds of people in that Walmart! Now tell me Walmart... is it really hard to find people to work in this economy? Is finding someone to run a register so hard you can only have 5 (snobby at that cashiers to run your lines? i personaly think that im going to take my buissness else where and i think that alot of other customers are going to, to if you dont hier a fefw people to open the registers!

I visited my local Walmart in Tarboro, NC tonight. This past weekend I bought a push lawn mower that would not work. I brought it back to the store today to exchange it and had the worst experience of customer service in my life. The manager who I know only as Savonia (though I asked her and several others and could only get her first name) treated me in a way I have never been treated in my life. Apparently it is a policy that a lawn mower cannot be returned when it has gas still in it. Fine, I can understand that. However, the manner in which this manager treated me I cannot understand. When I brought the lawn mower into customer service, I told the customer service associate that I wanted to exchange the mower because it would not run. The manager came over and asked what the problem was... turning the mower upside down and inspecting it as if I did something to the mower. She then told me I could not return the mower if it had gas. Obviously, I had to put gas in the mower to try and get it to run. I did not know the gas needed to be removed. There was only a very small amount of gas in the bottom of a small tank. The manager was rude. She knew I was alone with a small child trying to handle this return. She did not offer to have someone help me reload the mower in my vehicle. She did not offer any assistance at all. She acted as if she could care less. I went to the parking lot and called my father who drove from his home to come help me. We looked at the mower and saw the small amount of gas in the tank, and he helped me pour it out. We then walked back in the store and I told the customer service associate I wanted to return the mower and the gas had been removed. The next thing I know the manager rushes out saying she has called the police because I have dumped gasoline in the parking lot. The gas that was poured out I could hold in one hand. And it had just rained. I did not realize I was committing a crime, I was simply trying to return merchandise. I have been a loyal customer of the Tarboro Walmart since it opened. And suddenly not only am I told I can't return defective merchandise, but the police is called on me. The police officer that was called told the manager that no crime had been committed and he would not write a citation. He said it was obvious I was just trying to return merchandise. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. Is this customer service? I am a business professional, born and raised in Tarboro. My family is from Tarboro and I own a business in Tarboro. People who know me know that I am not the type of person to cause trouble. But tonignt I was treated like a criminal. After the police refused to write a citation, Savonia refused to allow me to return or exchange the mower. She would not give me my money back. Finally she accepted the return from my father, but would not deal with me. Is this Walmart's version of good customer service?

Most likely the employees that were having their "casual conversations" were on their legally mandated breaks (if they don't take them, Wal-Mart will terminate their employment on the first offense) or they were not on the clock at all (again, it's illegal to work without being paid for it, and Wal-Mart will immediately fire anyone who tries).

That said, employees are supposed to remain off the sales floor during break or meal periods, so they are still partially in the wrong.

Keep in mind, however, just because this might be "acceptable behavior" at the one store does *not* mean it's acceptable at other stores.

(On a side note, did you see how I provided emphasis in that last sentence? Rather than HITTING CAPS LOCK AND DRIVING YOU INSANE, I just put asterisks around it. Cool, huh?)

"Shop at your local mom and pop if you want real traditional American service"

Please be aware that a small business is just as capable of providing awful customer service as Wal-Mart is. There are a lot of wonderful small businesses out there, but just because it is a "mom and pop" business does not make it a good one.

Walmart oil and lube ruined siezed my engine

Don't go to walmart oil & lube they will ruin your car and not pay for it, they refer you to their insurance who will not pay. I now beleave what everyone else says about walmart, I have now learned my lesson. Change your own oil.

We bought the car new and I have never changed the oil myself. Walmart has always changed the oil. I have receipts and walmart has computer records of all my vehicles being changed there. 21st & maize or west kellogg store in wichita.

After the oil change my wife drove the car and the engine quit (Engine siezed). My wife was left stranded in the braums parking lot, oil all over the ground. The car was towed to all american automotive on tyler and hwy 54. They determined the car was overfilled with oil, as he said “full of oil”. Not a small amount, but maybe double what the engine should normally hold. I was shocked to hear this.

I talked to the store assistant manager and told her what happened. They acted like they would make it right, wrong. She made a copy of my receipt and they looked up my history in the computer. We also filled out an insurance claim. I figured they would pay to fix the car.

Was I wrong.

Several days later walmart employee’s requested to see the car at all american. I welcomed this because I thought this would help clear things up and they could learn from the mistake. Instead it was a cover their # trip. The lead in oil & lube told me the car was still over full several days later. Even after the car leaked quarts on the ground for days, she took photo’s of the oil level still being ½” to 1” over the max line to send to corporate. The mechanic and managers at all american reported to walmar and insurance the car was “way over full”.

It has been explained to me, that too much oil will destroy the engine. It can blow seals, hydralic the engine or the crank ways and piston rods can beat the oil into foam and then starve the engine of oil. Think of a car that’s full of oil running out of oil, it won’t pump foam. Car siezed.

On the video in the oil bay you can see someone under the car, but can't see if he drains the oil, most likely oil did not get drained and then they added 4 more quarts. The first story I got was that they had video of them draing the oil. Turns out you can't see this in the video. Then told me they did not have video of the top of the car. They then found video of the top of the car, showing the employee adding 4 quarts. Only mistake is the employee does not check the oil level. Their answer was, another guy (Who doesn't do oil) must of checked after it was moved for tires. What a bunch! Every sign in the place says they will check all fluid levels the oil procedure manual says check the oil level. They told me I had to prove to them they did this and they can't even check the oil level after changing the oil. I guess you need to have your own video system under the hood so you prove they made a mistake.

This is not right. The largest company is sticking me with fixing the damage they caused. I brought my vehicles to walmart in good faith for 18 years. I have all bills to prove no one else has been under the hood. I won't be shopping there any time soon.

If they try to put a store in your town, go to the public meetings to stop them. They ruin and take money of communites and they are a terrible employer.

By the way, I am taking them to court. Thank you for not shopping at walmart.

Walmart ruined 3 out of 4 rims on my brand new 2014 dodge. Dropped car off to get the first set of tires put on it. When i returned the rims were severely scratched and gouched. The jellyfish (asst. Manager) said he felt they didn't do this and i had to file a claim. It took 5 weeks for cmi (walmart's sub-contractor) to call and tell me that he thinks i hit a curb. He barely spoke english(which was very frustrating) and told me he had the video footage. When asked if i could see footage- he told me no it is walmart's property. Thats nice how walmart can ruin my property but i can't look at theirs. Please do not use auto center for tires it will cost you dearly!

Walmart unprofessional pharmacist

Write your review, complaint or question here and add as much detail as possible so the Business you review can improve and reply to you.I will not use the Santa Clarita Pharmacy ever again. Yesterday, I was filling a prescription from a urologist. The pharmacist paged me to speak to me about the prescription--she snickered and laughed at me because the urologist had prescribed a medication was primarily for men. When I told her that I knew that, but it was the course of treatment prescribed, she accused the doctor of experimentation. The most UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR, I have ever experienced. I am pursing this to the max.

Walmart blocked card

I made a purchase using a MasterCard that was compromised and the account closed. The purchase was large for some business casual wear for my new job. I ended up taking a different job so I returned the clothes. The merchant contacted me to let me know that the refund was being rejected from the card I originally used, so like a dummy I purchased a Wal-Mart Card becuase I was waiting on my new card in the mail. So I get my refund on the Walmart card and I was able to spend a portion of the funds, then my card was blocked. I currently have 430.00 that they will not allow me to access. I was told that I needed to fax proof of my purchase, which was completely unacceptable to me because I felt it was none of their business because trufully how could the refund be there if it was not legit. Maybe I am naive to what is going on in the world but my transaction was legal. Therefore I have called the merchant to get the proof I needed and they told me it could ake 3 weeks and that they could not guarantee the paper work. OMG WalMzrt has my money and refuses to give it me, tlking about they are sorry and wish they could help but can not! BS! and they know it. I am at my wits end because I just don't know what to do any longer to get my money. Its a SCAM if you ask me and I for one just cannot stand for this BS! I know I did nt use the card for the ourchase but if I had known this would happen do you think I would of used that STUPID CARD for the return credit. BEWARE TO YOU ALL DO NOT BUY NOR USE THIS CARD. i ASKED WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY MONEY IF i CAN'T PROVIDE THE PROOF AND THEY STATES IT WILL JUST SIT THERE, AGAIN BS! WALMART MONEY CARD SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCMA SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Your original purchase was made using a MasterCard that was compromised and the account closed. You never paid MasterCard for the clothes purchase.

Then you try to return the clothes and get the credit onto a Walmart card and try to spend that money that doesn't belong to you.

You never paid for the clothes.

Walmart hwy 49 & hwy 98

Hattiesburg, Mississippi wal-marts suck! I have nothing good to say about them. They are about 6 miles apart so my husband and I shop at both. When we go to Wal-mart we always have one or two things we need to get thats why we went . But every time we go (it doesn't matter which one we go to) they dont have what we came there for. For example if we needed toilet paper (we use angel soft) they will have an empty spot where that product should go, so we either wait or grab a different brand. They always are out of something that we need. It doesn't matter if we go there at noon or midnight. It always looks as if the truck just got there with pallets of product in the middle of the ailes. Making it hard to get through the place. On several occasions I have found my product, not on the shelf but on a pallet wrapped in plastic. No employees are ever putting things on the shelf, instead they are talking with one another or on the phone. Which brings me to another complaint, I have gone to the money center for many different things like money orders or to cash a check. One employee was on the phone (not a business call but a personal call) and I walked up to get a money order (no one in line but me) she did not get off the phone. She did not ask me "How may I help you" instead she said "what do you want". I told her a money order and she continued to talk to her friend on the phone. When I got my money order and was leaving she was still on the phone and did not say anything to me after she handed me my product. Once my husband was in the paint section and needed help with something so he went to the paint help desk and the woman was on the phone. So he stood there waiting for her to get off and 2 minutes passed without her even looking up to greet him or ask him if he needed help. So he said "hello I need help with something" and the woman looked up and gave him a mean look and comtinued talking. He was getting mad because it is her job to help him out. He said "hello I need help with something", the woman said to the person she was talking to that she would call them back and finally got off the phone. So he asked her his question and she had no idea about anything in that department. When he went to leave she was already back on the phone. All the cashiers are rude (so we try to use the self check out). We have gone to management to talk to them about how poor the customer service is and how they never have what we need. The manager didnt even apologize all she said was that they were working on it. Also when we pull in to Wal-mart there are shopping carts in parking places and in the middle of the road. There will be 10 employees sitting there smoking cigarettes and 200 shopping carts in the parking lot. Another thing is the restrooms, they are nasty like no one has ever cleaned them nasty. Toilet paper every where and other things i do not wish to mention. Over all everytime I go to these Wal-marts I leave very dissatisfied and 9 out of 10 times I dont have what I went there for. I do not under stand how these two places are still in buisness. Its just horrible!

Walmart discusted

I recently went to the walmart in Oshawa located in the north end. My boyfriend and i went to the photo printout place to print out pictures of our new baby boy. We spent well over 200$ in pictures and the woman who was working there was very rude. She was trying to push us out of the store by saying she was done her shift in less than an hour and our pictures would take too long. She told us not to come and print that many pictures and that the mechines were for people who were only printing one or two pictures. My boyfriend and i were not pleased at all with the service we recieved and we will no longer go to any walmart again. We normally went to walmart atleast twice a week and spent a great deal of money there. Not anymore.

I am tired of the Walmrt branch at South Common Mall in Mississauga. The shelves are always never stocked, there are never anyone to help and if you are lucky you wait for about 1 hour. There are items on the flyer which are on sale, however these people never have the items in stock. Last but not least some of the employees are very very rude. Imagine you walk into walmrt, you beep at the door, You walk out of walmrt you beep again at the door. Then to make matters worst they come over and check your bags and your bill. Please walmrt makes alot of bluddy money here in Canada, fix the bluddy security system it is very bluddy embrassing for people. I am fed up of that walmart branch .

There is a walmrt branch in Mississauga, at the south common Mall. It is very frustrating when you spend hundred of dollars or even two dollars like i did today and come out and beep at the door. To make matters worst I had one item in the bag with my bill and i was checked by a very rude employee. I am asking if someone can please, with all the mony walmart makes please get your security beeper at the door fixed. It is f-------- disgusting that walmrt is the number one store in Canada and yet there employees have no manners . I am sick of this wamrt at the south common mall.

Walmart my son arrested because greeter asked not to do her job by management.

My son stole a few DVDs and Pokemon and placed it in his backpack. The greeter who was supposed to check his backpack after the security alarm went off was told by manager and LP not to check his bag because they were going to arrest him for shoplifting. Had the greeter been allowed to do her job my so would have returned the stolen DVD"S and Pokemon cards and confessed. Instead he was set up and not given the chance to correct his mistake. Let me tell you my son is ten years old and if he had been stopped by the greeter he would have returned the stolen DVDs and cards and apologized. I yelled at him when he got home, but it seems like LP gets paid for every shoplifter they catch. That is why my son was not given the chance to correct his mistake. I allowed him to look around while I was shopping. The employee who saw him stealing did not say anything to me. If she did then I would have made him return stolen DVD and cards.

Not happy with what my son has done but also not happy with how it was handled. Basically he was not given a choice to correct his wrongdoing which is what this is about.

DS you may know how to read, but you obviusly don't know how to make sense of what your read. None of you are seeing the point of this letter and the point is that the greeter nor any employee did tell me about my son's stealing so I could tell him to return the items. HE WAS NOT GIVING A CHANCE TO CORRECT HIS MISTAKE. Jim you have way more posts than me it is you who spend all day on the computerm I wrote a few comments, why don't you watch your children instead of spending alld ay online.

Gamby it is obvious you did not read, I did teach my son stealing is wrong, he just made a poor choice that day. You obviously don't have children because you can teach them something and they still disobey, and HE WAS PUNISHED for it. I seem to have to write in caps to help you read better. What are you 12 years old? It is obvious he did not have the money.
Ellen she is not a teacher so she does not need to correct his mistake in math, she needed to tell him to empty his bag, and don't jump to conclusions if they had checked his bag and he had things in it which were stolen I would NOT be complaining his rights are violated because when he steals he deserves to have his bag searched. My gosh you must all be 11 years old not to understand what you read.

Lots of illeterate people out there, I let him look around because the shopping I did was boring to him. He was still in the store you people act like I left him alone and went home. LEARN TO READ.

Update by greeter did not do job

Do you not know how to read. The alarm DID go off. The greeter was told to do nothing about it. I have taught my son stealing is wrong. Learn to read idiot. Learn to spell it is gameboy.

Brenda
My son never had the chance to correct his mistake, like I told that idiot Zachary, and that Idiot DSgamby, he was never given the cance to correct his mistake.

Update by greeter did not do job
Jun 05, 2011 8:53 pm EDT

Okay all of you have obviously not read my letter so let me explain this to you like you are all nine years old.

Molliewollie
What job exactely did you want me to do?

TwinkleTwinkle
I know that he could not be arrested for shoplifting till he actually left the store. This is what this complaint is about. The fact that he was not giving the chance to correct the mistake, nor the fact that none of the employees told me he was stealing when one of them must have sawn him. Parenting should be up to me not security or the manager. If I had known he stole items I would have made him return them.

IrishChick
Bad Parenting? Just because I don't beat my child does not mean bad parenting. I have yelled at him when I got home. Grounded him ect. I have punished him. Too bad it does not match your style of parenting.

Colorado1960
Yes I am blaming the greeter for not doing her job and checking the backpack. If she had done her job AFTER THE DAM ALARM went off he would have been forced to put the items back.

Zachary1998
My son has not EVER done this before. Be careful what you accuse people of before you end up charged with slander. Yes people do not take responsibility for their actions. The greeter did not do her job by checking my son's bag when the alarm went off. I am angry that he got caught, because one of the employees could have told me that he was stealing in the first place and I could have had the chance to correct what my son did. He knows he was wrong, and so do I. If you were not so stupid and got your head out of your ### you would know that my son was looking around while I was shopping. Learn to read idiot.

All of you need to learn how to read and comprehend what you read. I am not mad that my son was caught. I am mad that I was not aware of the stealing till after the fact that it happened and that neither my son nor I could correct our mistakes.

i agree with badger, to many of you so-called "parents need to watch your thieving little booger eaters, i don't know how many people i have witnessed just letting their little "wastes of good sperm " run around in the stores, running around the stores and end up knocking elderly people to the floor, then look at them as if to say, get out of my way you old ###, then run off and keep doing the same ### again and again . when the little ### run by me, I'll do my damndest to "slide my leg out and "trip" the nauseating little ###" and hope THEY BREAK THEIR FRIGGEN ARM. And where do you think they learn that stealing ### ? From their mother and father that's where, and I will take bets that you don't give a rats' ### about their welfare, in fact that's why you're teaching them to steal, because your welfare check isn't big enough . Do us all a favor, get up off of your lazy ###, get off of the couch, put the bon-bons away and get a friggin' job and watch your thieving brats you ignorant ho.

Ummm... Maybe your son shouldn't be stealing ###. And maybe he needed to face some consequences for his actions beyond you "yelling at him". If he pulls that ### again in 8 years, he will go to jail. I'm sure you'll be right there to bail him out and "yell at him" some more. Yes, LP gets paid to catch shoplifters, hence "loss prevention". Stop blaming the greeter, LP, Wal-Mart, etc. Take responsibility for your child's actions. He's YOUR child, that makes him YOUR responsibility. WATCH YOUR ###ING KID!

You're angry that Walmart wouldn't take back the stolen goods and allow your son a second go at it?

They have probably seen your precious little 10 yr old son stealing from them before on camera and was going to bust him this time. He didnt need another chance to go put the things up. He is old enough to know what he is doing! He needs to pay for what he did. sounds like he has a "bright" future ahead of him. And by the way, yelling at your kid doesnt solve anything.

Walmart loss of watch pin

I went to wal-mart to have a watch band adjusted on a watch that i bought at a wal-mart the day before. the associate lost one of the pins and they did not have a pin to replace it so they put a different band on the watch then charged me 14.98 cents for it. i think since they lost the pin they should have given me the new band at no cost or at least a discount on it . it wasn't my fault the associate lost the pin i guess i'm never going to shop at the Columbia City wal-mart anymore until they fix some of the problems that they have there!

Walmart treatment of employee

I had been working for walmart for close to 3 years.I was a supervisor that really didnt get the support or backing from the ###. managers. When i needed them to back me with the crew i was running .The ###. managers would always put it on the next manager on shift. I would be cussed out, it was be my word agianst theirs, The manager that dealt with this problem did not support me at all.I was threatened by the one crew member .I felt that if i took it to manager they would not do anything about it anyway, Their to busy trying to meet deadlines, time limits, quotas etc.to care about anything or anyone else. The last day i was there, i had a manager tell me over the walkie (EVERYONE WITH A WALKIE HEARD THIS)'The trailer better be done in 20 min or its going to get ugly"Then same night was asked by a different manager, "how the backroom was coming along."To which i responded, "I'ts coming but you will not like it" I was then told if i wanted to say things like that to call the man. on their ext and to keep it positive over the walkie, by the co -manager.Now mind you the co-man was there when i was told things would get ugly if the trailer wasnt done. There have been other incidents that are too many to mention on here that basically sum up contradiction after contradiction...Dont even get me started on favoritism in the work place. favortism was suppose to be not tolorated .Let me tell you this was used with the managers..so work there for a couple of years and let us know how things are going.

Walmart bad service, potential blindness

Walmart vision center is the worst! I am very easy to get along with, but these people are terrible. I suppose I should have known, after all it is walmart. The sad thing is that they run real eye care centers out of business, only to give you the worst service ever. This is in jefferson city, tn.

I ordered new glasses from them. They acted annoyed when I called 2 weeks later to see if they were in, despite the fact that they said 7-10 days. Further, they kept my old frames at the store, presumably because they were too lazy to put the lens back in. I didn't expect them to take this long, so I left them at the store per their request. Little did I know that I couldn't get them back! Well, I guess I could, but i'd have to stand in line at least an hour, likely much more. I've tried a couple times, but get frustrated after a half hour of waiting in line to do a 30 second 'transaction'. Their two employees slloowwwllly take the next person out of the line and go slooowwlly fiddle with them. There should be one person at the counter at all times to do quick transacations. Instead, you get in a situation where the line is perpetually backed up. Anyone with a job, or a life in general, isn't going to have the time to stand in that darn line. The frustrating thing is how much faster the line could go if they just attended to the 'quickies' while they were fiddling with those people who needed more elaborate things.

I should have known... The only thing worse than the vision care center is the automotive center, where you can watch these people move slower than you've ever seen anyone move. The last time (Ever) I used them I sat with a guy who had a very simple flat tire repair that would have taken 5 minutes anywhere else. It took 1.5 hours and he was still there when I left (I gave up and cancelled the remainder of things they were doing to my car). Worst is that they screwed up one of the darn air pressure sensors by hitting it on their tire balancer. Again, the frustrating part is how much quicker it could go. It isn't like they were even overwhelmed, they just din't care.

Stay away from walmart. Ugh. Terrible. I may literally be blind by the time I get my glasses back, or get my new ones in. Wearing contacts so much has been very detrimental to my eyes, causing considerable pain and just a bad feeling in my eyes. They should be sued.

UPDATE: Well, I called again and they finally did get my glasses in. I am pretty sure they got them yesterday but were too busy to bother calling me. During the fitting I noticed the lady didn't know how to operate the device they use to measure something .. seems like it measures the center of your vision or direction of eyes, I dunno. If it were placed right my eyes should have been equal, but it was all messed up and I know it was off. It didn't really occur to me until I later thought about it.

Of course, they are supposed to be open until 7, but they said they close at 6. If I manage to find a way up there (wife has the car) then maybe in 2 hours I can get through the line and get my glasses. Boy they acted pissed when I called and asked to see if my glasses were in, but there is NO WAY I was going to wait for them to call me given how 'busy' they are in their slowness. The proof is that they WERE THERE when I called here at nearly 4pm, but nobody had called me -- showing just how important this is to them, despite me telling them the other day I really needed my glasses.

Terrible people, unprofessional. They are not qualified to work in a vision care center, it is really as simple as that. I don't know who manages the vision care center, but they should actually manage it.. make it work efficiently. Maybe the same person manages it as the aforementioned automotive center. I forgot to mention, that day when they took so long on my simple balance and rotation and another customers's flat tire -- we were the ONLY people there. Yep, these people move THAT slow.

Apathy. Incompetence. That sums it up.

This review is so funny! He doesn't like to wait, wants to be pushed ahead of other people in line, wants opticians to ring people out while doing adjustments with other patients, and claims that he may be 'blind' by the time his glasses get back. If you don't have the time to wait, go somewhere and pay 4 times as much so you can save five minutes. Impatience. Ignorance. That sums it up.

First...The people that work in the vision center are opticians, NOT cashiers. There are several registers that are open to handle "quick transactions". Second... Leaving your glasses is the patients decision, not the opticians. The only time it is completely necessary to leave your frames is if the glasses are safety glasses, or if you are ordering glass lenses. As for the opticians that "slooowwlly fiddle" with some people... if it were your turn, and you needed something "elaborate", I'm sure that you would appreciate being paid attention to what you needed, and not leaving you standing there, while they were " fiddling around", and "attending to the quickies".

Walmart they stole my money and lied to me

On March 25, 2009, I purchased a WalMart MoneyCard (Green Dot Visa Prepaid Card) from the WalMart store located in Hanover, MA (Store #5380), phone [protected] . They took my money and supposedly put it on the card for my use once I called or went online and provided an activiation number from my receipt. Please note, WalMart charges a premium to purchase the card in addition to the amount of money they take from you and SUPPOSEDLY put on the card for your use. I immediately called the [protected] number on the WalMart receipt and went through a series of personal identification questions through an automated attendant. After having given my name, date of birth, social security number, home address, PO Box, among other personal identity information, I was then greeted by a human voice with a heavy foreign accent. He informed me that he was UNABLE to verify my name and social security number and was therefore UNABLE to activate the card. Please note, WalMart covers their a$$e$ by stating on the receipt "no instore refunds available." It was SO obvious to me at that point that this was a scam and that I would never see my money again! The foreign voice told me that he could at least activate the card for the amount of money that I had paid to put on it only and that a personalized card would not be sent to me. I thought, ok. That's fine. I'll just go spend it now to make sure I get my money back. I had to make another purchase, so the very next purchase I maid, I tried to use the card and guess what? IT WAS DECLINED! Surprised? I wasn't. I KNEW based on the total BS I was given by the forein operator that this was a SCAM! However, I was STEAMING as this was the last bit of money I had until I got paid again 2 weeks from 3/25 so called the phone number on the back of the prepaid visa card [protected] several times...each time speaking with from what it sounded, the same foreign female voice. She kept telling me that they couldn't activate the card and that they would send me a refund check in the mail to my PO Box within 7 to 10 business days. I was LIVID to say the least. I called the WalMart store and they kept reiterating "NO INSTORE REFUNDS." I've called every number made available on the card, the receipt, to the WalMart store everyday that there was NO check in my PO Box. It is now April 12, 2009; 19 days later and I still haven't received a refund check. I've had my attorney call the numbers as well and even he wasn't succeful in getting through to a human to speak with. All of the numbers that were provided other than the WalMart store who takes NO responsiblity for the SCAM are all automated and you cannot get through to any 'human'! I'm so disheartened to think that such a supposedly reputable Company such as WalMart would allow this to happen to consumers. I subsequently googled "WalMart MoneyCard - GreenDot Prepaid Visa" and I couldn't believe all of the complaints I found online that described, verbatim, the very same horrific experience! I don't know what to do about this. Is there someone out there that can expose WalMart, Green Dot, GE Money Bank and VISA for this SCAM on consumers? They're stealing out money...literally stealing out money.
