We're pretty sure that if Walmart showed up wayyyy more often on ComplaintsBoard and paid more attention to reviews and complaints, it would lead to better results. But for now, the resolution rate doesn't show successful interaction with customers. We advise reviewers to be careful when communicating with Walmart and be ready for the chance your problem might not get a response. It's also good to start looking for other solutions if your issues aren't fixed as you want.

Walmart halloween spider decoration

I purchased a defective Halloween spider decoration and the spider had 2 legs broken off. With only 6 legs I guess its not technically a spider (haha). I purchased the item on Nov 1 and when I checked everything out so I would not be surprised a year from now I noticed it was broken. I proceeded to return to Walmart and they said they won't accept any Halloween returns. I can appreciate if you bought an item used it for Halloween and then try and return it. However I bought after Halloween and it was broken. The item was only $4 so I don't think it was going to bankrupt them but I guess they need the money more than I do. Not to mention it saves me from ever having to waste my time waiting in their extremely long lines because I will never give them another dime.

Walmart refund of $1.50 for coupon on recently purchased product

I bough MIDNITE sleep aid on 11/05/15. Neither the check out girl or I noticed the $1.50 off coupon that was on the box. I noticed it when I got home. I returned to Wal-mart today to get the $1.50 refund. The Customer Service gal said she couldn't do that. As a customer who visits more than I'd like to admit, I am greatly disappointed that it is this difficult to get my $1.50 refund when it is something obvious. Please mail me a check for $1.50 or $1.50 credit card for Wal-Mart. Thank you. Barb Seitzinger [protected] Stanbridge Ct Bethlehem Pa 18020

Walmart store managers ryan curtis and nancy scheff are a racist against color people

Store managers ryan curtis, rob dobbratz and nancy scheff lie on color co-workers, they lie on color co-workers, they don't wanna see blacks and hispanics make it at walmart. They believe the customers over the color co workers. They don't care about nobody but themselves and they are selfish! Do not work for them at walmart, because they will treat you wrong.

Walmart walmart money card

I bought the card because I was trying to do online transactions without using detailed personal info. I tried a few times and got declined. I called the number on the card and was 'robot' prompted at every turn: I could not get a live person to talk to. There are responses to questions a robot voice CANNOT give! I hung up and, after much deliberations, and trepidation i gave the info 'It' required and was told I'd receive my personal Walmart credit card in the mail. That's not what I asked for! I searched the internet and finally found a contact number to Walmart. I recorded the conversation ( I told that to the agent from some far eastern country), gave details, and was told they would cancel it. I'll be suing if Walmart tries to charge me for anything. No wonder they've got so much money! Frickin' underhanded! !

Walmart ginger snaps

Because of a similar problem with damaged/crumbled cookies in the box of ginger snaps that I purchased a couple of months back, I carefully checked the cartons this week before selecting and purchasing one that showed no sign of damage . However when I opened the box this afternoon many of the cookies had been crushed and or broken . There are a total of 33 that are either whole or only slightly damaged and the others are only good enough for feeding to the dog . Since there is no visible damage to the carton, one can only assume that the cookies were crushed and broken either during packing into the sealed wrap or when the packet of cookies is placed into the cardboard carton . Please let me have your comments plus assurance that this is not a common complaint and because I enjoy these cookies ( including the not totally crumbed ) I would like to continue buying them without this problem .

I use to work at Walmart and secretly every Saturday morning after our sales meeting we would ### smash the cookie and chip bags. I suggest everyone only buy chips and cookies on Friday afternoons. Don't show my name because I still take some weekend shifts. Thanks Rob Middleton. Buffalo NY

Walmart haircut

I am complaining about a haircut that I received at the Smart Style salon inside Wal-Mart in Dilworth, Minnesota on September 17, 2015. The former manager there. the only person working there was named Besida. When I looked in the mirror at home I was shocked. I went to the Regis Salon in Fargo the next week to get the haircut fixed. It cost me a lot more, but I did not want to chance going back to Besida and getting an even shorter bad haircut. I returned to Regis again today. I came home today and located my receipt fro Sep 19, 2015. It is ticket 3 and the sale ID is 15642. I think somebody in charge of that salon should check up on her. Dilworth, Minnesota.

Walmart ship to store orders: continuously wrong

September 2015: Ordered 2 items to be shipped to store. Item A arrived and we picked it up. A few days later Walmart tells us that item A is ready to be picked up!? Walmart's website states that Item B was already picked up, with 2 different dates listed. In addition it lists a tracking number from UPS stating that the item was delivered to !? Contacted Walmart about this mess. The response (besides the usual bla bla bla stated a response will be sent within 4 days. October 2015: Nothing has happened.

Walmart employee relations

Walmart has been bragging about how they are going to give pay raises to some of their employees. Which I assume they did. Sounds great until you get the real message, to pay for these increases they are cutting the hours of older full time employees. The employees are having a hard time in making ends meet as it is without the cuts in hours. In some cases the working hours have been cut back to as low as 26 hours. Basically about a 40% pay cut. Of course with holiday season here and the way to pay for the extra working bodies is with a more cut back in hours. The number working people is about the same because of the cut in employee hours. That means the experience level of the employees on the floor is way down because of the new personnel. All that is going to end up happening is that the ermployee turn over rate will increase. Walmart is creating a bad name for itself in employee relations. All it's going to do is encourage people to try to nunionize. Which Walmart desperately does not want. My suggestion work somewhere else. I've been an employee for better than 10 years.

Walmart efficiency of filling a prescription

On Oct. 20, 2015, @ 1:30 pm, I went to pharmacy counter to have a prescription filled for my wife, which had been called in by doctor. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I reached the front of the line & was told they had the prescription, but it hadn't been filled yet. The lady told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes & got in line for a 2nd time. I got to front of line & it still was not ready, but they were working on it. I waited another 15 minutes and got in line for 3rd time. I got to front of line and it still was not ready. I waited another 10 minutes and got in line for 4th time. I got to front of line and handed the lady my wife's new insurance prescription card. She told me she couldn't check me out until I went to the insurance counter and got registered. I waited 10 minutes before I could talk to insurance clerk. I got in line a 5th time and was able to pick up the prescription. There was no posting that when using new insurance, to register with insurance clerk first. The Walmart that I normally use registers you when you pay for prescription. This is the WORST ORGANIZED pharmacy I have ever used. I do not plan on using this pharmacy again.

Not giving them a new insurance card at the beginning is probably why you had to wait so long. Everything is electronic. When the insurance information is keyed, the script is electronically sent to insurance for approval. THEN it goes, ELECTRONICALLY to the filling queue. It was stuck in limbo because you did not give them the card.

Walmart customer service, from a mistake which was made by the employer

Accompanying my Grandfather, he had asked for a oil change and two new tiers for his 2000 Ford Windstar. He had asked for the new tiers to be put on the front. Asking them to put what was currently on front, on back. Wanting to only keep back left tier, which was asked to place tier on folded down backseat. For which would still allow me to get to the wheelchair, which was folded up in very back. Once it was finished picked it up, then drove to the front of the store. Which helped my Grandparents with their groceries in the van. Once we got back to their house, my Grandfather noticed they had put the new on back, old on the front. Which also had realized no extra old tier in back, which he had asked for. So we had went back to the auto part of the store, to let them know they had not done what was asked by the customer my Grandfather. The lady I was talking with then went into the shop to ask one of the workers. Which one went and got the tier my Grandfather wanted to keep. Which was wrapped the in plastic and put in the van. The female worker then came back, rushed pass me saying it would be a moment. Then realizing she was talking to me, I asked what was going to be down about the tiers put on wrong. She then contacted the manager named from the receipt as Jon Bartmanski. Which when he came back to talk to, was unclear of why he was called back, not knowing who he was to talk with. Which once seeing him, came to realize he was the person my Grandfather had told what was needed to be done. So I told him why we had came back, for which he said they correct their mistake of the tiers. But we had groceries in the car and other stops still to make. So I asked what else he had to offer for the mistake. Which he then found humor in my question. For which I told him he didn't follow what was asked for by my Grandfather. Then the Manager told me that was what my Grandfather had told him. Which I know was not correct, for I was standing next to my Grandfather when he was talking to us both. Plus I doubled checked with reminding them to put old tier on back folded down backseat. So was very flustered with that response of a customer problem, from which was a mistakes made by employer, to then be basically be laughed at and told what problem.

Walmart black faded glory jeans

I bought these jeans from Walmart in Sept 2015 thinking the smell was just a new clothes' smell but I've tried vinegar, fabric softener, different detergents and nothing makes it go away. It contaminated other laundry to the extent that some had to be thrown out. My skin smelled after I wore them until I took a shower. No idea what it is but it cannot be healthy.

Walmart online order disappeared after I paid

I ordered a tv from walmart.com 10/11/15 for same day pick up. They took my money and then when I checked the order history, it was not there. I checked my balance and the payment was taken from my account. I called walmart customer service and they had no idea what happened and told me that I would have to contact the walmart credit card company because that was my method of payment. since it is sunday, they are closed. I tried calling the store to see if my same day pickup order came in, and the woman told me that if I ordered something this morning it would take two days for it to show up on their end. I said no. Not with same day pickup. She said oh. Okay. And then transferred me to another line which got disconnected. I called back and asked for a manager twice and was put on hold and never picked up. This company is horrendous. You take my money, my order disappears and you have no idea how to fix it? Are you kidding me? And on top of all of that, I can't get my TV today like I planned! So, I paid for a tv but cannot actually get it. Unreal.

The same thing just happened to me with a ring that I paid for with gift cards- and they can't trace it because it wasn't paid for with a credit card. Did you get any resolution? Just curious because it happened to me last night and right now I'm out $1900 and nobody can seem to find any record of this order, even though I have screen shots of the confirmation of the purchase, and my gift cards are all empty now...

Walmart great value buttery crackers

I was in Walmart today and purchased Great Value buttery crackers. I have purchased many products from the great value brand and have never had any issues. Most products are as good if not better than the name brand, However. I was extremely disappointed with this product. I removed a sleeve of the crackers from the box and the crackers appeared to be intact. As I removed the crackers, they fell apart. ALL the crackers fell apart. I understand that I did not purchase Ritz crackers, but I was not expecting such poor quality. I don't normally complain about food purchases that don't work out, however, this product is such poor quality, I feel I need to express my opinion.

Walmart assaulted by the door greeter

On September 27, 2015 at approximately 1538 I had just been checked out and paid for all my items and proceeded to the exit. I went through the sensors and continued to the outside exit when the door greeter ran up to me and said "do you have your receipt?" I said yes and held it up and continued on my way, were almost outside when he abruptly grabbed the side of my basket pulling me back and yelled at me that I was no one special and I had to follow the rules just like everyone else and he needed to see the mirrors on my receipt. I was startled and scared with my 12 year old daughter right next to me, we just wanted to leave by this time, he had crossed the line grabbing my cart and yelling at me. We were frightened and offended, scared and upset. I tried to push my basket out the door and he fought back holding us at the door. I again held up my receipt and said I have my receipt right here, let us out your scaring my daughter. By now he is at the end of my basket and I said you need to leave us alone, we have done nothing wrong. I did not set the sensors off and I said I want a manager. He said NO! I continued to try to leave, I ended up prying his fingers off my cart. He finally yelled I need a manager and I said yes please, someone get a manager this man holding us here. He then let go. He made the comment of what a terrible parent I was and he walked away. Just like that he walked away.
I finally made my way to my car. I unloaded my cart, shoved my receipt in one of the bags with my groceries and closed the hatch. I put my basket away and made my way back to my vehicle. I had already told my daughter to get in the car as soon as we made it to there. I then was approached by a lady in black with a walkie talkie. She did not identify herself she just said that I had failed to produce my receipt to the "Door Greeter" and I needed to produce it at that time. I looked at her and said that was not true I showed him my receipt and I was not going to go thru each bag to find my receipt for her. She said that she was not there when it happened and I had to show it to her right then. I was outside the store at this time, my daughter is frightened and I am getting very, very angry. I decided to get in my vehicle and leave. So I did, I will not be back.
I do not appreciate being made to feel like I did something wrong. I did not set off the sensors. I paid for everything in my cart. Everytime I leave this store I am held up by door greeters going thru everyones bags. Why? What did we do wrong. I am no theif. The more and more I think of this the more and more I get angry.
I got home and looked at my receipt. What would this man of seen on there to prove I paid for my mirrors? They are described as MS OPP White How would he know those were the 3 mirrors I purchased for $3.41 the sku [protected]. I can't even believe that I have to compliant on the door greeter. I sure did not feel greeted nor did my daughter. I understand if I would have set the door off to be treated like a criminal, but for no reason other than he wanted to show me I was going to do whatever he said. And guess what, I will not. I did not realize that in order to leave Wal-Mart I have to show my receipt and everything in my bags. He is not the police, security or any type of authority to grab us like this and make us feel insecure of our well being. Shame on the Dumas, TX Wal-Mart for treating people like criminals. Shame on them. I hate to have to get the law involved but this is what it has come to. This will not be a returning customer. I hope they all loss their jobs. I have never been so offended in all my life. Shame shame on them.

Walmart great value wheat bread

My husband purchased a loaf of this bread at the Neighborhood Walmart here in Bartlett a few days ago. It was the poorest excuse for bread I have ever seen. It has no taste and falls apart. It even falls apart trying to take out of the toaster. The ID # on the bread was:

[protected] 4

Best if used by date 09/25/2015

0.118256 09:35 #2

Usually I do not have problems with the great value brand...this one had to be addressed as it is absolutely horrible. Thankfully the ducks and geese at the park ate it..

Thank You,
Linda Griffin

Walmart rudeness

On the day of September 23, my husband and I went to Walmart Neighborhood Market, at 322 Stonewall Jackson, Orangeburg. As we approached the cash register to check out, we notice several girls (employees) around this particular cashier holding conversation. We thought they would've stop once they notice us approaching, NOT! They CONTINUED, not even greeting us. My husband said, "She ain't even paying attention"! I told him this is how they normally carry on whenever I shop here. I think it is rude and down right disrespectful when they behave this way. They should make the customers feel welcome and leave their personal lives outside of thier work place. AND WHY DO THEY HIDE THIER NAME TAGS?

What do you mean hide their name tags? How do you know they were cashiers? Were they standing near an open register? Was the light on at the register? There is a lot missing here, and the fact that you claim they did not greet you prompts the question: did you greet her? Or did you huff and sigh out loud and make comments you knew they could hear but not have the nerve to say them outright to their faces?

It always makes me laugh when people complain about rudeness, yet think nothing of their own rudeness.

I quit shopping at WalMart 13 years ago because of how badly management treated their employees. If the clerk is rude, it is just what they learned from their own management.

Walmart equate brand feminine wash-sensitive skin-fresh scent

The bottle that I am complaining about is the 2nd bottle of this product that I have bought. I purchased a small bottle first to make sure it worked for me and I liked it. I did, so I bought the bottle I have now. It does not have a fresh scent, more like a metallic or metal smell, which the first one was fresh and nothing like this one.
The numbers stamped on the back are F1522500 and in smaller writing under the other :4A449 2E B4. On the front of the bottle under the 15 fl oz. is : 4A449 2E F3. Do you know if there is something that went wrong with this batch? I purchased it 8/16/15 at store: 12981 Shelbyville Rd; Middleton, Key 40243. I have the receipt, let me know if you need anything else off it. I purchase mostly Equate brand on many many products I purchase with you and know this is not the normal.

Walmart cost

I went to Smart Style in Walmart in Lexington KY off of Winchester Rd. for a hair cut, the cut was wonderful and the price was right. I ask how much for highlights and was Quoted by Laura $44.50, I said great I'll be back in a few day. So a few days later I go in to get the highlights. Laura was on her way out and ask if it was ok for Angela to do my highlights. I said sure. Angela was a very nice lady. I was pleased with my hair. When I went to checkout Angela ask me if I had been quoted a price. I said yes $44.50 by Laura. She didn't listen, she charged me $49.99, plus 14.99 for blow dry, which I wasn't told before she blew my hair out. I tipped her $10.00 my total went from $44.50 to $74.90. I think a client should be told up front about additional cost. Thank you Tina.
