Walmart - ami ventures... walmart's third party vendor

I did not know when I ordered dressmakers shears from Walmart that they would send my money to a drop shipper in India, AMI Ventures. The shears were about $15 with tax in a $70 order. Walmart lawn mower

Store 301, I purchased a lawn mower in 2014 and in 2 years failed to start. I purchased the Walmart extended warranty with the item. The cashier told me if I have a problem with the mower to "bring it back to the store".

I also read online about the warranty. "3-day Service Guaranteed, or your money back. (If your product has a covered failure, we'll repair it within 3 days of receiving it, ) or have a service technician in your home within 3 days of your claim call. '

I returned the Lawn Mower to the store where I purchased it yesterday and they told me they could not accept it because it had gas in it. I was also informed that I had to call some 1 800 number which I did and they informed me that they would have a tech call me the same day.

Nothing happened so I called the next day and they informed me that they would have a tech call me within 72 hours. Now, this is a lot different than have it repaired or replaced within a 72 hour period.

Do not purchase the extended warranty from Walmart on lawn mowers.

Walmart some rude cashiers, unbelievable in, carleton place ontario

There are a few of rude cashiers at Walmart in Carleton Place, Ontario. I am so polite when conducting business and expect the same. Manners are important.

Walmart must vet and monitor cashier customer treatment.

Swearing and talking under one s breathe is common among some of the cashiers.

Price matching is frowned upon and always met with resistance.

Customers are viewed as cheap or worst yet dishonest.

Walmart dyson v6 slim vacuum

I purchased a Dyson V6 Slim Cordless Vacuum during Black Friday thru Walmart online store. I received a purchase confirmation within minutes after the purchase as well as an email telling me that the item would be ready for pickup at the store within the same day. The item was not available at the store when I went to pickup it up the following day. So I contacted customer service today (11/26) and chatted with attendant Maria M. She assured everything was ok with my purchase and that my item would be ready for pickup today Saturday (11/26). As a surprise I received an email from Walmart saying that my purchase was cancelled. I once again contacted Walmart thru online chat and attendant Jose T told me that the item was cancelled because it was out of stock. I replied that this was unacceptable practice and that Walmart has sold me an item and delivered my item to another customer or to someone else. He offered me to buy a totally different item at a higher price as a compensation for their 'mistake'. I rejected the offer. he than proceeded as to offer me a 10% discount on any purchase at Walmart. I told him that this was once again unacceptable and the the discount I had on my item was at 35%. I even mentioned that a VERY similar item is being offered at the online store and I would be more than pleased to buy the similar item at the same price I had purchased the original price. After waiting for almost an hour, attendant Jose came back with no solution and with a rather automatic answer as to say that the item was 'unfortunately' out of stock. I did not settle for such answer. He than proceeded to forward our chat to supervisor Karen who had the same automatic answer as attendant Jose. She only added that it was not Walmart's fault because the item was being sold by a partner! What? I didn't by the item from any partner. I bought the item from Walmart! I have been escalated to attendant Whittley P. But no luck and the problem persists. This is clear consumer violation as well as false advertising as I understand. Stay away from Walmart.

This is not at all false advertisement or any type of violation. The item you had ordered may have been damaged by the vendor or in transit to their store. Typically if an order is canceled in this type of situation it means they do not at all have an estimated arrival date. They may be able to accomodate you if you tell them you're happy to wait as many months as it takes to receive the product.

Do not apply and work at Walmart as a cart pusher, because female customers lie on cart pushers! When you do customer carryout customers get smart and talk crazy on cart pushers.Female customers lie to store management about cart pushers harrassing them and the store management believes female customers over cart pushers! When it get's hot or cold outside you break out in a heat rash, You can get heat stroke, You can catch cold, get sick and get frostbite.The store managers don't care what happens to you when you push carts in the hot and cold weather! The store management will lie on you about your job performance! When Walmart gets crowded with customers and there are no more care carts the store mangers blame you for that.The store management don't hire enough cart pushers to do the job! Don't ever work at Walmart as a cart pusher, because if you do same thing will happen to you!

Walmart falsely accused of stealing

I went in last night to return a battery charger in a Walmart plastic bag. Seeing there's line at the returns desk I went to walk around the store for 20 minutes to pick up any items I may need. I picked up 3 items. Initially just 2 items carrying them in my hand. Then I got tired and stuck them inside the plastic bag knowing I'd pay for them the same time I do the return. Same with the 3rd item. The 3 items totalled less than $5. After I did the return and purchase with Tobathia at the Return desk and walked out the door, the LP stopped me and said he saw me taken stuffs that I didn't pay for then checked my receipt and items. Despite explaining to him what happened, he was rude and told me I violated section xxxx of the store policy and next time don't put stuffs in the bag. I should've said he violated my civil rights and was profiling an minority. He embarrassed me in front of my father in law and other customers. I said to him what ever and left. These deuch bags have no decency to apologize when they make a mistake and I shop there all the times thinking it was a great place. Wrong.

Walmart huggies diapers size 6

Hi, I am complaining about your huggies size 6 diapers. I bought the mega box from Walmart about a month ago & some were fine then the rest the tabs on the sides were stuck to the diaper so badly you had to rip the diaper to pull the tab and this would rip the tab making for a useless diaper! I tried to take back & they would not let me! Usually I love your products but this is unreal, what a waste of money!

Walmart product

I shopped Walmart Groceries the other day in fact I am a frequent shopper but it's getting to where I am fixing to shop somewhere else for my groceries.
The lack of products, the products are diminishing or being discontinued that I usually buy. Each time I shop I ask where a product is that I always buy just to find it's been discontinued. Not to mention there is hardly no variety in brands. Also I own a Sams Club card, if I wanted large amounts in products I'd be going to Sams. If you offer food in bulk that's fine but then you should have a choice of bulk or smaller packages of food. The lack of variety, food products being discontinued, when I pay for a membership to go to a food club to buy in bulk then you shouldn't have to buy in bulk in the grocery store.

Walmart lunchables

Hi let me tell you what happened to me after buying a bunch of lunchables at our local walmart market not a complaint just wanted to let you know i got about a dozen or so lunchables last week and when i opened one to eat it i noticed there were no crackers I'm just glad the Oreos were there as they are my favorite cookie thanks for a good laugh made my day mike [protected]@yahoo.com

Walmart great value soy milk

I bought a half gallon of GV soy milk a few wks ago. There was something strange in the bottom. I noticed bc it felt chunky. I poured the remaining milk out of the container and cut off the top to have a look. I then took pictures of what I found along with pictures of the label. I would like to know what this is. I kept it in a glass jar in my fridge

Walmart pepsi cola 2-liter bottles

I bought (6) 2 - liter bottles of pepsi products
(3) pepsi's
(2) mountain dew's
(1) dr. pepper

From the walmart near my house in salisbury md 21801

this is the only the 2nd time I have shopped there because I just moved to on october 1 2016. the first time I shopped there I had only bought (3) 2- liters and they were all flat in taste.
I just thought okay maybe I picked ones that had got shaken up so I brushed it off and didnt think anything of it anymore but when I purchased the (6) 2- liters this week and again they were all flat in taste. now I know theres no way I only picked out all the flat ones again.

So I am assuming either they were all flat or aleast most of them. I dont know how things are handled there at walmart with moving products to and from delivery to being put out on the floor or if may products sat out in the sun but I dont t I will be purchasing any more pepsi products from that walmart any more.

Even though they are pretty close to my house. I will go somewhere else.
This has been an inconvience for me to have to go some where else an shop so I was hoping you might be able to accomidate me due to me wasting my money on products that were flat. I have my reciept if you need me to prove I purchased these products.

Walmart the case of. coke that I purchased was flat in taste

I bought a case of coke for my sons birthday party and the whole case of can sodas were flat in taste no fizz at all . i am very disappointed
Was wondering if you might be able to make this right
I buy come products all the time but i have never had this happen and it was basically an inconvience because i had to have my husband leave during my sons party to go and purchase another case of coke products but from another store i didnt want to go back and purchase any more from walmart . because i was afraid we would get another case of coke and they would be flat in taste.
I am very sorry about complaing but i thought you would like to know .
See i just wanted everything to be right for my sons birthday party. I mean besides my husband having to leave an miss some of my sons party. To go and purchase more coke. Everything else was perfect

Walmart does not make Coke. They sell it. They get it from the same Coca Cola bottling company that the store that your husband bought the other case from. And Walmart does not own this website and you are not writing to them here.

Walmart women's clothing

Why you guys discontinued woman's clothing, that we customers where very happy about. It looks like walmart's fashion section for woman's it's going to die soon. Horrible colors. Only black, dark grey and dark brown, very, very few brighter colors. It use to be so nice to buy everything in one store but not anymore. Nobody is interesting in those ugly 100% polyester colors fashion.
Shame on you Walmart Canada. It's not win win situation anymore, we females, we are so disappointed.

Walmart pricing with tire bait and switch poor customer service

I’m writing about a purchase i made at the walmart™ in elverson, pa.
I always had a good experience at that store till this purchase
I stop to check on prices of tires at a person at the tire department stated if you buy four you get one free. I stop back a few days later to make a purchase and after that i was charged for four tires.
I call the corporate that had the assistant manager call me and said that person never said that.
Just a warning to use some other walmart for tires. There saying i’m a liar not their man.

Walmart never received order

I have no idea why so many people like Walmart! Yes, there are a lot of interesting things there, prices are also great, but they also have terrible customer service and they are highly unprofessional.
I heard a lot about Walmart and decided to try it. Since so many people ordered from this place I never expected something bad to happen.
I made my order, paid and received all the necessary confirmations.
Waited and waited but my order did not show up, and when I contacted Walmart they said that I need to be more patient. Waited for over two months and gave up. They never even bothered to help! Terrible!

Walmart frozen cherries

Walmart moneygram check denied

You would think that a place that distributes moneygram would cash a check from moneygram. Wal-Mart even called to verify this was a legit check and still certagy denied it. I waisted time that I do not have for this and came back empty handed and embarrassed. Poor business and customer service.

Walmart employee hitting my car with the carts

[protected] pulled into the parking lot seen a young man working for Walmart pushing a string of carts toward the front of the building. I seen him so I came to a complete stop. He just kept coming and hit by passenger front side with all the carts. Chipped the paint all he could say was I'm sorry. He got his manager out and I explained to her that he hit my car and here is the picture I took from that damage. This car is only 1 year old. She had me come and fill out a form and said that the Manger would call me that was yesterday when it happened. I asked her how long it would take she said I do not know. I am taking my car in for an estimate to get the damaged fixed.

Walmart eyeglass and contact exam

My daughter is 13. I took her to the Walmart vision center in Reidsville NC in May 2016 Dr J.E Hannon said that my Daughters vision was the same as it was in 2015. He gave her the same glasses and contact prescription as he did last year. It cost me close to $200 because her contacts were a special brand that he assured me that she needed so I ordered the higher brand. I took my Daughter for her annual physical which they do a small eye exam and they tell me my daughters contacts and glasses were no good for her she could barely see! And her doctor also informed me thats why my Daughter has been keeping headaches on a daily basis !I called walmart the Doctor is no longer there and they will not give me my money back even if its only been 3 months since we have been there! They told me to call another Walmart which I did and they will give me an exam but I have to pay $166 and thats not including her glasses or contacts! If I could afford all this money to give Walmart I could afford to take her to a real vision center! So now my daughter can not see at School and constantly has migraines! Walmart informed me that Dr Hannon has relocated to Charlotte NC but is yet to be found. Im currently in the process of speaking to a Lawyer seeing I have been ripped off! I will be writing the News Station and I will also be contacting the Better Business Association.

Are you aware that a doctor of any kind is only as good as his patient's answers to his questions? Every eye exam I have ever sat through consisted of questions and answers. How does this look? Is this better or worse? If your daughter did not answer the questions accurately, then the script will not be correct. You can not blame the doctor for that.

You say that your daughter got an annual physical which includes an eye exam...is the eye exam done by an optometrist? If not, why in the world would you believe him over an actual eye doctor? And if it is an optometrist, why would you not question why their findings are different? And why, oh why in the world would you automatically assume that the second is right when the findings are so contrary? And if her yearly physical includes an eye exam, why in the world would you have an exam done independently?

As an eye patient myself, I always find it interesting when people automatically assume a conflicting report is the correct one without every asking for a tie breaker. It is entirely possible that your daughter's headaches are caused by outside issues: stress, pressure, heck, even a tumor is possible. The fact is, you never once state whether the headaches were mentioned to the Walmart optometrist. These are actual doctor's doing the exams you know. They are not cashiers or cart pushers. Just because a clinic is inside a Walmart does not mean WM owns them, or even governs them. These doctors pay rent for the space. That is all Walmart has to do with them. Walmart does not control them.

Walmart debit card

My Walmart Debit Card was set to expire on September 30th, 2016 and knowing that I should have received another card before this card expired, I called several days before the expiration date. Every single time I called I got an individual that could barley speak English, which also bothers me, because a person working with my hard earned needs to be able to speak to me in a clear understanding voice in English. However, I called to explain my card had never arrived to replace my expired card and the answer I got was that the card was on it's way and I would have it by the last day of the month. Never happened, finally I ask to speak to a manager, never happened. I got someone that started off speaking barley understandable English until I got upset and then they changed their tone and spoke half way understandable English. I was told that my card was mailed out on August the 4th, 2016. Well undoubtedly I never did get my card and of course this made me upset. Every time that I called Walmart Money Card center could have told me this and I could have made other arrangements but they didn't. Then they had the nerve to tell me that it was going to cost me $15.95 to have my card shipped to me and of course this wasn't going to work and I finally after 20 minutes told them that I wasn't going to pay for something that Walmart made a mistake on. Finally got someone that I hope is going to mail me my card. I have lost all faith in Walmart Money Card Institution.
