My Name is Mavis Duncombe, in making my complaint about authorize charges to my Master Card this morning November 21st 2022. I never was so insulted. i was trying to reach a representative by phone and could not get through. I called [protected] to get some direction and the gentlemen asked me what i was calling for when he heard my issue. He told me to call my credit card company and hang the phone up on me. this is not customer service. even if you are unable to assist. you can take the time to direct your customer. Customers are already annoyed so we don't need to feel like are concerns are not relevant.

I was at Walmart supercenter at about 12:15 on 10/10/2022 in Oneida, NY and I had gotten all my shopping done. I went to get in line and cash out except when I went to get in a line all the lines including the express lanes were all backed up into women's clothing. There were not enough lanes open due to the amount of customers.

8/10/2022 The Walmart on Torrance Ave in Lansing Ill is disgusting! Filthy, bare shelves, product in the aisles where you can't get through, carts full of product that need to go back on shelves. The workers are lazy and could care less about the customer.

went with my daughter to buy 34 bikes for her head start class no one would assist us. so we put the bike on a palate our self. no one would bring us a palate jack. while waiting a lady walked up and insided she wanted bikes off our palate . she began to argue with us. she called the police on us and walked us out the building. how in barist we where. now we have to go to academy for bikes they don't have enough for us. not sure what is next. we brought the check back to the lawyer that were going to buy the bikes for us. his secretary has taken over trying to fined us enough bikes before our xmas party.
