WallStickerOutlet.comshipping / lack of customer service

I places an order for 3 different items on 11-18-2014. I was given an order # my email & they said the tracking # would be sent when established. On the 1st of December I called and left a message which the recording said they would return my call. They did not. I called again on the 15th and someone answered which I was told they would split 2 of my items & ship them but the other was coming from another site but she would email the tracking on both. She assured me when I placed the order and also on the 15th that all 3 would be here by Christmas. Never got the tracking # and I called back and left another message which they did not return that call either. On the 19 I received 2 of the items. I called & emailed them on the 19th. No answer and no return call. I decided to email to which I got a response on the 22nd giving me a tracking # for the 3rd item. The item shipped on the 20th and was shipped to TN--not SC which is my address. When I emailed them back they gave me a different tracking # which shipped to MD!!! Needless to say after a few emails and not so nice words---the package never arrived til the 26th!!! Surprisingly they did offer a refund which I gladly agreed to. Now to see if they actually refund me!!! I will never use them again!!! 'ZERO" customer service and long ship times!!!
