Wallmart Portrait Studio / customer Service
I had my 3 month ond son in recently for photos and was very dissappointed of the service I received. We were called in after our appointment time( we were the first ones of the day) because the lady was busy making phone calls. She was upset because the girl who worked the day before did not have things done that she should have. She was in a bad mood which is understandable, but we are her customers. Once she got started taking the pics, she was interrupted several times with phone calls. It took way longer to take my son's pics than in the past. My son was tired and I was sick of all the delays. I work in customer service as well and don't feel we were treated as we should have been. There were several other things that went on, but the main thing that irritated me was her attitude and all the interruptions. I would probably drive a distance to get my pictures done elsewhere in the future than go through that again.
